3Non-ammonia enrichment of rare earth by magnesium oxide from rare earth leaching liquor in magnesium salt system显示文摘In order to solve the problem of ammonia-nitrogen pollution in the enrichment process of the ionadsorption type rare earth ore,the technology of non-ammonia precipitation with magnesium oxide precipitant was carried out.It is determined that the rare earth precipitation efficiency is 99.6%and the purity of rare earth concentrates is only 85.89 wt%under the optimum precipitation conditions.And the contents of MgO,SO3 and Al2O3 in the rare earth concentrates are 5.12 wt%,6.77 wt%and 1.78 wt%,respectively.Furthermore,the thermo-decomposition process of precipitates was investigated by TGDSC,XRD and FI-IR.The thermal decomposition process consists of two stages:the dehydration of rare earth hydroxide and alkaline rare earth sulfate within 900℃and the thermal decomposition of RE2O2SO4 at 900-1300℃.Therefore,a high-temperature calcinations method for removing SO3 from precipitates is proposed.When the precipitates are calcined at 1300℃for 2 h,the rare earth concentrates with a purity of 92.03 wt%can be acquired.Moreover,the content of SO3 in the concentrate is only 0.46 wt%.In the MgO precipitation and high-temperature calcinations process,the raw material cost is low and the quality of rare earth concentrates is acceptable.It could have great significance for nonammonia enrichment of rare earth from the rare earth leaching liquor,and finally solve the problem of ammonia nitrogen in the extraction process of the ion-adsorption type rare earth ore within magnesium salt system.Li Huang Guohua Gao Ran Wu Qian Zhang Fuguo Lai Yanfei Xiao 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,8:14

5Recovery of rare earths from ion-absorbed rare earths ore with MgSO_4-ascorbic acid compound leaching agent显示文摘The magnesium sulfate leaching technology for the ion-absorbed rare earths ore can solve the ammonia pollution problem existing in ammonium sulfate leaching process. However, the leaching capacity of magnesium sulfate is slightly weaker than that of ammonium sulfate, resulting in a bigger consumption of magnesium sulfate. In this paper, the MgSO_4-ascorbic acid compound leaching agent had been demonstrated to deal with the ion-absorbed rare earths ore. The ascorbic acid could form a stable coordination with rare earth ions, so that it can strengthen the leaching of ion-exchangeable phase.Moreover, ascorbic acid has a strong reductive property, it can leach the colloidal sediment phase rare earth as well. The present study investigates the effect of the initial pH and the composition of leaching agent on the rare earth leaching. It is determined that the rare earth leaching efficiency is 107.5% under the condition of pH 2.00,0.15 mol/L magnesium sulfate and 1.0 g/L ascorbic acid in leaching agent. In this case, the content of the ion-exchangeable phase and colloidal sediment phase rare earth in the leaching residues are both only 0.02‰. The leaching efficiency of colloid sediment phase rare earth can be 85.7%,so that the Ce partition in the leaching liquor increases to be 5.77%. 7Heralded entanglement concentration for photon systems with linear-optical elements显示文摘We present two nonlocal entanglement concentration protocols(ECPs)to distill a subset of N-photon systems in a GreenbergerHorne-Zeilinger(GHZ)state or a W state from a set of photon systems in a partially entangled GHZ-like pure state or a lessentangled W-like state with known parameters,respectively.Our ECPs have some advantages.First,our ECPs work in a heralded way with linear-optical elements only,without the postselection based on nonlinear optics,far different from the previous ECPs.Second,they require only a copy of the less-entangled photon system in each round of the entanglement concentration process,not two copies,which decreases the difficulty of their implementation in experiment largely.Third,our ECPs avoid checking the photon number in the output modes of linear-optical elements with the sophisticated single-photon detectors.Moreover,all parties can operate the process for concentration simultaneously and independently,which leads to flexible operations and improves the performance greatly in experiment.These advantages make our ECPs useful in practical applications in long-distance quantum communication network.DU FangFang DENG FuGuo 2015Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2015,58,4:6
8Preparation of Gd_2O_3:Eu^(3+) downconversion luminescent material and its application in dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) downconversion luminescent powder was prepared using the homogeneous precipitation method. Its optical properties were analyzed and it was introduced into a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). As a luminescence medium, Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) improved light harvesting via conversion luminescence and increased the photocurrent of the DSSC. As a p-type dopant insulating rare earth oxides form an energy barrier, and the Gd_2O_3 :Eu^(3+) elevated the energy level of the oxide film and increased the photovoltage. 9Protective effects of acupuncture on brain tissue following ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘BACKGROUND: In patients with cerebrovascular disease, by means of the neuroendocrine system, acupuncture supports the transformation of a local pathological status into a physiological status. Recently, great progress has been made in studying the protective effects of acupuncture on brain ischemia/reperfusion injury. OBJECTIVE: To summarize research advances in the protective effects of acupuncture on brain ischemia/reperfusion injury. RETRIEVAL STRATEGY: Using the terms 'acupuncture, transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, and cerebral protection', we retrieved articles from the PubMed database published between January 1991 and June 1994. Meanwhile, we searched the China National Knowledge Infrastructure with the same terms. Altogether, 114 articles and their results were analyzed. Inclusive criteria: studies that were closely related to the protective effects of acupuncture on brain ischemia/reperfusion injury, or studies, whose contents were in the same study field and were published recently, or in the authorized journals. Exclusive criteria: repetitive studies. LITERATURE EVALUATION: Thirty articles that related to the protective effects of acupuncture on brain ischemia/reperfusion injury were included. Among them, 7 were clinical studies, and the remaining 23 articles were animal experimental studies. DATA SYNTHESIS: ① Animal experimental studies have demonstrated that acupuncture improves brain blood perfusion and brain electrical activity, influences pathomorphological and ultramicrostructural changes in ischemic brain tissue, is beneficial in maintaining the stability of intracellular and extracellular ions, resists free radical injury and lipid peroxidation, and influences cytokine, neurotransmitter, brain cell signal transduction, and apoptosis-regulating genes. ② Clinical studies have demonstrated that acupuncture not only promotes nutritional supply to local brain tissue in patients with cerebral infarction, but also increases brain blood flow and attenuates inflammatory reactions of injured brain tissue. ③ At present, the mechanisms underlying the protective effects of acupuncture on brain ischemia/reperfusion injury have been greatly studied. Some conclusions, however, are not sufficient or comprehensive, and remain as primarily isolated incidents. CONCLUSION: Studies that focused on mechanisms that influence the protective effects of acupuncture on brain ischemia/reperfusion injury have provided results; however, several mechanisms are still poorly understood. 11Preliminary study on the dissolved oxygen distributions and the influential factors in the Daliao River estuary and its adjacent areas显示文摘Dissolved oxygen (DO) concentrations were surveyed in the Daliao River Estuary in autumn to investigate the temporal and spatial trends of DO distributions. The results indicate that DO is weakly stratified in the Yingkou section of the Daliao River Estuary, and remains constant vertically in the areas near and out of the entrance. Horizontally, both instantaneous and continuous observations show that the Yingkou section of the Daliao River Estuary is affected by hypoxic conditions; while no conditions of low DO have been observed in the areas near and out of the entrance. DO-salinity correlations exhibit different controlling factors of DO distributions in different sections of the Daliao River Estuary. 12Studyon Evaluation Methods for Lateral Stability of High-Speed Trains显示文摘Taking a high-speed train in China as an example,using computer simulation technology and comparing with the test data,the three current methods including linear stability analysis method,nonlinear stability analysis method and the field testing criterion are studied to evaluate stability of high-speed trains.A new stability evaluation method is proposed which can be used to evaluate lateral stability of high-speed vehicle based on the codes of UIC 515and UIC 518.From the viewpoint of taking the most unfavorable track conditions into account and improving the safety margin,the new method uses the root mean square of bogie lateral acceleration as a criterion to evaluate the lateral stability of high-speed trains.Numerical example shows that the proposed method not only considers the forced vibration caused by track irregularities in the actual practice,but also takes the instability self-excited vibration into account,so it can realize early warning of bogie slight unstable oscillation,meanwhile the method itself does not involve complex algorithms which has the possibility of engineering applications.YAO Jianwei SUN Lixia HOU Fuguo 2012中国铁道科学2012,33,6:3
13Study on the Relationship between.the Moisture Content of Brown Rice and Milling Characteristics显示文摘An experiment about rice milling was made to study on the relationship between the different moisture content of brown rice and the energy consumption, the broken rice rate, the crack rate and the head rice yield. 14Preparation of porous nanoparticle TiO_2 films for flexible dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘A TiO2 paste was prepared by mixing commercial TiO2 (P25), ethanol, distilled water and a small amount of Ti (IV) tetrai-sopropoxide (TTIP), following by a hydrothermal treatment. Before hydrothermal treatment, a stirring for 48 h can prevent cracking TiO2 films. TTIP significantly promote the chemical connection between TiO2 particles and its adherence to the substrate, the TTIP amount of 6 mol% is suitable. UV irradiation can remove some impurities and water from the TiO2 film with an optimal time of 2 h. Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and photovoltaic tests are charac- terized and measured. 15Rapid detection of aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice as analytical quality assessment by near infrared spectroscopy显示文摘A rapid identification method for aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice samples was developed by using near infrared spectroscopy under a wavelength range of 1000-2500 nm.Eighty paddy rice samples were collected from both natural and artificial infection with aflatoxin B_(1) to build the calibration models based on the partial least square regression method.The best predictive model to detect aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice was obtained using standard normal variate detrending spectra,with a correlation of 0.850,and a standard error of prediction of 3.211%.Therefore,the result showed that near infrared spectroscopy could be a useful instrumental method for determining aflatoxin B_(1) in paddy rice.The near infrared spectroscopy methodology can be applied to the monitoring of aflatoxin fungal contamination in postharvest paddy rice during storage and may become a powerful tool for the safety of grain and grain products.Zhang Qiang Jia Fuguo Liu Chenghai Sun Jingkun Zheng Xianzhe 2014International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,4:3
16Description of shape characteristics through Fourier and wavelet analysis显示文摘In this paper,Fourier and Wavelet transformation were adopted to analyze shape characteristics,with twelve simple shapes and two types of second phases from real microstructure morphology. According to the results of Fast Fourier transformation(FFT),the Fourier descriptors can be used to characterize the shape from the aspects of the first eight Normalization amplitudes,the number of the largest amplitudes to inverse reconstruction,similarity of shapes and profile roughness. And the Diepenbroek Roughness was rewritten by Normalization amplitudes of FFT results. Moreover,Sum Square of Relative Errors(SSRE) of Wavelet transformation(WT) signal sequence,including approximation signals and detail signals,was introduced to evaluate the similarity and relative orientation among shapes. As a complement to FFT results,the WT results can retain more detailed information of shapes including their orientations. 17Mechanical properties study of particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites by micro-indentation experiments显示文摘By using instrumental micro-indentation technique, the microhardness and Young's modulus of SiC particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites were investigated with microcompression-tester(MCT). The micro-indentation experiments were performed with different maximum loads, and with three loading speeds of 2.231, 4.462 and 19.368 mN/s respectively. During the investigation, matrix, particle and interface were tested by micro-indentation experiments. The results exhibit that the variations of Young's modulus and microhardness at particle, matrix and interface were highly dependent on the loading conditions(maximum load and loading speed) and the locations of indentation. Micro-indentation hardness experiments of matrix show the indentation size effects, i.e. the indentation hardness decreased with the indentation depth increasing. During the analysis, the effect of loading conditions on Young's modulus and microhardness were explained. Besides, the elastic–plastic properties of matrix were analyzed. The validity of calculated results was identified by finite element simulation.
