2A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 3REGULATION OF FLOW AND SEDIMENT LOAD IN THE YELLOW RIVER显示文摘Small runoff, large sediment load, and incompatible relationship of flow and sediment load are very important characteristics of the Yellow River. They are also the crux of the most prominent problems of the Yellow River. To solve these problems, the regimes of flow and sediment load have to be improved by increasing water, reducing sediment load, and by using reservoirs to regulate flow and sediment load. The results of experiments for regulating the flow and sediment load in the last three years by the Xiaolangdi Reservoir have indicated that this measure is a realistic and effective way to mitigate the prominent problems in flood control of the Lower Yellow River at present and in the near future. However, the regulation system is still imperfect. 4Control Effect of Different Microbial Agents on Tobacco Bacterial Wilt显示文摘[Objectives] The paper was to study effects of different microbial agents on occurrence of tobacco bacterial wilt. [Methods] Antagonistic strains against Ralstonia solanacearum were screened from in situ soil,and prepared into four different combinations. The number of soil microorganisms and incidence of bacterial wilt of four combinations were observed. [Results] The incidence rate of bacterial wilt treated by microbial agent OR-1 was significantly lower than that in control,and the control efficacy against bacterial wilt reached 67%. 5Residual stress evolution regularity in thermal barrier coatings under thermal shock loading显示文摘Residual stress evolution regularity in thermal barrier ceramic coatings(TBCs) under different cycles of thermal shock loading of 1 100℃ was investigated by the microscopic digital image correlation(DIC) and micro-Raman spectroscopy, respectively. The obtained results showed that, as the cycle number of the thermal shock loading increases, the evolution of the residual stress undergoes three distinct stages: a sharp increase, a gradual change, and a reduction.The extension stress near the TBC surface is fast transformed to compressive one through just one thermal cycle. 6Icariin upregulates phosphorylated cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein levels in the hippocampus of the senescence-accelerated mouse显示文摘At 8 weeks after intragastric administration of icariin to senescence-accelerated mice (P8 strain), Morris water maze results showed that escape latency was shortened, and the number of platform crossings was increased. Immunohistochemical staining and western blot assay detected significantly increased levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein. 7Mutation Testing for Integer Overflow in Ethereum Smart Contracts显示文摘Integer overflow is a common vulnerability in Ethereum Smart Contracts(ESCs)and often causes huge economic losses.Smart contracts cannot be changed once it is deployed on the blockchain and thus demand further testing.Mutation testing is a fault-based testing method that can effectively improve the sufficiency of a test for smart contracts.However,existing methods cannot efficiently perform mutation testing specifically for integer overflow in ESCs.Therefore,by analyzing integer overflow in ESCs,we propose five special mutation operators to address such vulnerability in terms of detecting sufficiency in ESC testing.An empirical study on 40 open-source ESCs is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed mutation operators.Results show that(1)our proposed mutation operators can reproduce all 179 integer overflow vulnerabilities in 40 smart contracts,and the generated mutants have high compilation pass rate and integer overflow vulnerability generation rate;moreover,(2)the generated mutants can find the shortcomings of existing testing methods for integer overflow vulnerability,thereby providing effective support to improve the sufficiency of the test.Jinlei Sun Song Huang Changyou Zheng Tingyong Wang Cheng Zong Zhanwei Hui 2022Tsinghua Science and Technology2022,27,1:3
8Yizhijiannao Granule and a combination of its effective monomers,icariin and Panax notoginseng saponins,inhibit early PC12 cell apoptosis induced by beta-amyloid(25-35)显示文摘One of our previous studies showed that Yizhijiannao Granule,a compound Chinese medicine, effectively improved the clinical symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.In the present study,we established a model of Alzheimer's disease using beta-amyloid(25-35)in PC12 cells,and treated the cells with Yizhijiannao Granule and its four monomers,i.e.,icariin,catechin,Panax notoginseng saponins,and eleutheroside E.Flow cytometry showed that Yizhijiannao Granule-containing serum, icariin,Panax notoginseng saponins,and icariin+Panax notoginseng saponins were protective against beta-amyloid(25-35)-induced injury in PC12 cells.Icariin in combination with Panax notoginseng saponins significantly inhibited early apoptosis of PC12 cells with beta-amyloid (25-35)-induced injury compared to icariin or Panax notoginseng saponins alone.The effects of icariin+Panax notoginseng saponins were similar to the effects of Yizhijiannao Granule.The findings indicate that two of the effective monomers of Yizhijiannao Granule,icariin and Panax notoginseng saponins,can synergistically inhibit early apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by beta-amyloid(25-35).Ting Zhang Zhanwei Zhang Keli Dong Guangcheng Li Hong Zhu 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,24:3
9Determination of residual stress distribution combining slot milling method and finite element approach显示文摘Residual stress plays a vital role in the structural strength and stability. The determination of residual stress at single-point has become mature at present. However, the method to determine residual stress distribution is still in shortage. For this problem, a finite element approach combined with slot milling method was developed in this study. In the method, firstly a slot is milled on the specimen surface to release the residual stress and then the released displacement field is measured by optical method, such as digital image correlation(DIG), finally the finite element approach is used to determine the residual stress distribution along the slot. In order to verify the feasibility of the method, it was applied to study the residual stress introduced by shot peening,mainly about the stress distribution along the direction vertical to the shot peened surface. Since the influence depth of shot peening was too small, we utilized focused ion beam(FIB) to determine the microscale residual stress distribution. 10Description of shape characteristics through Fourier and wavelet analysis显示文摘In this paper,Fourier and Wavelet transformation were adopted to analyze shape characteristics,with twelve simple shapes and two types of second phases from real microstructure morphology. According to the results of Fast Fourier transformation(FFT),the Fourier descriptors can be used to characterize the shape from the aspects of the first eight Normalization amplitudes,the number of the largest amplitudes to inverse reconstruction,similarity of shapes and profile roughness. And the Diepenbroek Roughness was rewritten by Normalization amplitudes of FFT results. Moreover,Sum Square of Relative Errors(SSRE) of Wavelet transformation(WT) signal sequence,including approximation signals and detail signals,was introduced to evaluate the similarity and relative orientation among shapes. As a complement to FFT results,the WT results can retain more detailed information of shapes including their orientations. 11Mechanical properties study of particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites by micro-indentation experiments显示文摘By using instrumental micro-indentation technique, the microhardness and Young's modulus of SiC particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites were investigated with microcompression-tester(MCT). The micro-indentation experiments were performed with different maximum loads, and with three loading speeds of 2.231, 4.462 and 19.368 mN/s respectively. During the investigation, matrix, particle and interface were tested by micro-indentation experiments. The results exhibit that the variations of Young's modulus and microhardness at particle, matrix and interface were highly dependent on the loading conditions(maximum load and loading speed) and the locations of indentation. Micro-indentation hardness experiments of matrix show the indentation size effects, i.e. the indentation hardness decreased with the indentation depth increasing. During the analysis, the effect of loading conditions on Young's modulus and microhardness were explained. Besides, the elastic–plastic properties of matrix were analyzed. The validity of calculated results was identified by finite element simulation. 12In Situ Synthesis of Core-Shell Li4Ti5O(12) @ Polyaniline Composites with Enhanced Rate Performance for Lithium-ion Battery Anodes显示文摘The core-shell Li_4Ti_5O_(12) @ polyaniline composites(LP) have been synthesized via an in situ synthesis with different mole ratios(25:1, 50:1 and 100:1, aniline:LTO). As an anode material of lithium-ion batteries,the LP-2 electrodes(50:1) exhibit a high initial reversible capacity of 205 mAh g^(-1)with an initial coulombic efficiency of 97.6% at 0.1 C. Even at a high current density of 10 C, the reversible capacity of the LP-2 electrodes still remains at 102 mAh g^(-1). Moreover, the LP-2 electrodes retain an impressive high capacity of 161 mAh g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 1 C, with 0.11% capacity fading per cycle. 14Optimization of structural parameters for elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion dies based on grey theory显示文摘The elliptical cross-section spiral equal-channel extrusion (ECSEE) process is simulated by using Deform-3D finite element software. The ratio m of major-axis to minor-axis length for ellipse-cross-section, the torsion angle u, the round-ellipse cross-section transitional channel L1, the elliptical rotation cross-section transitional channel L2 and the ellipse-round cross-section transitional channel L3 are destined for the extrusion process parameters. The average effective strain eave on cross-section of blank, the deformation uniformity coefficient a and the value of maximum damage dmax are chosen to be the optimize indexes, and the virtual orthogonal experiment of L16 (45) is designed. The correlation degree of the process factors affecting eave, a and dmax is analyzed by the numerical simulation results using the weights and grey association model. The process parameters are optimized by introducing the grey situation decision theory and the ECSEE optimal combination of process parameters is obtained: u of 120 , m of 1.55, L1 of 7 mm, L2 of 10 mm, and L3 of 10 mm. Simulation and experimental results show that the material can be refined with the optimized structural parameters of die. 15Thermal-Hydraulic Characteristics of Twisted Elliptical Tube Bundle in Staggered Arrangement显示文摘Based on experimental data,numerical simulations by turbulent air flowing across staggered tube bundle composed of twisted elliptical tube(TET)with constant tube wall temperature are conducted in present study.Parametric study on the thermal-hydraulic characteristics of air crossflow in TET bundles is investigated with physical parameters and Reynolds number(Re).The results show that spiral channels created by spiral deformation of TETs have a diversion effect on the air flow,which changes the flow direction of the air near the tube wall.The air in the near wall region is a three-dimensional flow,consisting of a flow perpendicular to the normal direction of the elliptical cross section and a spiral flow along the helicoid on the downstream side and the upstream side.And the interaction of the spiral channels makes the two flows and their mixing more complicated.The excellent heat transfer performance of staggered TET bundles is confirmed by the comparison of the comprehensive heat transfer performance with that of circular tube bundles.The average Nusselt number(Nu)increases with the increase of the aspect ratio(A/B)and with the increase of Re while decreases as the twist pitch(S)increases.The average Euler number(Eu)increases as A/B increases,while it decreases as Re increases and as S increases.Due to the fact that the suitable correlations for staggered TET bundles are not reported,correlations for Nu and Eu obtained from experimental data and numerical results are presented in the multiple forms.LI Xiuzhen WANG Lin FENG Rong WANG Zhanwei ZHU Dongsheng 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,6:2
