| 2 | 腰椎终板骨折特点及相关因素的实验研究显示文摘目的探讨腰椎椎体终板压迫骨折的特点及其影响因素。方法19个尸体标本的腰椎运动节段(FSU),根据X线检查来确定椎间盘的退变分级,在双能X线吸收仪器(DEXA)上测量椎体和椎体终板的骨密度(BMD)和骨矿含量(BMC),然后分别承受过度负荷导致终板骨折,根据力-位移曲线来确定终板骨折和终板的极限负荷(FL)。终板骨折后,运动节段解剖为单独的椎体,观察终板骨折情况。结果19个FSU标本中,16个发生肉眼可见的终板骨折,骨折仅仅发生在下位椎体的上终板,比率为84.2%,骨折均位于终板的中央部分或前部,表现为星形放射状、阶梯状、局部突入型等;终板的FL与椎体及终板的BMD、BMC呈正相关。同一个椎体内,上终板的BMD、BMC显著低于下终板,而同一个椎间盘周围,上终板的BMD高于下终板者,BMC却无差异。结论终板压迫骨折易发生于椎体的上终板;不同退变程度椎间盘邻近终板骨折的特点不同,但这种骨折在X线片上很难显现,终板的极限负荷与椎体终板的BMD、BMC呈正相关。 | 赵凤东 范顺武 Patricia Dolan Michael Adams | 2006 | 中华外科杂志2006，44，16： | 16 |

| 4 | Factors that mediate colonization of the human stomach by Helicobacter pylori显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)colonizes the stomach of humans and causes chronic infection.The majority of bacteria live in the mucus layer overlying the gastric epithelial cells and only a small proportion of bacteria are found interacting with the epithelial cells.The bacteria living in the gastric mucus may act as a reservoir of infection for the underlying cells which is essential for the development of disease.Colonization of gastric mucus is likely to be key to the establishment of chronic infection.How H.pylori manages to colonise and survive in the hostile environment of the human stomach and avoid removal by mucus flow and killing by gastric acid is the subject of this review.We also discuss how bacterial and host factors may together go some way to explaining the susceptibility to colonization and the outcome of infection in different individuals.H.pylori infection of the gastric mucosa has become a paradigm for chronic infection.Understanding of why H.pylori is such a successful pathogen may help us understand how other bacterial species colonise mucosal surfaces and cause disease. | Ciara Dunne Brendan Dolan Marguerite Clyne | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，19： | 8 |
| 5 | Mechanical and cellular processes driving cervical myelopathy显示文摘Cervical myelopathy is a well-described clinical syndrome that may evolve from a combination of etiological mechanisms. It is traditionally classified by cervical spinal cord and/or nerve root compression which varies in severity and number of levels involved. The vast array of clinical manifestations of cervical myelopathy cannot fully be explained by the simple concept that a narrowed spinal canal causes compression of the cord, local tissue ischemia, injury and neurological impairment. Despite advances in surgical technology and treatment innovations, there are limited neuro-protective treatments for cervical myelopathy, which reflects an incomplete understanding of the pathophysiological processes involved in this disease.
