| 1 | Synthesis of a novel triple-site diphosphinoamine (PNP) ligand and its applications in ethylene tetramerization显示文摘A novel triple-site diphosphinoamine (PNP) ligand was synthesized and characterized. In combination with Cr(III) and methylaluminoxane (MAO), it generated active catalytic systems for ethylene tetramerization toward 1-octene with high catalytic activity and long lifetime. The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of Al/Cr and molar ratio of ligand/Cr on catalytic activity and selectivity to 1-octene were studied with reaction kinetics of the catalytic system for ethylene tetramerization described. | 2 | ANALYSIS OF TRANSMISSION CHARACTERISTICS OF COSINE GEAR DRIVE显示文摘Based on the mathematical model of a novel cosine gear drive,a few characteristics,such as the contact ratio,the sliding coefficient,and the contact and bending stresses,of this drive are analyzed.A comparison study of these characteristics with the involute gear drive is also carried out. | 3 | 3-year Treatment of Tenofovir Alafenamide vs.Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate for Chronic HBV Infection in China显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir alafenamide(TAF)has similar efficacy to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)but with improved renal and bone safety in chronic hepatitis B patients studied outside of China.We report 3-year results from two phase 3 studies with TAF in China(Clinicaltrials.gov:NCT02836249 and NCT02836236).Methods:Chinese hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive and-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with viremia and elevated alanine aminotransferase were randomized 2:1 to TAF or TDF treatment groups and treated in a double-blind fashion for 144 weeks(3 years).Efficacy responses were assessed by individual study while safety was assessed by a pooled analysis.Results:Of the 334 patients(180 HBeAg-positive and 154 HBeAg-negative)randomized and treated,baseline characteristics were similar between groups.The overall mean age was 38 years and 73%were male.The mean HBV DNA was 6.4 log10 IU/mL.The median alanine aminotransferase was 88 U/L,and 37%had a history of antiviral use.At week 144,the proportion with HBV DNA<29 IU/mL was similar among the two groups,with TAF at 83%vs.TDF at 79%,and TAF at 93%vs.TDF at 92%for the HBeAg-positive and-negative patients,respectively.In each study,higher proportions of TAF than TDF patients showed normalized alanine aminotransferase(via the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and the China criteria)and showed loss of HBsAg;meanwhile,the HBeAg seroconversion rates were similar.Treatment was well-tolerated among the TAF patients,who showed a smaller median decline in creatinine clearance(−0.4 vs.−3.2 mL/min;p=0.014)and less percentage change in bone mineral density vs.TDF at hip(−0.95%vs.−1.93%)and spine(+0.35%vs.−1.40%).Conclusions:In chronic hepatitis B patients from China,TAF treatment provided efficacy similar to TDF but with better renal and bone safety at 3 years. | Jinlin Hou Qin Ning Zhongping Duan You Chen Qing Xie Fu-Sheng Wang Lunli Zhang Shanming Wu Hong Tang Jun Li Feng Lin Yongfeng Yang Guozhong Gong John FFlaherty Anuj Gaggar Shuyuan Mo Cong Cheng Gregory Camus Chengwei Chen Yan Huang Jidong Jia Mingxiang Zhang GS-US-320-0110 and GS-US-320-0108 China Investigators | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021，9，3： | 7 |

| 6 | Flexoelectric materials and their related applications: A focused review显示文摘Flexoelectricity refers to the mechanical-electro coupling between strain gradient and electric polarization, and conversely, the electro-mechanical coupling between electric field gradient and mechanical stress. This unique effect shows a promising size effect which is usually large as the material dimension is shrunk down. Moreover, it could break the limitation of centrosymmetry, and has been found in numerous kinds of materials which cover insulators, liquid crystals, biological materials, and semiconductors. In this review, we will give a brief report about the recent discoveries in flexoelectricity, focusing on the flexoelectric materials and their applications. The theoretical developments in this field are also addressed. | 7 | Relaxor behavior and electrical properties of high dielectric constant materials显示文摘Several typical high dielectric constant materials are reviewed to study the electrical properties and relaxation mechanism. It is found that a Lorenz-type law can be used to describe the dielectric permit- tivity of either the normal ferroelectrics with or without diffuse phase transitions (DPT) or the typical ferroelectric relaxors. The ferroelectric DPT can be well described by just one fitting process using the Lorenz-type law, while the relaxor ferroelectric transition needs two independent fitting processes. The Lorenz-type law fails at the low temperature side of the dielectric maximum of a first-order ferroelectric phase transition. | 8 | Chaining Distributed Geographic Information Web Services Based on Ontology显示文摘To solve the problem of chaining distributed geo-graphic information Web services (GI Web services), this paper provides an ontology-based method. With this method, semantic service description can be achieved by semantic annotation of the elements in a Web service description language(WSDL) document with concepts of geographic ontology, and then a common under-standing about service semantics between customers and providers of Web services is built. Based on the decomposition and formal-ization of customer requirements, the discovery, composition and execution of GI Web services are explained in detail, and then a chaining of GI Web services is built and used to achieve the cus-tomer’s requirement.
