| 1 | 塞来昔布治疗骨关节炎的随机对照试验显示文摘目的 :比较塞来昔布、萘普生以及安慰剂在治疗膝关节骨关节炎时的疗效、安全性。方法 :10 0 3名有症状的膝关节骨关节炎患者随机接受塞来昔布 5 0 ,10 0 ,2 0 0mg ,bid ;萘普生 5 0 0mg ,bid或安慰剂 12周。患者在停用既往NSAID药或止痛治疗后 2~ 7d以及服用受试药物治疗后 2 ,6 ,12周 ,根据标准疗效判定方法进行评估。结果 :塞来昔布在改善骨关节炎的症状和体征上有显著效果。在治疗后的 2d内疼痛明显缓解 ,最大抗炎和镇痛作用出现在 2周内并持续至 12周。各剂量的塞来昔布与安慰剂比较均有效 ,但 5 0mg ,bid的剂量效果较差 ;较大剂量的塞来昔布 (10 0和 2 0 0mg ,bid)疗效相似 ,所观察到的改善程度与萘普生 5 0 0mg ,bid相当。各剂量的塞来昔布和萘普生均有良好的耐受性。结论 :COX 2抑制剂塞来昔布是治疗骨关节炎的有效药物 ,对骨关节炎临床症状和体征的改善与萘普生相当。 | Bensen WG Fiechtner JJ Mcmillen JI Zhao WW Yu SS Woods EM Hubbard RC Isakson PC Verburg KM Geis GS | 2000 | 中国新药杂志2000,9,8: | 17 |
| 2 | Preliminary study on assessment of nutrient transport in the Taihu Basin based on SWAT modeling显示文摘With the Taihu Basin as a study area, using the spatially distributed and mechanism-based SWAT model, preliminary simulations of nutrient transport in the Taihu Basin during the period of 1995~2002 has been carried out. The topography, soil, meteorology and land use with industrial point pollution discharge, the loss of agricultural fertilizers, urban sewerage, and livestock drainages were all considered in the boundary conditions of the simulations. The model was calibrated and validated against water quality monitoring data from 2001 to 2002. The results show that the annual total productions of nitrogen (TN) and phosphorus (TP) into Lake Taihu are 40000t and 2000t respectively. Nutrient from the Huxi Region is a major resource for Lake Taihu. The non-point source (surface source) pollution is the main form of catchment sources of nutrients into Lake Taihu,occupied TN 53% and TP 56% respectively. TN and TP nutrients from industrial point pollution discharge are 30% and 16%, and sewerage in both forms of point source and non-point source are TN 31% and TP 47%. Both the loss of agricultural fertilizers and livestock drainages from the catchment should be paid more attention as an important nutrient source. | 3 | SPATIAL-TEMPORAL DYNAMICS OF REGIONAL CONVERGENCE AT COUNTY LEVEL IN JIANGSU显示文摘The dynamics of regional convergence include spatial and temporal dimensions. Spatial Markov chain can be used to explore how regions evolve by considering both individual regions and their geographic neighbors. Based on per capita GDP data set of 77 counties from 1978 to 2000, this paper attempts to investigate the spatial-temporal dynamics of regional convergence in Jiangsu. First, traditional Markov matrix for five per capita GDP classes is constructed for later comparison. Moreover, each region’s spatial lag is derived by averaging all its neighbors’ per capita GDP data. Conditioning on per capita GDP class of its spatial lag at the beginning of each year, spatial Markov transition probabilities of each region are calculated accordingly. Quantitatively, for a poor region, the probability of moving upward is 3.3% if it is surrounded by its poor neighbors, and even increases to 18.4% if it is surrounded by its rich neighbors, but it goes down to 6.2% on average if ignoring regional context. For a rich region, the probability of moving down ward is 1.2% if it is surrounded by its rich neighbors, but increases to 3.0% if it is surrounded by its poor neighbors, and averages 1.5% irrespective of regional context. Spatial analysis of regional GDP class transitions indicates those 10 upward moves of both regions and their neighbors are unexceptionally located in the southern Jiangsu, while downward moves of regions or their neighbors are almost in the northern Jiangsu. | 4 | Simulation of hydrogen distribution and effect of Engineering Safety Features (ESFs) on its mitigation in a WWER-1000 containment显示文摘In this study, thermal–hydraulic parameters inside the containment of aWWER-1000/v446 nuclear power plant are simulated in a double-ended cold leg accident for short and long times (by using CONTAIN 2.0 and MELCOR 1.8.6 codes), and the effect of the spray system as an engineering safety feature on parameters mitigation is analyzed with the former code. Along with the development of the accident from design basis accident to beyond design basis accident, the Zircaloy–steam reaction becomes the source of in-vessel hydrogen generation. Hydrogen distribution inside the containment is simulated for a long time (using CONTAIN and MELCOR), and the effect of recombiners on its mitigation is analyzed (using MELCOR). Thermal–hydraulic parameters and hydrogen distribution profiles are presented as the outcome of the investigation. By activating the spray system, the peak points of pressure and temperature occur in the short time and remain belowthe maximumdesign values along the accident time. It is also shown that recombiners have a reliable effect on reducing the hydrogen concentration below flame propagation limit in the accident localization area. The parameters predicted by CONTAIN and MELCOR are in good agreement with the final safety analysis report. | 5 | Estimation of Throughfall Erosivity in a Highly Diverse Forest Ecosystem Using Sand-Filled Splash Cups显示文摘Sand-filled splash cups were used to study the erosive power of rainfall and throughfall in the humid subtropics of Southeast China. The splash cup measurements yielded precise and reproducible results under both open field conditions and forest vegetation. The splash cups were exposed to specific forest stands of different ages and to selected species (Schima superba, Castanopsis eyrei, Daphniphyllum oldhamii, Lithocarpus glaber) in the Gutianshan (古田山) National Nature Reserve (GNNR). The results of the measurements under forest vegetation show that the erosive power of throughfall drops to be 2.59 times higher compared to the open field. This accentuates the importance of shrub, herb and litter layers in forest ecosystems to protect the soil against erosion. Coalescing drops from leaves and branches (drips) are responsible for this notable gain in erosive power. Moreover, differences in sandloss between the investigated tree species (deciduous, evergreen) revealed that the erosion potential and the spatial heterogeneity of throughfall are species-specific.
