1Influence of Fabrication Parameters on the Phase Formation and Dielectric Properties of CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12 )Ceramics显示文摘The giant dielectric permittivity materials CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12(CCTO) were synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction techniques.X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering for the powder indicate that the powder calcined at 950 C for 12 h has been completely transformed into the purer CCTO phase.Furthermore,the morphology and size of the grains of the ceramics sintered at 1090 C in the dwell time range from 0 to 26 h were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Dielectric properties of the polycrystalline CCTO ceramics were characterized in a broad frequency range(100 Hz-1 MHz) and at a temperature ranged from 300 to 500 K.The longer sintering time may lead to more defect structures and the enhanced conductivity,also leads to substantial improvements in permittivity.Grain size and density differences were not large enough to account for the enhancement in dielectric permittivity.Based on the observations,it is believed that the primary factor affecting dielectric behavior is the development of internal defects.The CCTO ceramics sintered at 1090 C for 15 h exhibit lower dielectric loss(~0.05) near room temperature,and the dielectric relaxation behavior above 1 kHz was observed to follow the Arrhenius law.The activation energy(E a) of 0.65 eV indicates that the doubly ionized oxygen vacancies in the grain boundaries are responsible for the dielectric relaxation of the CCTO ceramics.Qian Zheng Huiqing Fan 2012Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012,28,10:4
2Solid Electrolyte Interface in Zn-Based Battery Systems显示文摘Due to its high theoretical capacity(820 mAh g^(−1)),low standard electrode potential(−0.76 V vs.SHE),excellent stability in aqueous solutions,low cost,environmental friendliness and intrinsically high safety,zinc(Zn)-based batteries have attracted much attention in developing new energy storage devices.In Zn battery system,the battery performance is significantly affected by the solid electrolyte interface(SEI),which is controlled by electrode and electrolyte,and attracts dendrite growth,electrochemical stability window range,metallic Zn anode corrosion and passivation,and electrolyte mutations.Therefore,the design of SEI is decisive for the overall performance of Zn battery systems.This paper summarizes the formation mechanism,the types and characteristics,and the characterization techniques associated with SEI.Meanwhile,we analyze the influence of SEI on battery performance,and put forward the design strategies of SEI.Finally,the future research of SEI in Zn battery system is prospected to seize the nature of SEI,improve the battery performance and promote the large-scale application.Xinyu Wang Xiaomin Li Huiqing Fan Longtao Ma 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,12:3

4Relaxor behavior and electrical properties of high dielectric constant materials显示文摘Several typical high dielectric constant materials are reviewed to study the electrical properties and relaxation mechanism. It is found that a Lorenz-type law can be used to describe the dielectric permit- tivity of either the normal ferroelectrics with or without diffuse phase transitions (DPT) or the typical ferroelectric relaxors. The ferroelectric DPT can be well described by just one fitting process using the Lorenz-type law, while the relaxor ferroelectric transition needs two independent fitting processes. The Lorenz-type law fails at the low temperature side of the dielectric maximum of a first-order ferroelectric phase transition. 5Aqueous Zinc Batteries with Ultra‑Fast Redox Kinetics and High Iodine Utilization Enabled by Iron Single Atom Catalysts显示文摘Rechargeable aqueous zinc iodine(ZnǀǀI_(2))batteries have been promising energy storage technologies due to low-cost position and constitutional safety of zinc anode,iodine cathode and aqueous electrolytes.Whereas,on one hand,the low-fraction utilization of electrochemically inert host causes severe shuttle of soluble polyiodides,deficient iodine utilization and sluggish reaction kinetics.On the other hand,the usage of high mass polar electrocatalysts occupies mass and volume of electrode materials and sacrifices device-level energy density.Here,we propose a“confinement-catalysis”host composed of Fe single atom catalyst embedding inside ordered mesoporous carbon host,which can effectively confine and catalytically convert I_(2)/I^(−)couple and polyiodide intermediates.Consequently,the cathode enables the high capacity of 188.2 mAh g^(−1)at 0.3 A g^(−1),excellent rate capability with a capacity of 139.6 mAh g^(−1)delivered at high current density of 15 A g^(−1)and ultra-long cyclic stability over 50,000 cycles with 80.5%initial capacity retained under high iodine loading of 76.72 wt%.Furthermore,the electrocatalytic host can also accelerate the I^(+)↔I_(2)conversion.The greatly improved electrochemical performance originates from the modulation of physicochemical confinement and the decrease of energy barrier for reversible I−/I_(2)and I_(2)/I^(+)couples,and polyiodide intermediates conversions.Xueya Yang Huiqing Fan Fulong Hu Shengmei Chen Kang Yan Longtao Ma 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,8:2
6Large electrostrain in Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO_(3)-based relaxor ferroelectrics:A case study of Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO3-Bi_(1/2)K_(1/2)TiO_(3)-Bi(Ni_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3) ceramics显示文摘(1-x)(0.8Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO3-0.2Bi_(1/2)K_(1/2)TiO3)-xBi(Ni_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O3(BNKT-xBNN)solid solution ceramics were fabricated by high temperature solid-state reaction method.All the compositions possess relaxor ferroelectric features,among which the ergodic BNKT-0.02BNN exhibits large repeatable electrostrain value Suni¼0.51%at electric field of 65 kV/cm,with high piezoelectric stain coefficient d33*of 890 pm/V at 45 kV/cm,while the non-ergodic compositions present unrepeatable large strain response.Based on the electric field-composition phase diagram,the repeatability of strain response in ergodic compositions can be attributed to the reversible electric-field-induced phase transition.In addition,the effects of BNN contents on the macroscopic strain properties are explored by analyzing the existing states of the polar regions with corresponding thermal evolutions and electric-field-induced phase transitions.This research is expected to guide the design of lead free relaxor ferroelectric materials with desired electrostrain properties.Guangzhi Dong Huiqing Fan Laijun Liu Pengrong Ren Zhenxiang Cheng Shujun Zhang 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,3:2

15AQR is a novel type 2 diabetes-associated gene that regulates signaling pathways critical for glucose metabolism显示文摘Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) is a common metabolic disease influenced by both genetic and environmental factors. In this study, we performed an in-house genotyping and meta-analysis study using three independent GWAS datasets of T2 DM and found that rs3743121, located 1 kb downstream of AQR,was a novel susceptibility SNP associated with T2 DM. The risk allele C of rs3743121 was correlated with the increased expression of AQR in white blood cells, similar to that observed in T2 DM models. The knockdown of AQR in HepG2 facilitated the glucose uptake, decreased the expression level of PCK2,increased the phosphorylation of GSK-3β, and restored the insulin sensitivity. Furthermore, the suppression of AQR inhibited the mTOR pathway and the protein ubiquitination process.
