1Comparison of sentinel lymph node detection performances using blue dye in conjunction with indocyanine green or radioisotope in breast cancer patients: a prospective singlecenter randomized study显示文摘Objective:This randomized study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy between the novel dual tracer composed of indocyanine green(ICG)and blue dye(BD)and the conventional dual tracer composed of radioisotope and BD for sentinel lymph node(SLN)mapping in patients with breast cancer.Methods:This study enrolled 471 clinically lymph node-negative patients with primary breast cancer.All patients underwent mastectomy,and those undergoing sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)were randomized to receive blue dye plus radioisotope(RB group)or BD plus ICG(IB group).The detection performances on SLN identification rate,positive SLN counts,detection sensitivity,and false-negative rate were compared between the two groups.Results:In the IB group,97%(194/200)of the patients who underwent the ICG and BD dual tracer injection showed fluorescentpositive lymphatic vessels within 2–5 min.The identification rate of SLNs was comparable between the IB group(99.0%,198/200)and the RB group(99.6%,270/271)(P=0.79).No significant differences were observed in the identification rate of metastatic SLNs(22.5%vs.22.9%,P>0.05,RB group vs.IB group,the same below),positive SLN counts(3.72±2.28 vs.3.91±2.13,P>0.05),positive metastatic SLN counts(0.38±0.84 vs.0.34±0.78,P>0.05),SLNB detection sensitivity(94.4%vs.92.5%,P>0.05),or false-negative rate(5.6%vs.7.5%,P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusions:ICG can be used as a promising alternative tracer for radioisotope in SLN mapping,and when it is combined with BD in lymphangiography,it offers comparable detection sensitivity compared to the conventional lymphatic mapping strategies that are widely used in clinical practice.Long Yuan Xiaowei Qi Yi Zhang Xinhua Yang Fan Zhang Linjun Fan Li Chen Kongyong Zhang Ling Zhong Yanling Li Sijie Gan Wenying Fu Jun Jiang 2018Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4:9
2Effect of SiO2 addition on NH4HSO4 decomposition and SO2 poisoning over V2O5-MoO3/TiO2-CeO2 catalyst显示文摘The deposition of NH4 HSO4 and the poisoning effect of SO2 on SCR catalyst are the main obstacles that restrict the industrial application of CeO2-doped SCR catalysts.In this work,deposited NH4 HSO4 decomposition behavior and SO2 poisoning over V2 O5-MoO3/TiO2 catalysts modified with CeO2 and SiO2 were investigated.By the means of characterization analysis,it was found that the addition of SiO2 into VMo/Ti-Ce had an impact on the interaction existed between catalyst surface atoms and NH4 HSO4.Temperatureprogrammed methods and in situ diffused reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)experiments indicated that the doping of SiO2 promoted the decomposition of deposited NH4 HSO4 on VMo/Ti-Ce catalyst surface by reducing the thermal stability of NH4 HSO4 and enhancing the NH4 HSO4 reactivity with NO in low temperature.And this improvement may be the reason for the better catalytic activity than VMo/Ti-Ce in the case of NH4 HSO4 deposition.Accompanied with cerium sulfate species generated over catalyst surface,the conversion of SO2 to SO3 was inhibited in SiCe mixed catalyst.The addition of SiO2 could promote the decomposition of cerium sulfate,which may be a potential strategy to enhance the resistance of SO2 poisoning over CeO2-modifed catalysts.Chengqiang Zheng Teng Cheng Linjun Yang Hao Wu Hongmei Fan 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,5:6
3Exosomes Released from Rabies Virus-Infected Cells May be Involved in the Infection Process显示文摘Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles that are secreted by many eukaryotic cells. It has recently attracted attention as vehicles of intercellular communication. Virus-infected cells release exosomes, which contain viral proteins, RNA, and pathogenic molecules. However, the role of exosomes in virus infection process remains unclear and needs to be further investigated.In this study, we aimed to evaluate the effects of exosomes on rabies virus infection. OptiPrep^(TM) density gradient centrifugation was used to isolate exosomes from rabies virus-infected cell culture supernatants. A rabies virus G protein enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and acetylcholinesterase activity assays were performed to verify the centrifugation fractions. Exosomes were then characterized using transmission electron microscopy and Western blotting. Our results showed that rabies virus infection increased the release of exosomes. Treatment with GW4869 and si-Rab27 a, two exosomal secretion inhibitors, inhibited exosome release. Furthermore, the inhibitors reduced the levels of extracellular and intracellular viral RNA. These data indicated that exosomes may participate in the viral infection process. 4The Role of Diesel Soot in the Tribological Behavior of 150SN Base Oil显示文摘The diesel soot was collected from diesel engine exhaust pipe. The morphology and structure of the collected diesel soot was characterized by HRTEM, XRD and XPS and its tribological behavior was investigated by a SRV IV oscillating reciprocating friction and wear tester. Test results showed that the tribological behavior of diesel soot was largely influenced by the test load. Under a low load, the diesel soot could reduce the wear volume of the disc. While under a high load, the diesel soot could reduce the friction coefficient of base oil. Based on the characterization of the worn scars by the SEM technique, the 3D surface profiler and the Raman spectroscopy, it was assumed that the core-shell structure of diesel soot with several graphitic layers played important roles. On one hand, its spherical and special structure could make it roll between friction pairs to reduce wear under a low load. 8Experimental Research of the Radiator Thermal Performance Test Equipment and Its Application in Heating System显示文摘Radiator thermal performance test equipment plays a key role in the processing of developing a new type of heat radiator and its application products.The precise of temperature controlling,temperature measuring andflow measuring are the vital factors for a radiator thermal performance test equipment.Based on the above back-ground,this paper improves the measurement and control system of radiator thermal performance test equip-ment,which improves the accuracy of the radiator thermal performance test equipment.This paper also optimizes the software and hardware system simultaneously so as to improve the precision of the auto-test system of test equipment.Theflow rate ranges from 175 kg/h to 178 kg/h under different conditions.The average is 176.5 kg/h and the deviation rates are from 1.62%to 1.97%.The heat produced under various conditions is different.The maximum is 4.3 kW and the minimum is 4.2 kW for condition 1,the maximum is 3.3 kW and the minimum is 3.2 kW for condition 2 and the maximum is 1.95 kW and the minimum is 1.89 kW for condition 3.However,the deviation rate is about 2.9%,which shows that the device has high stability and high precision.This paper studies a new electronic heat cost allocate meter test method by radiator thermal performance test equipment at the same time.This paper tests temperature changes through four measures points and gets a result appeared as a heat backup which should be avoided when using in the test of electronic heat cost allocate meter.Some experiences and references could be gained for further research in the heating system from this test and research.Lian Zhang Linjun Fan Xin Xu Baowen Cao Heng Zhang Lihong Song 2021Energy Engineering2021,118,2:0
9New insight into scale inhibition during tea brewing: Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+) complexing and alkalinity consumption显示文摘Scale not only affects the taste and color ofwater,but also increases the risks of osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases associated with drinking it.As a popular beverage,tea is rich many substances that have considerable potential for scale inhibition,including protein,tea polyphenols and organic acids.In this study,the effect of tea brewing on scale formationwas explored.It was found that the proteins,catechins and organic acids in tea leaves could be released when the green tea was brewed in water with sufficient hardness and alkalinity.The tea-released protein was able to provide carboxyl groups to chelate with calcium ions(Ca^(2+)),preventing the Ca^(2+)from reacting with the carbonate ions(CO_(3)^(2-)).The B rings of catechins were another important structure in the complexation of Ca^(2+)and magnesium ions(Mg2+).The carboxyl and hydroxyl groups on the organic acids was able to form fivemembered chelating rings with Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),resulting in a significant decrease in Ca^(2+)from 100.0 to 60.0 mg/L.Additionally,the hydrogen ions(H^(+))provided by the organic acids consumed and decreased the alkalinity of the water from 250.0 to 131.4 mg/L,leading to a remarkable reduction in pH from 8.93 to 7.73.It further prevented the bicarbonate(HCO_(3)^(-))from producing CO_(3)^(2−)when the water was heated.The reaction of the tea constituents with the hardness and alkalinity inhibited the formation of scale,leading to a significant decrease in turbidity from 10.6 to 1.4 NTU.Overall,this study provides information to help build towards an understanding of the scale inhibition properties of tea and the prospects of tea for anti-scaling in industrial applications.Linjun Li Jinsuo Lu Heliang Pang Zhiqiang Zhang Jing Yang Pengpeng Li Xiaoyu Yan Miaomiao Fan 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:0
