| 1 | Recent advances and trends of heterogeneous electro-Fenton process for wastewater treatment-review显示文摘Electrochemical advanced oxidation processes (EAOPs) are effective and environmentally friendly for the treatment of refractory organic pollutants.Among EAOPs,heterogeneous electro-Fenton (EF) process with in-situ formation of hydrogen peroxide (H_(2)O_(2)) is an eco-friendly,cost-effective and easy-operable technology to generate hydroxyl radicals (;OH) with high redox potential.The generation of;OH is determined by the synergistic H_(2)O_(2)formation and activation.The surface catalytic mechanisms for H_(2)O_(2)activation in the heterogeneous EF process were discussed.Some required features such as heteroatom doping and oxygen groups for H_(2)O_(2)formation via selective two-electron oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) with carbonaceous electrode are summarized.The solid Fenton catalysts and integrated functional cathodes that widely used in heterogeneous EF for wastewater treatment are grouped into few classes.And the brief discussion on catalytic activity and stability of materials over different experimental conditions are given.In addition,the application of heterogeneous EF process on the remediation of emerging contaminants is provided.The challenges and future prospects of the heterogeneous EF processes about catalytic fall-off and multi-step/complex techniques for water purification are emphasized. | Zining Wang Mingyue Liu Fan Xiao Georgeta Postole Hongying Zhao Guohua Zhao | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022，33，2： | 4 |

| 6 | Arabidopsis HIPP proteins regulate endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation of CKX proteins and cytokinin responses.显示文摘Eukaryotic organisms are equipped with quality-control mechanisms that survey protein folding in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and remove non-native proteins by ER-associated degradation (ERAD). Recent research has shown that cytokinin-degrading CKX proteins are subjected to ERAD during plant development. The mechanisms of plant ERAD, including the export of substrate proteins from the ER, are not fully understood and the molecular components involved in the ERAD of CKX are unknown. We show that heavy metal-associated isoprenylated plant proteins (HIPP) interact specifically with CKX proteins synthesized in the ER and processed by ERAD. CKX-HIPP protein complexes were detected at the ER as well as in the cytosol, suggesting that the complexes involve retrotranslocated CKX protein species. Altered CKX levels in HIPP-overexpressing and higher-order hipp mutant plants suggest that the studied HIPP proteins control the ERAD of CKX. Deregulation of CKX proteins caused corresponding changes in the cytokinin signaling activity and triggered typical morphological cytokinin responses. Notably, transcriptional repression of HIPP genes by cytokinin indicates a feedback regulatory mechanism of cytokinin homeostasis and signaling responses. | 15 | Climatic water balance dynamics over the last five decades in Romania's most arid region, Dobrogea显示文摘The analysis of a territory's climatic water balance dynamics against the background of climate change is a key component for increasing water resource management efficiency. The present study aims to analyse climatic water balance(CWB) dynamics in Romania's most arid region, Dobrogea, located in the southeast. The study covers the 1961–2009 period, and is based on annual and seasonal CWB values(mm), provided by nine weather stations located throughout the region. The study, based on statistical and GIS techniques, is divided into two main stages, both carried out at annual and seasonal scales – trend analysis using the Mann-Kendall test, the Sen's slope method, and CWB value distribution type analysis. In order to identify the probabilistic types of distributions, four mathematical models were identified–Pearson, Gamma, Chi-Squared and Wakeby, statistically verified with the P-P Plot, Q-Q Plot and Probabillity Difference Graph(PDG) curve tests. Thus, in terms of trends, the results showed a deficit increase especially at the northern stations, mainly for annual values(with a peak in the northeast, where CWB rates reached –3.2 mm/yr). While general CWB declines occurred in winter, spring and summer, apparent decrease rates were found in the northern region(highest negative rates–summer, northwest, –1.4 mm/yr). Autumn is an exception, due to overall increase rates which peaked in the southwest(2.3 mm/yr). However, the entire trend analysis indicated a general lack of statistical significance. The distribution type histogram analysis showed that, annually and seasonally, deficit values are generally dominant(more noticeable in the northern region), except for the winter season, mainly characterized by surplus intervals.
