1PARAMETERS OPTIMIZATION OF CONTINUOUS WAVELET TRANSFORM AND ITS APPLICATION IN ACOUSTIC EMISSION SIGNAL ANALYSIS OF ROLLING BEARING显示文摘Morlet wavelet is suitable to extract the impulse components of mechanical fault signals. And thus its continuous wavelet transform (CWT) has been successfully used in the field of fault diagnosis. The principle of scale selection in CWT is discussed. Based on genetic algorithm,an opti-mization strategy for the waveform parameters of the mother wavelet is proposed with wavelet en-tropy as the optimization target. Based on the optimized waveform parameters,the wavelet scalogram is used to analyze the simulated acoustic emission (AE) signal and real AE signal of rolling bearing. 2In-phase thermal–mechanical fatigue investigation on hollow single crystal turbine blades显示文摘Thermal–mechanical fatigue(TMF)is the primary cause of failure of nickel-based single crystal turbine blades.TMF experiments have been performed on the critical section which is subjected to the most serious damage and determined by numerical calculation combined with service failure experience.An experimental system including the loading,heating,air cooling,water cooling,and control subsystems,is constructed to satisfy the TMF experimental requirements.This experimental system can simulate the stress feld,temperature feld,air cooling process,and TMF spectrum on the critical section under service conditions in a laboratory environment.A metal loading device and a new induction coil are developed to achieve the required stress and temperature distributions on the critical section,respectively.TMF experimental results have indicated that cracks initiated at the trailing edge of the suction surface on the critical section.Based on these experiments,life prediction and failure analysis of hollow single crystal turbine blades can be investigated.Wang Rongqiao Jing Fulei Hu Dianyin 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,6:7
3LRP6 downregulation promotes cardiomyocyte proliferation and heart regeneration显示文摘The adult mammalian heart is thought to be a terminally differentiated organ given the postmitotic nature of cardiomyocytes.Consequently,the potential for cardiac repair through cardiomyocyte proliferation is extremely limited.Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6(LRP6)is a Wnt co-receptor that is required for embryonic heart development.In this study we investigated the role of LRP6 in heart repair through regulation of cardiomyocyte proliferation.Lrp6 deficiency increased cardiomyocyte cell cycle activity in neonatal,juvenile and adult mice.Cardiomyocyte-specific deletion of Lrp6 in the mouse heart induced a robust regenerative response after myocardial infarction(MI),led to reduced MI area and improvement in left ventricular systolic function.In vivo genetic lineage tracing revealed that the newly formed cardiomyocytes in Lrp6-deficient mouse hearts after MI were mainly derived from resident cardiomyocytes.Furthermore,we found that the pro-proliferative effect of Lrp6 deficiency was mediated by the ING5/P21 signaling pathway.Gene therapy using the adeno-associated virus(AAV)9 miRNAi-Lrp6 construct promoted the repair of heart injury in mice.Lrp6 deficiency also induced the proliferation of human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes(iPSC-CMs).Our study identifies LRP6 as a critical regulator of cardiomyocyte proliferation,which may lead to the development of a novel molecular strategy to promote myocardial regeneration and repair.Yahan Wu Liping Zhou Hongyu Liu Ran Duan Huixing Zhou Fulei Zhang Xiaoyu He Dongbo Lu Ke Xiong Maolin Xiong Jinzhu Zhuang Yi Liu Li Li Dandan Liang Yi-Han Chen 2021Cell Research2021,31,4:5
4Adaptive TQWT filter based feature extraction method and its application to detection of repetitive transients显示文摘The local defect in rotating machine always gives rise to repetitive transients in the collected vibration signal. However, the transient signature is prone to be contaminated by strong background noises, thus it is a challenging task to detect the weak transients for machine fault diagnosis. In this paper, a novel adaptive tunable Q-factor wavelet transform(TQWT) filter based feature extraction method is proposed to detect repetitive transients. The emerging TQWT possesses distinct advantages over the classical constant-Q wavelet transforms, whose Q-factor can be tuned to match the oscillatory behavior of different signals, but the parameter selection for TQWT heavily relies on prior knowledge. Within our adaptive TQWT filter algorithm, the automatic optimization techniques for three TQWT parameters are implemented to achieve an optimal TQWT basis that matches the transient components. Specifically, the decomposition level is selected according to a center frequency ratio based stopping criterion, and the Q-factor and redundancy are optimized based on the minimum energy-weighted normalized wavelet entropy.Then, the adaptive TQWT decomposition can be achieved in a sparse way and result in subband signals at various wavelet scales.Further, the optimum subband signal which carries transient feature information, is identified using a normalized energy to bandwidth ratio index. Finally, the single branch reconstruction signal from the optimum subband is obtained with transient signatures via inverse TQWT, and the frequency of repetitive transients is detected using Hilbert envelope demodulation. It has been verified via numerical simulation that the proposed adaptive TQWT filter based feature extraction method can adaptively select TQWT parameters and the optimum subband for repetitive transient detection without prior knowledge. 5Deep Spatiotemporal Convolutional-Neural-Network-Based Remaining Useful Life Estimation of Bearings显示文摘The remaining useful life(RUL)estimation of bearings is critical for ensuring the reliability of mechanical systems.Owing to the rapid development of deep learning methods,a multitude of data-driven RUL estimation approaches have been proposed recently.However,the following problems remain in existing methods:1)Most network models use raw data or statistical features as input,which renders it difficult to extract complex fault-related information hidden in signals;2)for current observations,the dependence between current states is emphasized,but their complex dependence on previous states is often disregarded;3)the output of neural networks is directly used as the estimated RUL in most studies,resulting in extremely volatile prediction results that lack robustness.Hence,a novel prognostics approach is proposed based on a time-frequency representation(TFR)subsequence,three-dimensional convolutional neural network(3DCNN),and Gaussian process regression(GPR).The approach primarily comprises two aspects:construction of a health indicator(HI)using the TFR-subsequence-3DCNN model,and RUL estimation based on the GPR model.The raw signals of the bearings are converted into TFR-subsequences by continuous wavelet transform and a dislocated overlapping strategy.Subsequently,the 3DCNN is applied to extract the hidden spatiotemporal features from the TFR-subsequences and construct HIs.Finally,the RUL of the bearings is estimated using the GPR model,which can also define the probability distribution of the potential function and prediction confidence.Experiments on the PRONOSTIA platform demonstrate the superiority of the proposed TFR-subsequence-3DCNN-GPR approach.The use of degradation-related spatiotemporal features in signals is proposed herein to achieve a highly accurate bearing RUL prediction with uncertainty quantification.Xu Wang Tianyang Wang Anbo Ming Qinkai Han Fulei Chu Wei Zhang Aihua Li 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,3:5
6Coriander Genomics Database:a genomic,transcriptomic,and metabolic database for coriander显示文摘Coriander(Coriandrum sativum L.),also known as cilantro,is a globally important vegetable and spice crop.Its genome and that of carrot are models for studying the evolution of the Apiaceae family.Here,we developed the Coriander Genomics Database(CGDB,http://gffzzc8ce0bd092c048a1h5o0uk69kwq666wko.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/)to collect,store,and integrate the genomic,transcriptomic,metabolic,functional annotation,and repeat sequence data of coriander and carrot to serve as a central online platform for Apiaceae and other related plants.Using these data sets in the CGDB,we intriguingly found that seven transcription factor(TF)families showed significantly greater numbers of members in the coriander genome than in the carrot genome.The highest ratio of the numbers of MADS TFs between coriander and carrot reached 3.15,followed by those for tubby protein(TUB)and heat shock factors.As a demonstration of CGDB applications,we identified 17 TUB family genes and conducted systematic comparative and evolutionary analyses.RNA-seq data deposited in the CGDB also suggest dose compensation effects of gene expression in coriander.CGDB allows bulk downloading,significance searches,genome browser analyses,and BLAST searches for comparisons between coriander and other plants regarding genomics,gene families,gene collinearity,gene expression,and the metabolome.A detailed user manual and contact information are also available to provide support to the scientific research community and address scientific questions.CGDB will be continuously updated,and new data will be integrated for comparative and functional genomic analysis in Apiaceae and other related plants.Xiaoming Song Fulei Nie Wei Chen Xiao Ma Ke Gong Qihang Yang Jinpeng Wang Nan Li Pengchuan Sun Qiaoying Pei Tong Yu Jingjing Hu Xinyu Li Tong Wu Shuyan Feng Xiu-Qing Li Xiyin Wang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:4
7Nonlinear dynamic responses of sandwich functionally graded porous cylindrical shells embedded in elastic media under 1:1 internal resonance显示文摘In this article, the nonlinear dynamic responses of sandwich functionally graded(FG) porous cylindrical shell embedded in elastic media are investigated. The shell studied here consists of three layers, of which the outer and inner skins are made of solid metal, while the core is FG porous metal foam. Partial differential equations are derived by utilizing the improved Donnell's nonlinear shell theory and Hamilton's principle. Afterwards, the Galerkin method is used to transform the governing equations into nonlinear ordinary differential equations, and an approximate analytical solution is obtained by using the multiple scales method. 11Redox-sensitive micelles for targeted intracellular delivery and combination chemotherapy of paclitaxel and all-trans-retinoid acid显示文摘The application of paclitaxel(PTX) in clinic has been restricted due to its poor solubility.Several traditional nano-medicines have been developed to improve this defect,while they are still lack of tumor targeting ability and rapid drug release. In this work,an amphiphilic polymeric micelle of hyaluronic acid(HA) – all-trans-retinoid acid(ATRA) with a disulfide bond,was developed successfully for the co-delivery of PTX and ATRA. The combination chemotherapy of PTX and ATRA can strengthen the anti-tumor activity. Along with selfassembling to micelles in water,the delivery system displayed satisfying drug loading capacities for both PTX(32.62% ± 1.39%) and ATRA,due to directly using ATRA as the hydrophobic group. Rapid drug release properties of the PTX-loaded redox-sensitive micelles(HA-SS-ATRA) in vitro were confirmed under reducing condition containing GSH. Besides,HA-CD44 mediated endocytosis promoted the uptake of HA-SS-ATRA micelles by B16 F10 cells. Due to these properties,cytotoxicity assay verified that PTX-loaded HA-SS-ATRA micelles showed concentration-dependent cytotoxicity and displayed obvious combination therapy of PTX and ATRA. Importantly,HA-SS-ATRA micelles could remarkably prolong plasma circulation time after intravenously administration. 13Intestinal dysbiosis exacerbates the pathogenesis of psoriasis-like phenotype through changes in fatty acid metabolism显示文摘The intestinal microbiota has been associated with host immunity as well as psoriasis;however,the mechanism of intestinal microbiota regulating psoriasis needs to be demonstrated systematically.Here,we sought to examine its role and mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.We found that the severity of psoriasis-like skin phenotype was accompanied by changes in the composition of the intestinal microbiota.We performed co-housing and fecal microbial transplantation(FMT)experiments using the K14-VEGF transgenic mouse model of psoriasis and demonstrated that the transfer of intestinal microbiota from mice with severe psoriasis-like skin phenotype exacerbated psoriasiform skin inflammation in mice with mild symptoms,including increasing the infiltration and differentiation of Th17,and increased the abundance of Prevotella,while decreasing that of Parabacteroides distasonis,in the colon.These alterations affected fatty acid metabolism,increasing the abundance of oleic and stearic acids.Meanwhile,gentamicin treatment significantly reduced the abundance of Prevotella and alleviated the psoriasis-like symptoms in both K14-VEGF mice and imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis-like mice.Indeed,administration of oleic and stearic acids exacerbated psoriasis-like symptoms and increased Th17 and monocyte-derived dendritic cell infiltration in the skin lesion areas in vivo,as well as increased the secretion of IL-23 by stimulating DCs in vitro.At last,we found that,treatment of PDE-4 inhibitor alleviated psoriasis-like phenotype of K14-VEGF mice accompanied by the recovery of intestinal microbiota,including the decrease of Prevotella and increase of Parabacteroides distasonis.Overall,our findings reveal that the intestinal microbiota modulates host metabolism and psoriasis-like skin inflammation in mice,suggesting a new target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.Qixiang Zhao Jiadong Yu Hong Zhou Xiaoyan Wang Chen Zhang Jing Hu Yawen Hu Huaping Zheng Fanlian Zeng Chengcheng Yue Linna Gu Zhen Wang Fulei Zhao Pei Zhou Haozhou Zhang Nongyu Huang Wenling Wu Yifan Zhou Jiong Li 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,2:2
14DIAGNOSTICS OF FATIGUE CRACK IN ULTERIOR PLACES OF LARGER-SCALE OVERLOADED SUPPORTING SHAFT BASED ON TIME SERIES AND NEURAL NETWORKS显示文摘To improve the diagnosis accuracy and self-adaptability of fatigue crack in ulterior place of the supporting shaft, time series and neural network are attempted to be applied in research on diag-nosing the fatigue crack’s degree based on analyzing the vibration characteristics of the supporting shaft. By analyzing the characteristic parameter which is easy to be detected from the supporting shaft’s exterior, the time series model parameter which is hypersensitive to the situation of fatigue crack in ulterior place of the supporting shaft is the target input of neural network, and the fatigue crack’s degree value of supporting shaft is the output. The BP network model can be built and net-work can be trained after the structural parameters of network are selected. Furthermore, choosing the other two different group data can test the network. The test result will verify the validity of the BP network model. 15Stress-controlled LCF experiments and ratcheting behaviour simulation of a nickel-based single crystal superalloy with [001] orientation显示文摘Uniaxial ratcheting behaviour and low cycle fatigue(LCF)failure mechanism of nickel-based single crystal superalloy DD6 with[001]orientation are investigated through the stresscontrolled LCF tests with stress ratio of-1.Then the deformation behaviour during the wholelifetime from the beginning of the experiment to the fracture of the specimen,as well as the fractographic/metallographic morphology,are compared with the strain-controlled LCF experimental results.Through the scanning electron microscope(SEM)observations,it is shown that the failure characteristics under stress-controlled LCF loading are similar with those under strain-controlled loading.Nevertheless,unlike strain-controlled LCF loading,even under fully reversed cycle loading for stress-controlled LCF,DD6 shows significant ratcheting behaviour due to the tensioncompression asymmetry.In addition,the LCF lifetimes under stress control are significantly shorter than the LCF lifetimes under strain control,and the culprit might be the detrimental effect of ratcheting strain on LCF lifetime.Based on these phenomena,an improved crystal plasticity constitutive model on the basis of slip-based Walker constitutive model is developed through modifying the kinematic hardening rule in order to overcome the inaccurate prediction of decelerating stageand stable stage of ratcheting behaviour.Furthermore,combining the continuum damage mechanics,a damage-coupled crystal plasticity constitutive model is proposed to reflect the damage behaviour of DD6 and the accelerating stage of ratcheting behaviour.The simulation results for the stress-controlled LCF deformation behaviour including the whole-lifetime ratcheting behaviour show good agreement with the experimental data.Bin ZHANG Rongqiao WANG Dianyin HU Kanghe JIANG Jianxing MAO Fulei JING Xinyi HAO 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,8:2
163D AVO Analysis for Identifying Thin Continental Sandstone Interbeds and Deep Volcanic Rocks显示文摘AVO characteristics were ambiguous in thin-layer interbed sandstones and mudstones of terrestrial facies of Daqing area. Described in this paper is the 3D AVO analysis and real examples in the Songzhan region in the north of the Songliao basin. The AVO responses of the Fuyu sandstone reservoir, obtained through special AVO processing and interpretation as well as the AVO forwardmod eling under the constraints of logging data, were evident in the Sheng-81 well.
