| 7 | Physics-Informed AI Surrogates for Day-Ahead Wind Power Probabilistic Forecasting with Incomplete Data for Smart Grid in Smart Cities显示文摘Due to the high inherent uncertainty of renewable energy,probabilistic day-ahead wind power forecasting is crucial for modeling and controlling the uncertainty of renewable energy smart grids in smart cities.However,the accuracy and reliability of high-resolution day-ahead wind power forecasting are constrained by unreliable local weather prediction and incomplete power generation data.This article proposes a physics-informed artificial intelligence(AI)surrogates method to augment the incomplete dataset and quantify its uncertainty to improve wind power forecasting performance.The incomplete dataset,built with numerical weather prediction data,historical wind power generation,and weather factors data,is augmented based on generative adversarial networks.After augmentation,the enriched data is then fed into a multiple AI surrogates model constructed by two extreme learning machine networks to train the forecasting model for wind power.Therefore,the forecasting models’accuracy and generalization ability are improved by mining the implicit physics information from the incomplete dataset.An incomplete dataset gathered from a wind farm in North China,containing only 15 days of weather and wind power generation data withmissing points caused by occasional shutdowns,is utilized to verify the proposed method’s performance.Compared with other probabilistic forecastingmethods,the proposed method shows better accuracy and probabilistic performance on the same incomplete dataset,which highlights its potential for more flexible and sensitive maintenance of smart grids in smart cities. | Zeyu Wu Bo Sun Qiang Feng Zili Wang Junlin Pan | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,10: | 1 |
| 8 | Spatial patterns of Picea crassifolia driven by environmental heterogeneity and intraspecifi c interactions显示文摘Research on the spatial patterns of tree populations is critical for understanding the structure and dynamic processes of forests.However,little is known about how the underlying drivers shape these patterns and species interactions in forest systems.In this study,spatial point pattern analysis investigated the combined eff ects of intraspecifi c interactions and environmental heterogeneity on the spatial structure and internal maintenance mechanisms of Picea crassifolia in the Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve,China.Data were obtained from a 10.2-ha dynamic monitoring plot(DMP)and sixteen 0.04-ha elevation gradient plots(EGPs).Under complete spatial randomness,both mature trees and saplings in the DMP demonstratedlarge-scale aggregation with negative correlations.In EGPs,saplings were clustered in small mesoscales,mature trees were randomly distributed,and the interactions of saplingstrees at all elevations were not correlated.By eliminating the interference of environmental heterogeneity through the inhomogeneous Poisson process,saplings in the DMP and EGPs were clustered in small scales and trees randomly distributed.Intraspecifi c associations were negatively correlated,in the DMP and at low elevations,and no correlations in high elevations of EGPs.In the vertical scale,saplings showed a small-scale aggregation pattern with increase in elevation,and the aggregation degree fi rst decreased and then increased.The interactions of saplings-trees and saplings–saplings showed inhibitions at small scales,with the degree of inhibition gradually decreasing.Spatial patterns and associations of adults–adults did not change signifi-cantly.The results revealed that intraspecifi c interactions and environmental heterogeneity regulated the spatial patterns of P.crassifolia at small and large scales,respectively.Environmental heterogeneity might be the most decisive factor aff ecting the spatial patterns of saplings,while trees were more aff ected by intraspecifi c interactions.Moreover,competition between trees in this area could be more common than facilitation for the growth and development of individuals. | Changxing Zhao Weijun Zhao Ming Jin Jiqiang Zhou Feng Ta Lei Wang Wenbo Mou Longju Lei Jinrong Liu Junlin Du Xinglin Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,4: | 1 |

A suitable ceramic body was chosen on the basis of the sintering temperature of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics. According to the expansion coefficient of the ceramic body, that of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics was adjusted. β-wollastonite was found present as the major crystalline phase in glass-ceramic. The CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramic layer and ceramic body could be sintered together by adjusting the sintering period. The compositions of glass-ceramic layer and ceramic body diffuse mutually at 1 100 ℃, resulting in an interface between them. | 11 | Multi-omics analysis reveals the molecular regulatory network underlying the prevention of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum against LPS-induced salpingitis in laying hens显示文摘Background Salpingitis is one of the common diseases in laying hen production, which greatly decreases the economic outcome of laying hen farming. Lactiplantibacillus plantarum was effective in preventing local or systemic inflammation, however rare studies were reported on its prevention against salpingitis. This study aimed to investigate the preventive molecular regulatory network of microencapsulated Lactiplantibacillus plantarum(MLP) against salpingitis through multi-omics analysis, including microbiome, transcriptome and metabolome analyses.Results The results revealed that supplementation of MLP in diet significantly alleviated the inflammation and atrophy of uterus caused by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in hens(P < 0.05). The concentrations of plasma IL-2 and IL-10 in hens of MLP-LPS group were higher than those in hens of LPS-stimulation group(CN-LPS group)(P < 0.05). The expression levels of TLR2, MYD88, NF-κB, COX2, and TNF-α were significantly decreased in the hens fed diet supplemented with MLP and suffered with LPS stimulation(MLP-LPS group) compared with those in the hens of CN-LPS group(P < 0.05). Differentially expressed genes(DEGs) induced by MLP were involved in inflammation, reproduction, and calcium ion transport. At the genus level, the MLP supplementation significantly increased the abundance of Phascolarctobacterium, whereas decreased the abundance of Candidatus_Saccharimonas in LPS challenged hens(P < 0.05). The metabolites altered by dietary supplementation with MLP were mainly involved in galactose, uronic acid, histidine, pyruvate and primary bile acid metabolism. Dietary supplementation with MLP inversely regulates LPSinduced differential metabolites such as Lyso PA(24:0/0:0)(P < 0.05).Conclusions In summary, dietary supplementation with microencapsulated Lactiplantibacillus plantarum prevented salpingitis by modulating the abundances of Candidatus_Saccharimonas, Phascolarctobacterium, Ruminococcus_torques_group and Eubacterium_hallii_group while downregulating the levels of plasma metabolites, p-tolyl sulfate, o-cresol and N-acetylhistamine and upregulating S-lactoylglutathione, simultaneously increasing the expressions of CPNE4, CNTN3 and ACAN genes in the uterus, and ultimately inhibiting oviducal inflammation. | Dan Song Aike Li Bingxu Chen Jia Feng Tao Duan Junlin Cheng Lixian Chen Weiwei Wang Yuna Min | 2024 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2024,15,1: | 0 |
| 12 | Amplification and Bioinformatics Analysis of vscN Gene from Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to clone and analyze bioinformatics of vscN gene from Vibrio alginolyticus.[Methods]A pair of specific primers was designed based on the vscN gene sequence of V.alginolyticus HY9901.The full length of vscN gene was amplified by PCR and bioinformatics analysis was performed.[Results]The vscN gene was 1323 bp in total,encoding 440 amino acids,with the theoretical molecular weight of 47.86 kD and the theoretical pI value of 5.89.The online prediction showed that there was no signal peptide and no transmembrane region in VscN.The amino acid sequence had 10 N-myristoylation sites,8 phosphorylation sites(2 protein kinase C phosphorylation sites,6 casein kinase II phosphorylation sites),1 amidation site,11 microbody C-terminal target signal sites,1 ATP/GTP binding site motif A(P ring),and 1 ATPaseαandβsubunit specific site.Homology analysis showed that the VscN protein of V.alginolyticus had high homology with that of V.antiquarius,with a similarity of 95.14%.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the VscN of V.alginolyticus was clustered into the same subgroup as that of V.diabolicus and V.antiquarius.Functional domain analysis of VscN protein showed that it had Pfam and AAA domains,and involved in the regulation of bacterial virulence.The three-dimensional structure model of VscN simulated by SWISS-MODEL software was similar to the structure of flagellate-specific ATPase FliH-FliI complex.[Conclusions]The results lay a foundation for further study on the regulatory mechanism of VscN protein on bacterial virulence. | Linlin YIN Wen LI Haiyun FENG Weijie ZHANG Junlin WANG Huanying PANG Na WANG | 2023 | Asian Agricultural Research2023,15,5: | 0 |

| 16 | A novel bioartificial pancreas fabricated via islets microencapsulation in anti-adhesive core-shell microgels and macroencapsulation in a hydrogel scaffold prevascularized in vivo显示文摘Islets transplantation is a promising treatment for type 1 diabetes mellitus. However, severe host immune rejection and poor oxygen/nutrients supply due to the lack of surrounding capillary network often lead to transplantation failure. Herein, a novel bioartificial pancreas is constructed via islets microencapsulation in core-shell microgels and macroencapsulation in a hydrogel scaffold prevascularized in vivo. Specifically, a hydrogel scaffold containing methacrylated gelatin (GelMA), methacrylated heparin (HepMA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is fabricated, which can delivery VEGF in a sustained style and thus induce subcutaneous angiogenesis. In addition, islets-laden core-shell microgels using methacrylated hyaluronic acid (HAMA) as microgel core and poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA)/carboxybetaine methacrylate (CBMA) as shell layer are prepared, which provide a favorable microenvironment for islets and simultaneously the inhibition of host immune rejection via anti-adhesion of proteins and immunocytes. As a result of the synergistic effect between anti-adhesive core-shell microgels and prevascularized hydrogel scaffold, the bioartificial pancreas can reverse the blood glucose levels of diabetic mice from hyperglycemia to normoglycemia for at least 90 days. | 18 | Amplification and Bioinformatics Analysis of h-ns Gene of Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘[Objectives]To amplify the h-ns gene of Vibrio alginolyticus and analyze it by bioinformatics.[Methods]According to the h-ns gene sequence of V.alginolyticus HY9901,a pair of specific primers were designed and amplified by PCR.[Results]The h-ns gene was 408 bp in length and 135 amino acids were encoded.The predicted theoretical protein molecular weight was about 14.98 kD,and the isoelectric point was 4.99.Protein subcellular localization,SignalP 5.0,TMHMM Server 2.0 and SoftBerry-Psite predictions showed that H-NS was located outside the cell membrane,and the protein was unstable and hydrophobic.There was no signal peptide cleavage site,no transmembrane region and no KEGG metabolic pathway.The amino acid sequence contained three phosphorylation sites,one N-terminal myristoylation site and three microsomal C-terminal target signal sites.Using MEGA 5.0,H-NS phylogenetic tree was constructed by ortho-connection method.The results showed that H-NS of V.alginolyticus was closer to H-NS of Vibrio diabolicus.Using SWISS-MODEL,the three-dimensional structure model of H-NS subunit was simulated,which was similar to the crystal structure of Salmonella typhimurium H-NS1-83.[Conclusions]This study lays a foundation for exploring the regulation mechanism of V.alginolyticus H-NS protein on bacterial virulence in the future. | Ying CHEN Shi WANG Liangchuan CHEN Haiyun FENG Junlin WANG Huanying PANG Na WANG | 2023 | Asian Agricultural Research2023,15,4: | 0 |
