| 2 | 管板结构脉动热管冷却动力电池的传热特性显示文摘开发经济、高效和可靠的电动汽车电池冷却方案是其大规模商业化过程中需要解决的关键问题之一。本文提出并设计了一种对动力电池进行热管理的管板结构脉动热管装置,选用乙醇、水及两者二元混合物为工质,对不同加热功率、充液率和乙醇-水混合比下脉动热管的传热特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,使用乙醇-水混合工质的脉动热管表现出更好的启动和传热性能。在充液率为30%、加热功率为48W时,电池的平均温度可以控制为44℃;电池的表面平均温差可低至1.5℃,表现出较好的均温性。对乙醇-水二元混合工质强化脉动热管传热的机理分析表明,两者具有的互补热物性特征和热管内部混合工质浓度梯度引起的逆Marangoni流是改善脉动热管传热性能的主要原因。 | 周智程 魏爱博 屈健 关凤渤 DMITRII Grachev 郭泽霖 | 2020 | 化工进展2020,39,10: | 9 |
| 3 | Modeling of rotational supercavitating evaporator and the geometrical characteristics of supercavity within显示文摘In this paper,a rotational supercavitating evaporator(RSCE)was at first modeled by means of theoretical analysis approach.The geometrical characteristics of supercavity in the modeled RSCE were then studied through numerical simulations.The current research objectives consist in determination of shape of the supercavitator(which in the plane of rotation generates supercavity occupying the most volume between blades),and location of the area suitable for steam extraction by revealing the inner structure of supercavity.Analytical analysis was performed by solving empirical equations for the shape of RSCE,through which an evaluation of two-dimensional relative position of supercavity trailing edge for different shapes of the supercavitator has been realized.Numerical simulation was then carried out,by numerically solving the unsteady Navier-Stokes equations in their conservation form coupled with the Rayleigh-Plesset cavitation and Shear-Stress Transport turbulence models,for verification of the results obtained from empirical equations.Despite unreliable assumption of applicability of empirical equations we have confirmed similarity of the supercavity shapes obtained by both methods for the same RSCE.Therefore,the shape of supercavitator calculated by using empirical equations is acceptable,which provides a simple but reliable approach for design of RSCE.The inner structure of supercavity obtained by numerical simulation has indicated position and parameters for steam extraction openings for further numerical and experimental studies on the performance of RSCE.Practical application of steam or gas extraction is suggested for solving of some problems associated with cavitating pumping of cryogenic liquid. | LIKHACHEV Dmitriy S. | 6 | Contribution of functional KIR3DL1 to ankylosing spondylitis显示文摘Increasing evidence points to a role for killer immunoglobulin-like receptors(KIRs)in the development of autoimmune diseases.In particular,a positive association of KIR3DS1(activating receptor)and a negative association of KIR3DL1(inhibitory receptor)alleles with ankylosing spondylitis(AS)have been reported by several groups.However,none of the studies analyzed these associations in the context of functionality of polymorphic KIR3DL1.To better understand how the KIR3DL1/3DS1 genes determine susceptibility to AS,we analyzed the frequencies of alleles and genotypes encoding functional(KIR3DL1*F)and non-functional(KIR3DL1*004)receptors.We genotyped 83 AS patients and 107 human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-B27-positive healthy controls from the Russian Caucasian population using a two-stage sequence-specific primer PCR,which distinguishes KIR3DS1,KIR3DL1*F and KIR3DL1*004 alleles.For the patients carrying two functional KIR3DL1 alleles,those alleles were additionally genotyped to identify KIR3DL1*005 and KIR3DL1*007 alleles,which are functional but are expressed at low levels.KIR3DL1 was negatively associated with AS at the expense of KIR3DL1*F but not of KIR3DL1*004.This finding indicates that the inhibitory KIR3DL1 receptor protects against the development of AS and is not simply a passive counterpart of the segregating KIR3DS1 allele encoding the activating receptor.However,analysis of genotype frequencies indicates that the presence of KIR3DS1 is a more important factor for AS susceptibility than the absence of KIR3DL1*F.The activation of either natural killer(NK)or T cells via the KIR3DS1 receptor can be one of the critical events in AS development,while the presence of the functional KIR3DL1 receptor has a protective effect.Nevertheless,even individuals with a genotype that carried two inhibitory KIR3DL1 alleles expressed at high levels could develop AS. | Ivan V Zvyagin Ilgar Z Mamedov Olga V Britanova Dmitriy B Staroverov Evgeni L Nasonov Anna G Bochkova Anna V Chkalina Alexei A Kotlobay Dmitriy O Korostin Denis V Rebrikov Sergey Lukyanov Yuri B Lebedev Dmitriy M Chudakov | 2010 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010,7,6: | 5 |

| 13 | Surgical outcomes in inferior recurrences of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment显示文摘AIM:To analyze the anatomical and functional outcomes in the inferior recurrences of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)depending on the surgical approach.METHODS:Eighty-one eyes of 81 patients(47 males and 34 females with a mean age of 54.8±14.1y)who demonstrated at least one inferior recurrence of RRD were included in this retrospective study.All patients were categorized as having received either circular scleral buckling(SB),pars plana vitrectomy(PPV),a combination of SB and PPV(SB+PPV),PPV with retinotomy(PPV+RT),or PPV+RT and short-term postoperative perfluorocarbon liquid tamponade(PPV+RT+pPFCL).All cases were followed up until successful retinal reattachment or third recurrence.The primary outcome measures were the achievement of the surgical goal without recurrence of RRD and bestcorrected visual acuity(BCVA).RESULTS:After the treatment of the first recurrence,the recurrence rate in the PPV+SB group was statistically significantly lower than that of the PPV(P=0.0012),PPV+RT(P=0.028),or PPV+RT+pPFCL(P=0.047)group.There was no statistically significant difference between PPV+SB,PPV+RT,and PPV+RT+pPFCL groups in the recurrence rate after treatment of the second recurrence(42 eyes).However,there was a statistically significant(P=0.016)trend towards a decrease of recurrence rate after PPV+RT+pPFCL.There was no statistically significant improvement of BCVA in either study group(P>0.05)after both first and second recurrence surgery.The mean time follow-up was 109.0±91.0d before the first recurrence and 210.0±186.6d between previous surgery at second recurrence.CONCLUSION:Patients with first inferior recurrence of RRD may benefit from SB as an adjunct to PPV.RT and short-term pPFCL tamponade in the second recurrence may allow better anatomical outcomes,however,without functional improvement. | Sergey V.Churashov Tatiana N.Shevalova Alexei N.Kulikov Dmitrii S.Maltsev | 2021 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2021,14,12: | 3 |
