1波恩第九次ISCO会议主题:行动起来实现土地的可持续利用显示文摘土地的加速退化正在威胁着环境的持续发展和人类的生存。为了满足人类和环境的需求以及与土地退化作斗争,应对土地资源进行全面的规划、开发和管理。邀请全体土地所有者参与决策过程,以便于规划过程中的协商对话和推进人民和研究机构之间的进一步合作是十分关键的。会议认为应加强面向行动的研究,例如关于土壤和土地质量及所用技术评价指标的研究。在第9次国际土壤保护大会上就如何加强土地的持续管理和土壤及水资源保护方法进行了广泛的讨论。这次大会于1996年8月26~30日在波恩举行,大会的主题是'面向土地的可持续利用-深化人民和机构的进一步合作'Helmut Eger Wim Sombroek Eckehard Fleischhauer Axel Hebel 刘伟 王淑强 1996人类环境杂志1996,25,8:3

3七氟烷在小鼠中的代谢研究显示文摘目的探讨吸入麻醉药七氟烷是否能在小鼠肝及脑组织中进行生物转化,并对其代谢产物六氟异丙醇(HFIP)进行测定。方法在七氟烷麻醉下,取小鼠部分肝及全部脑组织,将其匀浆后于密闭空针中分别加入0.5%、1%及3%七氟烷于37℃恒温箱中孵育6h,分别于0、1、2、4、6h测定气相中HFIP浓度。结果在对小鼠肝脏组织匀浆的孵育中,3种七氟烷孵育浓度均检测出HFIP,且以0.5%七氟烷孵育时HFIP含量最高。在对小鼠脑组织匀浆的孵育中,当七氟烷浓度为0.5%及1%时检测出HFIP,且前者高于后者,但当七氟烷孵育浓度为3%时,未能检出HFIP。结论七氟烷能在小鼠肝及脑组织中代谢分解成HFIP,但随着七氟烷孵化浓度的增加,HFIP的生成却减少。杨小霖 Edmond Eger Eger Manohar Sharma 2012四川医学2012,33,11:2
