1养殖场粪污还田模式下氨减排技术比选显示文摘畜禽养殖业是农村经济的主要产业之一,它的快速发展带来的环境污染问题成为现在新农村建设的主要制约因素。分析养殖场粪污在还田模式下的氨排放途径,并针对途径总结了一些减排措施,结合我国养殖业发展和农田利用情况,总结出对于还田模式下减少氨排放,应从饲养动物开始,采取喂以低蛋白饲料,减少粪便中的氮含量;粪污经固液分离后采用密闭覆盖的方式进行储存,减少氨的挥发;还田时在春天对土地进行深耕施肥,减少氨排放,若表面施肥,需及时覆土或翻耕。李晨艳 乔玮 严新荣 Roland W.Melse Fridtjof E.de Buisonje 董仁杰 2017四川环境2017,36,4:9
2肠壁Crohn病:动态增强MR成像与组织学血管生成、炎症的相关性——初步研究显示文摘目的采用动态增强MRI评估Corohn病的肠壁灌注动力学改变,并与炎症、血管生成的组织病理学指标进行相关分析。方法本研究经伦敦大学医院伦理委员会批准.所有参加者均知情同意。2006年7月-2007年12月,连续11例行选择性小肠切除的Crohn病人(女性8例,男性3例:年龄16.4-66.6岁,平均39.5岁)纳入本研究。记录Harvev—Bradshaw指数、C反应蛋白水平和疾病慢性史(chronicity)。术前对拟切除的肠管进行动态增强MRI检查,计算受累肠段的增强斜率、达峰时间、强化率、通透系数、S.A.Taylor S.Punwani M.Rodriguez-Justo A.Bainbridge R.Greenhalgh E.De Vita 龙淼淼 2009国际医学放射学杂志2009,32,4:6

8Understanding Genetic Load in Potato for Hybrid Diploid Breeding显示文摘Recently, Zhang et al.(2019) have managed to provide abundant evidence to support long-held theories regarding mechanisms of inbreeding depression and potential effects of heterosis that are likely to have a considerable impact on potato breeding in the future (Figure 1). Despite its large genetic variation regarding yield, harvest index, and water use efficiency, potato breeding has attained only negligible advances in the most important breeding goals such as yield, tuber quality, and abiotic stress tolerance, and only modest progress in pathogen resistance. This low level of improvement is clearly due to the complexity of breeding a heterozygous tetraploid outbreeder rather than to the lack of genetic potential available in wild and cultivated material. 18Nondestructive and Fast Vibration Phenotyping of Plants显示文摘The frequencies of free oscillations of plants,or plant parts,depend on their geometries,stiffnesses,and masses.Besides direct biomechanical interest,free frequencies also provide insights into plant properties that can usually only bemeasured destructively or with low-throughput techniques(e.g.,change inmass,tissue density,or stiffness over development or with stresses).We propose here a new high-throughput method based on the noncontact measurements of the free frequencies of the standing plant.The plant is excited by short air pulses(typically 100ms).The resulting motion is recorded by a high speed video camera(100 fps)and processed using fast space and time correlation algorithms.In less than aminute the mechanical behavior of the plant is tested over several directions.The performance and versatility of this method has been tested in three contrasted species:tobacco(Nicotiana benthamian),wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),and poplar(Populus sp.),for a total ofmore than 4000 data points.In tobaccowe show that water stress decreased the free frequency by 15%.In wheat we could detect variations of less than 1 g in the mass of spikes.In poplar we could measure frequencies of both the whole stem and leaves.The work provides insight into new potential directions for development of phenotyping.E.de Langre O.Penalver P.Hémon J.-M.Frachisse M.-B.Bogeat-Triboulot B.Niez E.Badel B.Moulia 2019Plant Phenomics2019,1,1:1
