| 1 | Reversing cold tumors to hot: An immunoadjuvant-functionalized metalorganic framework for multimodal imaging-guided synergistic photoimmunotherapy显示文摘Immunotherapy assays using immunoadjuvants and tumor antigens could greatly increase the survival rates of patients with malignant tumors.As effective carriers,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been widely utilized in cancer therapy due to their remarkable histocompatibility and low toxicity.Herein,we constructed a multimodal imaging-guided synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy by employing a specific MOF(MIL101-NH2)as the core carrier;the MOF was dual-dressed with photoacoustic and fluorescent signal donors(indocyanine green,ICG)and immune adjuvants(cytosine-phosphate-guanine sequence,CpG)and named ICGCpG@MOF.This nanocarrier could passively target the tumor site through the EPR effect and achieve multimodal imaging(fluorescence,photoacoustic,photothermal and magnetic resonance imaging)of the tumor.Synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy was achieved via simultaneous photodynamic and photothermal methods with 808 nm laser irradiation.ICG-CpG@MOF achieved the GSH-controlled release of immunoadjuvant into the tumor microenvironment.Furthermore,the released tumor-associated antigen along with CpG could induce the transformation of tumor cells from cold to hot by activating the immune system,which significantly enhanced tumor cytotoxicity and achieved high cure rates with minimal side-effects.This strategy utilizing multimodal imaging and synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy provides a promising approach for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. | Zhijin Fan Hongxing Liu Yaohua Xue Jingyan Lin Yu Fu Zhaohua Xia Dongming Pan Jian Zhang Kun Qiao Zhenzhen Zhang Yuhui Liao | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,2: | 4 |
| 2 | Design, Synthesis, and Biological Activity of Novel Aromatic Amide Derivatives Containing Sulfide and Sulfone Substructures显示文摘In recent years,the damage caused by soil nematodes has become increasingly serious;however,the varieties and structures of the nematicides available on the market are deficient.Fluopyram,a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor(SDHI)fungicide developed by Bayer AG in Germany,has been widely used in the prevention and control of soil nematodes due to its high efficiency and novel mechanism of action.In this paper,two series of novel target compounds were designed and synthesized with nematicidal and fungicidal fluopyram as the molecular skeleton in order to introduce sulfide and sulfone substructures.The structures were identified and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),13C NMR,and high-resolution mass spectrometer(HRMS).The bioassays revealed that most of the compounds showed excellent nematicidal activities at 200 lgmL-1 in comparison with fluopyram,while the nematode mortality rate dropped sharply at 100μg·mL-1,except for compounds I-11 and II-6.In terms of fungicidal activity,compound I-9 was discovered to have an excellent inhibitory rate,and a molecular docking simulation was performed that can provide important guidance for the design and exploration of efficient fungicidal lead compounds. | Xuewen Hua Nannan Liu Sha Zhou Leilei Zhana Hao Yin Guiqing Wang Zhijin Fan Yi Mac | 2020 | Engineering2020,6,5: | 4 |

| 17 | Novel dc flashover model for predicting flashover voltage of the iced insulators显示文摘This work first proposes a novel flashover model based on the deduced residual resis-tance of the ice layer. The most important finding of the field icing tests is that the double‐layer ice‐melting water film exists on the inner and outer surfaces of the ice layer. The conductivity of melting water on the inner and outer surface of the ice layer has been measured, and the corresponding surface conductivity has been calculated. According to the proposed flashover model, the ratio η of the resistance of the ice layer to that of the pollution layer gradually increases with the increase of the ratio k of the resistance of the outer surfaces to that of inner surfaces, and eventually approaches saturation. Further-more, the icing flashover criterion has been modified, and the voltage gradient of the inner surface is less than that of the outer surface. Test results show that the ice flashover voltage is lower than the pollution flashover voltage between 2.18-9.69% and 14.75- 20.32% under light ice and semi‐cylindrical ice, respectively. The simulation results based on the proposed model and the classic model are compared with the field test data.
