1Mulching mode and planting density affect canopy interception loss of rainfall and water use efficiency of dryland maize on the Loess Plateau of China显示文摘High and efficient use of limited rainwater resources is of crucial importance for the crop production in arid and semi-arid areas. To investigate the effects of different soil and crop management practices(i.e., mulching mode treatments: flat cultivation with non-mulching, flat cultivation with straw mulching, plastic-covered ridge with bare furrow and plastic-covered ridge with straw-covered furrow; and planting density treatments: low planting density of 45,000 plants/hm^2, medium planting density of 67,500 plants/hm^2 and high planting density of 90,000 plants/hm^2) on rainfall partitioning by dryland maize canopy, especially the resulted net rainfall input beneath the maize canopy, we measured the gross rainfall, throughfall and stemflow at different growth stages of dryland maize in 2015 and 2016 on the Loess Plateau of China. The canopy interception loss was estimated by the water balance method. Soil water storage, leaf area index, grain yield(as well as it components) and water use efficiency of dryland maize were measured or calculated. Results showed that the cumulative throughfall, cumulative stemflow and cumulative canopy interception loss during the whole growing season accounted for 42.3%–77.5%, 15.1%–36.3% and 7.4%–21.4% of the total gross rainfall under different treatments, respectively. Soil mulching could promote the growth and development of dryland maize and enhance the capability of stemflow production and canopy interception loss, thereby increasing the relative stemflow and relative canopy interception loss and reducing the relative throughfall. The relative stemflow and relative canopy interception loss generally increased with increasing planting density, while the relative throughfall decreased with increasing planting density. During the two experimental years, mulching mode had no significant influence on net rainfall due to the compensation between throughfall and stemflow, whereas planting density significantly affected net rainfall. The highest grain yield and water use efficiency of dryland maize were obtained under the combination of medium planting density of 67,500 plants/hm^2 and mulching mode of plastic-covered ridge with straw-covered furrow. Soil mulching can reduce soil evaporation and retain more soil water for dryland maize without reducing the net rainfall input beneath the maize canopy, which may alleviate the contradiction between high soil water consumption and insufficient rainfall input of the soil. 4Bone infection site targeting nanoparticle-antibiotics delivery vehicle to enhance treatment efficacy of orthopedic implant related infection显示文摘Orthopedic implants account for 99%of orthopedic surgeries,however,orthopedic implant-related infection is one of the most serious complications owing to the potential for limb-threatening sequelae and mortality.Current antibiotic treatments still lack the capacity to target bone infection sites,thereby resulting in unsatisfactory therapeutic effects.Here,the bone infection site targeting efficacy of D6 and UBI29-41 peptides was investigated,and bone-and-bacteria dual-targeted nanoparticles(NPs)with D6 and UBI29-41 peptides were first fabricated to target bone infection site and control the release of vancomycin in bone infection site.The results of this study demonstrated that the bone-and-bacteria dual-targeted mesoporous silica NPs exhibit excellent bone and bacteria targeting efficacy,excellent biocompatibility and effective antibacterial properties in vitro.Furthermore,in a rat model of orthopedic implant-related infection with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,the growth of bacteria was evidently inhibited without cytotoxicity,thus realizing the early treatment of implant-related infection.Hence,the bone-and-bacteria dual-targeted molecule-modified NPs may target bacteria-infected bone sites and act as ideal candidates for the therapy of orthopedic implant-related infections.Bin’en Nie Shicheng Huo Xinhua Qu Jingjing Guo Xi Liu Qimin Hong You Wang Jianping Yang Bing Yue 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,10:2

The authors determine the extendabilities for all periodical maps on Σ2. The results involve various orientation preserving/reversing behalves of the periodical maps on the pair(S3, Σg). To do this the authors first list all periodic maps on Σ2, and indeed the authors exhibit each of them as a composition of primary and explicit symmetries, like rotations, reflections and antipodal maps, which itself should be interesting. 9Metal-coordinated porous polydopamine nanospheres derived Fe_(3)N-FeCo encapsulated N-doped carbon as a highly efficient electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘The exploration of high-efficiency,long-durability,and cost-effectiveness transition metal doped carbon materials to replace the commercial Pt/C in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is greatly desirable for promoting the advancement of sustainable energy devices.Herein,the Fe_(3)N and FeCo alloy decorated N-doped carbon hybrid material(denoted Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC)is prepared and applied as the ORR catalyst,which is derived from the two-step pyrolysis of an intriguing complex consisted of metal-coordinated porous polydopamine(PDA)nanospheres(i.e.,Fe-PDA@Co)and melamine.The resulting Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC delivers outstanding ORR activity with an onset potential(E_(on))of 1.05 V,a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.89 V,as well as excellent long-term stability and methanol resistance over Pt/C.Interestingly,the home-made Zn-air battery with Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC as the air-cathode demonstrates much higher open-circuit voltage(1.50 vs.1.48 V),power density(141 vs.113 mW·cm^(−2))and specific capacity(806.6 vs.660.6 mAh·g^(−1)_(Zn))than those of Pt/C counterpart.Such a remarkable ORR activity of Fe_(3)N-FeCo@NC may stem from the synergistic effect of Fe_(3)N and FeCo active species,the large surface area,the hierarchical porous structure and the exceptional sphere/sheet hybridized architecture.Fanjuan Guo Mingyue Zhang Shicheng Yi Xuxin Li Rong Xin Mei Yang Bei Liu Hongbiao Chen Huaming Li Yijiang Liu 2022Nano Research Energy2022,1,3:1
10Experiment on Tissue Culture Technique of Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schischk显示文摘The study aimed to optimize the induction and differentiation medium by exploreing different tissue culture of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. In tissue culture with the root, stem segments, young leaf, cotyledonary node and axillary bud of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk as explants, a lot of plantleles were obtained and the corresponding plant regeneration-system was established. The results showed that when use MS+1.0 mg · L-1 6-BA +0.2 mg · L-1 NAA as callus induction medium, the cotyledonary node had the highest bourgeon rate, and its callus was better than any others; MS +2 mg · L-1 6-BA +0.4 mg · L-1 NAA was the best adventitious buds induction medium, and the best adventitious buds induced condition was 3% sucrose as carbon source, illumination for 12-14 h · d-1 and pH 5.8. 12Novel role of LINC01013/miR-6795-5p/FMNL3 axis in the regulation of hepatocellular carcinoma stem cell features显示文摘Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are major contributors to tumor initiation,recurrence,and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Some long non-coding RNAs have been reported as modulators of stem-like properties in cancer cells.However,the role of LINC01013 in liver CSCs has not yet been clarified.In this study,we aimed to elucidate the expression pattern and functions of LINC01013 in HCC.HCC tissues and normal controls were collected,and the expression pattern of LINC01013 and miR-6795-5p was identified by quick real-time polymerase chain reaction.Cell counting kit-8 assay,colony formation,and spheroid formation were performed to measure cell viability,proliferation,and self-renewal of HCC cell lines.The expression of stem markers was detected by western blot analysis.The effect of LINC01013 on viability,proliferation,and stem-like properties was detected through gain-of-function and loss-of-function experiments.The direct interaction among LINC01013,miR-6795-5p,and FMNL3 was testified by dual-luciferase reporter gene assay.Tumor-bearing mice were constructed to ascertain the functions of LINC01013 in vivo.HCC tissues showed increased LINC01013 and FMNL3 expression,while it showed a decreased miR-6795-5p expression as compared to the relative controls.Moreover,the high level of LINC01013 was closely related to the poor prognosis of HCC patients.LINC01013 directly binds to miR-6795-5p and subsequently relieves FMNL3.Silencing LINC01013,FMNL3,or overexpression of miR-6795-5p could suppress spheroid and colony formation,proliferation,as well as expression of stemness markers in HepG2 and SNU-182 cells.LINC01013 knockdown suppressed growth and stem-like traits of HCC cells in vivo by reducing FMNL3 expression.LINC01013/miR-6795-5p/FMNL3 axis may be a novel therapeutic target for HCC.Wanli Wang Shicheng Xu Ying Di Zhiyong Zhang Qingshan Li Kun Guo Yi Lv Bo Wang 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,6:1

15Synergy of first-and second-sphere interactions in a covalent organic framework boosts highly selective platinum uptake显示文摘Platinum recovery from waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE) in highly acidic solutions is significant to the electronics industry and environmental remediation. However, the lack of ingenious design and synergetic coordination gives rise to unsatisfied PtCl_(4)^(2-)extraction capacities and selectivities in most previously reported adsorbents(e.g., polymeric and inorganic materials). Herein, we proposed a synergistic strategy that realizes highly selective PtCl_(4)^(2-)uptake through first-and second-sphere coordinations. The proof-of-concept imine-linked covalent organic framework(SCU-COF-3) was found to chelate Pt Cl42-via the direct N…Pt coordination and the synergistically interlaminar N–H…Cl hydrogen bonds, which was disclosed by the comprehensive analysis of extended X-ray adsorption fine structure(EXAFS) characterizations and density functional theory(DFT) calculations. The unique adsorption mechanism imparts a superior adsorption capacity(168.4 mg g-1)and extraordinary Pt(II) selectivity to SCU-COF-3 under static conditions. In addition, SCU-COF-3 exhibits an upgraded distribution coefficient of 1.62 × 10^(5)mL· g^(-1), one order of magnitude higher than those of reported natural adsorbents. 16Construction of a General Standard Molecule for the Qualitative Detection in Different Transgenic Foodcrops显示文摘Now every laboratory is facing a common problem that is seriously lacking in the standard reference molecule in the GMC detecting research center. Constructing the recombinant plasmid is the urgent demand. In order to overcome this problem, this study respectively cloned Cry1A(B), BAR, CP4-EPSPS, PAT and RBCL genes into PMD18-T vector. This constructed plasmid could be used as the standard reference molecule in the qualitative detecting of the exogenous CP4-EPSPS gene, Cry1A(B) gene, BAR gene and PAT gene. Identification by double restriction endonuclease digestion and identification by PCR proved that the test result was positive. 17Finite-time control with H-infinity constraints of linear time-invariant and time-varying systems显示文摘This paper presents finite-time control methods with H-infinity constraints for linear time-invariant (LTI) and time-varying (LTV) systems. The basic idea of the proposed approaches is to construct controllers for the LTI and LTV in such a way that a constant quadratic Lyapunov function and a time-varying quadratic Lyapunov function can be used to establish the finite-time stability and the H-infinity performance of the resulting closed-loop systems. It is shown that the control laws can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) and Differential Riccati Inequalities (DRIs) that are numerically feasible with commercially available software. 18Evolution mechanism of optical fiber strain induced by multi-fracture growth during fracturing in horizontal wells显示文摘A forward model for optical fiber strain was established based on a planar 3D multi-fracture model. Then the forward method calculating distributed fiber strain induced by multi-fracture growth was proposed. Based on this method, fiber strain evolution during fracturing of the horizontal well was numerically simulated. Fiber strain evolution induced by fracture growth can be divided into three stages: strain increasing, shrinkage convergence, and straight-line convergence, whereas the evolution of fiber strain rate has four stages: strain rate increasing, shrinkage convergence, straight-line convergence, and strain rate reversal after pumping stops. Fiber strain does not flip after pumping stop, while the strain rate flips after pumping stop so that strain rate can reflect injection dynamics. The time when the fracture extends to the fiber and inter-well pressure channeling can be identified by the straight-line convergence band of distributed fiber strain or strain rate, and the non-uniform growth of multiple fractures can be evaluated by using the instants of fractures reaching the fiber monitoring well.When the horizontal section of the fiber monitoring well is within the height range of a hydraulic fracture, the instant of the fracture reaching the fiber can be identified;otherwise, the converging band is not apparent. In multi-stage fracturing, under the influence of stress shadow from previous fracturing stages, the tensile region of fiber strain may not appear, but the fiber strain rate can effectively show the fracture growth behavior in each stage. 19Capurability analysis for arbitrarily high-speed maneuvering targets显示文摘The capturability of an arbitrarily maneuvering target featuring speed superiority over an interceptor is analyzed for Augmented Pure Proportional Navigation(APPN)and RetroAugmented Proportional Navigation(RAPN)guidance.This paper focuses on intercepting arbitrary maneuvers to study more general interception problems.A comparative analysis of the capture region between head-on interception related to APPN and head-pursuit interception related to RAPN is proposed.The results indicate that RAPN performs better than APPN in capturability.It is concluded that increasing the target velocity,which increases the velocity ratio,significantly weakens the capturability of the interceptor,and the average acceleration and relative distance affect the location of the capture region but not its size.The analysis is based on prior knowledge of the target maneuver,which inevitably leads to deviations from actual maneuvers in practical engagement,so a deviation analysis is implemented.The effective capture region shrinks as the absolute value of acceleration deviation increases,and the RAPN has a better deviation fault tolerance compared with the APPN.The results reveal that a larger relative distance can weaken the deviation fault tolerance,and the target velocity has opposite effects on head-on and head-pursuit interception.Shaobo WANG Yang GUO Shicheng WANG Lixin WANG Yanhua TAO Zhengfei PENG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,10:0
