| 1 | 中国西部地区猎隼(Falco cherrug)繁殖生物学与保护显示文摘自2001—2006年,中国科学院与英国鸟类研究中心联合对新疆准噶尔盆地和昆仑山、青海玉树地区、西藏那曲地区的猎隼(Falco cherrug)分布状况与繁殖生态进行深入调查。考察行程上万公里。卫星跟踪显示在俄罗斯、蒙古繁殖的猎隼迁往青藏高原越冬。但是,实地调查表明,在新-青-藏还有一些繁殖种群;繁殖区的海拔高度从600m,上升至5200m。根据观察,猎隼喜欢沿用旧巢,多数巢属于“垃圾巢”。因为高原缺乏合适的巢材,那些人类遗弃的皮管、铁丝、皮带、破布、汽车零件、骨片、绳子等垃圾充斥于巢穴之中。考察期间,共找到100多只猎隼成鸟、约35个猎隼巢或巢区;分布地点涉及昆仑山脉、准噶尔盆地、卡拉麦里山脉、北塔山、可可西里、唐古拉山脉等,包括新疆奇台、且末、青河、塔城,青海楚玛尔河、五道梁、曲麻菜、雁石坪、玉树,西藏安多、那曲等。猎隼巢址多位于悬崖凹陷处(21个)、河岸砂土洞(5)、桥梁(2)等处;巢高于地面7—30m。通常沿用渡鸦、大鸳、棕尾鸳、金雕的旧巢,有同步繁殖现象。附近有鼠兔、雪雀、地鸦、岩鸽、石鸡、沙鸡等活动。巢区沿着山脉或者丘陵连续分布,巢间距最近2.5km,通常4—8km或更远。在准噶尔盆地其繁殖密度1.1~1.6对/1000km^2。通常4—5月产卵,窝卵数3—5枚;5月上旬和中旬已有部分幼乌出壳。虽然在中国捕捉猎隼现象十分猖獗,但考察结果依然令人振奋。建议中国猎隼研究小组(CSRG)积极开展国际合作,通过卫星跟踪、GPS定位、电子微芯片标记(PIT)、DNA指纹图谱分析、人工猎隼栖架和巢穴招引技术等,不断完善监测手段和管理机制,为猎隼的保护与合理利用做出努力。 | 马鸣 梅宇 Eugene Potapov 吴逸群 Andrew Dixon Dimitar Ragyov 徐峰 Nicholas C.Fox | 2007 | 干旱区地理2007，30，5： | 9 |
| 2 | 基于多轨道卫星观测数据分析尼泊尔地震长波辐射特征显示文摘综合已经在红外异常提取中应用的涡度和RST(Robust Satellite Technique)算法优点,提出了红外异常指数算法.并基于长时间尺度的中国静止卫星FY-2D和美国极轨卫星NOAA长波辐射数据,应用RST和异常指数算法,分别对2015年4月25日尼泊尔M_s8.1和5月12日M_s7.5地震前后卫星长波辐射变化特征进行了分析,开展了多轨道、多时空分辨率长波辐射同步地震热红外特征研究.结果表明,运用RST算法,两次地震前后,未能在震中周围发现明显的长波辐射异常.运用异常指数算法:(1)对于NOAA卫星,4月15日在M_s8.1地震震中以西出现热红外异常,到4月24日震中以西约100 km处出现异常最大值,随后逐渐消失.5月10日在M_s7.5地震震中以东约200 km发现异常;(2)在NOAA卫星长波辐射异常发现最大值当日,采用FY-2D卫星每3 h的数据分析可发现红外异常的动态演化过程,弥补NOAA卫星分辨率不足.以上结果为利用多轨道卫星监测地震热辐射变化提供了依据. | 孙珂 单新建 Dimitar Ouzounov 申旭辉 荆凤 | 2017 | 地球物理学报2017，60，9： | 9 |
| 3 | Atmosphere-ionosphere response to the M9 Tohoku earthquake revealed by multiinstrument space-borne and ground observations:Preliminary results显示文摘We retrospectively analyzed the temporal and spatial variations of four different physical parameters characterizing the state of the atmosphere and ionosphere several days before the M9 Tohoku,Japan earthquake of March 11,2011.The data include outgoing long wave radiation(OLR),GPS/TEC,lower Earth orbit ionospheric tomography and critical frequency foF2.Our first results show that on March 7th a rapid increase of emitted infrared radiation was observed from the satellite data and an anomaly developed near the epicenter.The GPS/TEC data indicate an increase and variation in electron density reaching a maximum value on March 8.Starting from this day in the lower ionosphere also there was confirmed an abnormal TEC variation over the epicenter.From March 3 to 11 a large increase in electron concentration was recorded at all four Japanese ground-based ionosondes,which returned to normal after the main earthquake.The joint preliminary analysis of atmospheric and ionospheric parameters during the M9 Tohoku,Japan earthquake has revealed the presence of related variations of these parameters implying their connection with the earthquake process.This study may lead to a better understanding of the response of the atmosphere/ionosphere to the great Tohoku earthquake. | Dimitar Ouzounov Sergey Pulinets Alexey Romanov Alexander Romanov Konstantin Tsybulya Dmitri Davidenko Menas Kafatos Patrick Taylor | 2011 | Earthquake Science2011，24，6： | 7 |
| 4 | Increased intestinal permeability in inflammatory bowel diseases assessed by iohexol test显示文摘AIM:To study intestinal permeability(IP) and its relationship to the disease activity in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)-Crohn's disease(CD) and ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS:Fifty-eight patients with active IBD(32 with CD and 26 with UC) and 25 healthy controls consented to participate in the study.The clinical activity of CD was estimated using the Crohn's Disease Activity Index(CDAI),and the endoscopic activity of UC using the Mayo scoring system.IP was assessed by the rise in levels of iohexol,which was administered orally(25 mL,350 mg/mL) 2 h after breakfast.Three and six hours later serum(SIC mg/L) and urine(UIC g/mol) iohexol concentrations were determined by a validated HPLC-UV technique.RESULTS:In the CD group,SIC values at 3 h(2.95 ± 2.11 mg/L) and at 6 h after ingestion(2.63 ± 2.18 mg/L) were significantly higher compared to those of healthy subjects(1.25 ± 1.40 mg/L and 1.11 ± 1.10 mg/L,respectively,P < 0.05).UIC(g/mol) values were also higher in patients,but the differences were significant only for UIC at 6 h.Significant positive correlation(P < 0.05) was found between the CDAI and IP,assessed by SIC at 3 h(r = 0.60) and 6 h(r = 0.74) after the ingestion.In comparison to controls,SIC and UIC of UC patients were higher in the two studied periods,but the differences were significant at 6 h only.Significantly higher values of SIC(P < 0.05) were found in patients with severe endoscopic activity of UC compared to those of patients with mild and moderate activity(3.68 ± 3.18 vs 0.92 ± 0.69 mg/L).CONCLUSION:Serum levels of iohexol at 3 h and 6 h after its ingestion reflect increased IP,which is related to the disease activity in patients with IBD. | Vanya A Gerova Simeon G Stoynov Dimitar S Katsarov Dobrin A Svinarov | 2011 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2011，17，17： | 6 |
| 5 | Stem cell application for osteoarthritis in the knee joint: A minireview显示文摘Knee osteoarthritis is a chronic, indolent disease that will affect an ever increasing number of patients, especially the elderly and the obese. It is characterized by degeneration of the cartilage substance inside the knee which leads to pain, stiffness and tenderness. By some estimations in 2030, only in the United States, this medical condition will burden 67 million people. While conventional treatments like physiotherapy or drugs offer temporary relief of clinical symptoms, restoration of normal cartilage function has been difficult to achieve. Moreover, in severe cases of knee osteoarthritis total knee replacement may be required. Total knee replacements come together with high effort and costs and are not always successful. The aim of this review is to outline the latest advances in stem cell therapy for knee osteoarthritis as well as highlight some of the advantages of stem cell therapy over traditional approaches aimed at restoration of cartilage function in the knee. In addition to the latest advances in the field, challenges associated with stem cell therapy regarding knee cartilage regeneration and chondrogenesis in vitro and in vivo are also outlined and analyzed. | 8 | Sol-gel synthesis, surface and magnetic properties of nanocrystalline SmAlO_3显示文摘Nanocrystals of single-phase samarium monoaluminate (SmAlO3) were synthesized and studied for the first time. Malic acid was employed as a new complexing agent in the sol-gel process. The material was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDS), specific surface area and density. The lowest size of the nanoparticles was about 50–60 nm and some of them formed agglomerates. The binding energies of core-level electrons of Sm (3d, 4d, 4f, 5p, 5s), Al (2s, 2p) and O (1s, 2s) in nanocrystalline SmAlO3 were obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and found shifted in respect to the correspond- ing values for the same elements. The temperature dependence of the AC magnetic susceptibility of the substance was determined between 2.5 and 250 K. The experimental molar magnetic susceptibility was compared with the theoretical one of Sm3+ ions. | 9 | Long-term survival of a patient after resection of a gastrointestinal stromal tumor arising from the pancreas显示文摘BACKGROUND:Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) may arise in any part of the gastrointestinal tract;extragastrointestinal locations are extremely rare.Only a few cases of extragastrointestinal stromal tumor arising from the pancreas were reported.None of the reports described a long-term follow-up of the patients.METHOD:This report describes an interesting and unusual case of GIST arising from the pancreas.RESULTS:A 74-year-old female presented with a palpable abdominal mass.CT scan showed a large mass 11×8×4 cm originating from the tail of the pancreas.Percutaneous biopsy revealed a GIST predominantly with spindle cells,but some parts also contained epitheloid cells.The patient was treated by distal pancreatic resection with splenectomy.Immunohistochemistry of the tumor showed a staining pattern characteristic of GIST.The patient has achieved a long-term survival of five years and six months without any sign of recurrence of the disease.CONCLUSION:This is the first reported case of an extragastrointestinal stromal tumor arising from the pancreas treated surgically,with a long-term survival. | Filip eka Bohumil Jon Alexander Ferko Zdeněk ubrt Dimitar H Nikolov Věra Tyová | 2011 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2011，10，3： | 3 |

combinations are proposed where necessary to improve our traditional species concepts and provide updates on their classification.In addition to extensive morphological descriptions and appropriate asexual and sexual connections,DNA sequence data are also analysed from concatenated datasets(rDNA,TEF-a,RBP2 and b-Tubulin)to infer phylogenetic relationships and substantiate systematic position of taxa within appropriate ranks.Wherever new species or combinations are being proposed,we apply an integrative approach(morphological and molecular data as well as ecological features wherever applicable).Notes on 125 fungal taxa are compiled in this paper,including eight new genera,101 new species,two new combinations,one neotype,four reference specimens,new host or distribution records | 16 | Novel MLH1 frameshift mutation in an extended hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer family显示文摘AIM: To present novel frameshift mutation c.31delC [p.L11X] in the MLH1 gene identified in an extended Bulgarian hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) family and to analyze the molecular and clinical findings within the pedigree concerning the proposal of adequate individual prophylactic strategy for all mutation carriers. METHODS: The pedigree of the family consists of 42 members in four generations. Search for mutations in the MLH1 and hMSH2 genes was performed in the pro-band. After PCR amplification of all exons including flanking intronic regions, amplicons were directly sequenced. RESULTS: The mutation was found in nine from the thirteen pedigree members who signed informed consent to participate in the study. In three adenocarcinomas, microsatellite instability and lack of the MLH1 protein expression were detected. The only one tubulovillous adenoma analyzed was microsatellite stable and the MLH1 protein showed an intact staining. CONCLUSION: The newly described mutation c.31delC is HNPCC causative. Besides the typical clinical features of the syndrome, we found a specific pathologic manifestation such as moderate to high differentiated adenocarcinomas of the colon. One of the mutation carriers developed a benign giant cell soft tissue tumor. The primary tumor localizations were frequently extracolonic and detailed yearly gastrointestinal and gynecological examinations have been proposed to the mutation carriers.
