| 2 | Microwave-assisted synthesis of photoluminescent glutathione-capped Au/Ag nanoclusters: A unique sensor-on-a-nanoparticle for metal ions, anions, and small molecules显示文摘Even though great advances have been achieved in the synthesis of luminescent metal nanoclusters, it is still challenging to develop metal nanoclusters with high quantum efficiency as well as multiple sensing functionalities. Here, we demonstrate the rapid preparation of glutathione-capped Au/Ag nanoclusters (GS-Au/Ag NCs) using microwave irradiation and their unique sensing capacities. Compared to bare GS-Au NCs, the doped Au/Ag NCs possess an enhanced quantum yield (7.8% compared to 2.2% for GS-Au NCs). Several characterization techniques were used to elucidate the atomic composition, particulate character, and electronic structure of the fabricated NCs. According to the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectra, a significant amount of Au exists in the oxidized state as Au(I), and the Ag atoms are positively charged. In contrast to those nanoclusters that detect only one analyte, the GS-Au/Ag NCs can be used as a versatile sensor for metal ions, anions, and small molecules. | 3 | 参与辣椒素合成的DnaJ基因家族全表达谱分析显示文摘背景:DnaJ蛋白在植物发育和胁迫反应中发挥重要作用。近年来,通过对辣椒基因组全面的生信分析鉴定到76个DnaJ基因。但目前尚无辣椒DnaJ基因系统发育关系和表达谱的研究报道。因此,我们对不同组织、非生物胁迫和激素响应下辣椒DnaJ基因的系统发育关系和表达谱进行了系统的分析。结果:系统发育分析显示,辣椒DnaJ基因按序列同源性可分为7个亚族(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ亚族)。辣椒DnaJ基因在不同组织中的表达显示,38%(29/76)的辣椒DnaJ基因在至少一个组织中表达。结果表明,DnaJ基因在辣椒生长发育中具有潜在的关键作用。另外,为了解辛辣和非辛辣辣椒DnaJ基因在胎座中的表达差异,我们还利用RNA-Seq数据和qRT-PCR分析了辣椒DnaJ基因的表达模式。通过比较分析发现,8个基因在辛辣辣椒和非辛辣辣椒中的表达差异显著。CaDnaJs与胎座发育过程中参与辣椒素合成的基因共同表达。更重要的是,我们的研究揭示了这8个DnaJ基因可能受到胁迫(热、干旱和盐)的调控,同时也受到植物激素的调控(ABA,GA3,MeJA和SA)。结论:综上所述,部分在胎座中表达的DnaJ基因可能参与了植物在与刺激性相关化合物生物合成过程中对非生物胁迫的响应。本研究为辣椒DanJ基因的表达谱提供了广泛的认识,有助于我们对辣椒中的DnaJ基因功能认识。 | Fang Fanfei Liu Fawan Yang Xian Wan Hongjian Kang Yunyan 刘周斌(译) | 2020 | 辣椒杂志2020,,3: | 2 |

| 9 | Anti-vapor-penetration and condensate microdrop self-transport of superhydrophobic oblique nanowire surface under high subcooling显示文摘It is well-known that microscale gaps or defects are ubiquitous and can be penetrated by vapor,resulting in the failure of superhydrophobic effect and undesired condensate flooding under high subcooling.Here,we propose and demonstrate that such problem can be solved by the oblique arrangement of nanowires.Such a structure has been demonstrated to own anti-vapor-penetration and microdrop self-transport functions under high subcooling,unaffected by the microscale gaps.This is because vapor molecules can be intercepted by oblique nanowires and preferentially nucleate at near-surface locations,avoiding the penetration of vapor into the microscale gaps.As-formed microdrops can suspend upon the nanowires and have low solid-liquid adhesion.Besides,oblique nanowires can generate asymmetric surface tension and microdrop coalescence can release driving energy,both of which facilitate the microdrop self-removal via sweeping and jumping ways.This new design idea helps develop more advanced condensation mass and heat transfer interfaces. | Rui Wang Feifei Wu Fanfei Yu Jie Zhu Xuefeng Gao Lei Jiang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,5: | 1 |

The synergetic interaction between dissimilar materials has been considered as the origin of the activity enhancement,however, the interfacial interaction is challenging to probe, thus, the underlying mechanism remains obscure. Here, we reported a heterostructured α-MoC/β-Mo2 C electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution in alkaline media, which shows a significant electrocatalytic activity improvement as compared to the single component. [Methods] Z. elegans was taken as research object, and the effect of sludge extract on the growth indicators of Z. elegans was studied. [Results] The sludge extract can obviously promote the growth of Z. elegans, and the growth indicators were significantly improved when compared with the control group. The application effect was close to that of foliar fertilizer purchased in the market. In each treatment group, the low concentration of sludge extract did not significantly promote the growth of Z. elegans, while too high concentration could inhibit its growth, and the optimal dilution ratio was 600 times. | 19 | Mapping the distributions of blood-sucking mites and mite-borne agents in China:a modeling study显示文摘Background:Emerging mite-borne pathogens and associated disease burdens in recent decades are raising serious public health concerns,yet their distributions and ecology remain under-investigated.We aim to describe the geographical distributions of blood-sucking mites and mite-borne agents and to assess their ecological niches in China.Methods:We mapped 549 species of blood-sucking mites belonging to 100 genera at the county level and eight mite-associated agents detected from 36 species of blood-sucking mites in China during 1978–2020.Impacts of climatic and environmental factors on the ecology of 21 predominant vector mites and a leading pathogen,Orientia tsutsugamushi,were assessed using boosted regression tree(BRT)models,and model-predicted risks were mapped.We also estimated the model-predicted number,area and population size of afected counties for each of the 21 mite species in China.Results:Laelaps echidninus is the leading mite species that potentially afects 744 million people,followed by La.jettmari(517 million)and Eulaelaps stabularis(452 million).Leptotrombidium scutellare is the mite species harboring the highest variety of mite-borne agents including four Rickettsia species and two viruses,followed by Eu.stabularis(2 agents),L.palpale(2)and La.echidninus(2).The top two agents that parasitize the largest number of mite species are O.tsutsugamushi(28 species)and hantavirus(8).Mammalian richness,annual mean temperature and precipitation of the driest quarter jointly determine the ecology of the mites,forming four clusters of major mite species with distinct geographic distributions.High-risk areas of O.tsutsugamushi are mainly distributed in southern and eastern coastal provinces where 71.5 million people live.Conclusions:Ecological niches of major mite species and mite-borne pathogens are much more extensive than what have been observed,necessitating expansion of current fled surveillance. | Tao Wang Fanfei Meng Tianle Che Jinjin Chen Haiyang Zhang Yang Ji Zhengwei Fan Guoping Zhao Wenhui Zhang Baogui Jiang Qiang Xu Chenlong Lv Taoxing Shi Shiman Ruan Lanzheng Liu Wei Liu Yang Yang Liqun Fang | 2022 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,2: | 0 |
