1批量下载GenBank基因序列数据的新工具--NCBIminer显示文摘核苷酸序列是生物体遗传信息的载体,是现代生物学和生态学的基础数据。随着测序技术的进步,大量核苷酸序列被提取并存储在公共数据平台中,其中Gen Bank(http://gffzz16a62c593b5540cehncfcqpuvfk5f6u6c.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/genbank/)是目前最大的核苷酸序列数据平台之一。截至2015年2月,该平台收录核苷酸序列总数已超过1.8亿条、覆盖全球超过30万个物种。但如何从如此海量的数据中准确、快速查找并下载所需数据已成为限制基因数据广泛使用的障碍之一。为此,我们开发了一款可高效、准确下载Gen Bank数据的生物信息学软件NCBIminer。NCBIminer可根据用户提供的核苷酸序列名称、数据类型、一或多条初始化参考序列,查找并下载用户指定的多个物种或类群的特定基因序列数据。该软件下载地址为http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asncfcqpuvfk5f6u6c.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/greengirl/NCBIminer/releases/,可在Windows、Linux和MAC操作系统下免费使用;同时,其操作简单,用户无需生物信息学背景。为方便该软件的使用,本文将介绍该软件的工作流程与算法、安装及使用过程中的参数设置等。徐晓婷 王志恒 Dimitar Dimitrov Carsten Rahbek 2015生物多样性2015,23,4:3

3北半球高山和极地虎耳草属物种丰富度的地理格局:温度和生境异质性的作用显示文摘现代气候、生境异质性和长期气候变化对森林生态系统中分布的木本植物的物种丰富度格局的影响在以往研究中受到广泛关注,但对高寒-极地生态系统中的草本植物物种丰富度格局及其影响因素的研究仍较少。本研究旨在检验以往研究中基于物种丰富度和环境因子关系提出的假说是否能够解释高寒-极地地区典型草本植物-虎耳草属(Saxifraga)的物种丰富度格局。本研究利用全球437种虎耳草属物种分布数据,探讨了全部物种、广域和狭域物种丰富度格局的影响因素。采用广义线性模型和空间自回归模型,评估了现代气候、生境异质性和历史气候对虎耳草属物种丰富度格局的影响。采用偏回归分析了不同变量对物种丰富度的独立解释率和共同解释率,并检验了4种广泛使用的物种丰富度与环境关系模型对物种丰富度格局的解释能力。研究结果表明,温度与虎耳草属所有物种和广域物种的物种丰富度格局呈显著负相关关系,是影响物种丰富度格局最重要的环境因子,这可能反映了虎耳草属对其祖先温带生态位的保守性。生境异质性和末次冰期以来的气候变化是虎耳草属狭域物种丰富度空间变异的最佳预测因子。总体而言,包含5个预测变量的组合模型可以解释大约40%–50%的虎耳草属物种丰富度的空间变异。此外,进化和生物地理过程在虎耳草属物种丰富度格局形成方面可能发挥了重要作用,这有待进一步研究。Lian Liu Xiaoting Xu Lei Zhang Yaoqi Li Nawal Shrestha Danilo M.Neves Qinggang Wang Hong Chang Xiangyan Su Yunpeng Liu Jianyong Wu Dimitar Dimitrov Zhiheng Wang Jianquan Liu 2022Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,2:1
4Effect of UV Radiation and Other Abiotic Stress Factors on DNA of Different Wild Plant Species Grown in Three Successive Seasons in Alpine and Subalpine Regions显示文摘Plants in natural ecosystems are exposed to a combination of UV radiation,ionizing radiation(IR)and other abiotic factors.These factors change with the altitude.We investigated DNA alterations of some wild plants of different plant families in natural ecosystems at three altitudes in Rila Mountain,Bulgaria(1500,1782,and 2925 m above sea level(a.s.l.)exposed to UV radiation,IR and other abiotic stresses,to assess the tolerance of plant species to the changing environmental conditions in three successive growth seasons.For this purpose,physicochemical,cytogenetic,and molecular methods were applied.DNA damage was assessed by micronucleus test and molecular method comet assay adapted and applied by us to wild plant species from Onagraceae,Rosaceae,Boraginaceae,Saxifragaceae,Orobanchaceae,Asteraceae and Poaceae families,growing at three different altitudes.Variability in the DNA sensitivity and the level of tolerance was observed among the plant species in response to combined abiotic factors assessed by induced DNA damage and gross beta activity.The studied representatives of Poaceae were less susceptible than the other studied species at all three altitudes and showed close level of DNA injuries to that of unaffected control plant grown in laboratory conditions.The lower levels of DNA damage of these wild plant species corresponded to their lower ability to accumulate radionuclides.There was a particularly pronounced low level of DNA injuries in the plant species at the highest altitude.The level of DNA damage showed correlation with the values of some abiotic environmental factors.The results would contribute to the elucidation of the extent of adaptation of plant species to the continuously changing environment and would be useful in selecting sensitive herbaceous monitor species for environmental impact assessment at mountain and alpine sites.Svetla P.Gateva Gabriele Jovtchev Tsveta V.Angelova Tzvetana P.Nonova Nikolay Tyutyundzhiev Elena G.Geleva Kostadin Katrandzhiev Nina A.Nikolova Dimitar Dimitrov Christo V.Angelov 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,2:1

6Mechanochemical Synthesis and Characterization of Nanocrystalline Copper-Cobalt Ferrites显示文摘Nanocrystalline copper-cobalt ferrites with composition Cu_(1-x)Co_xFe_2O_4,where x = 0.2 and 0.8,were synthesized by mechanochemical treatment of co-precipitated precursors.The ferrite powders were characterized by XRD and Mossbauer spectroscopy.Results proved obtaining of spinel ferrites with crystallite size smaller than 10 nm.Increasing of crystallite size of samples with increasing of mechanochemical treatment duration was established,too.Catalytic properties of obtained ferrites were tested in reactions of oxidation of CO,methanol and dimethyl ether.High catalytic activity of nanocrystalline copper-cobalt ferrites toward CO and CH_3OH(about 100% conversions of CO and CH_3OH at 160 ℃)and moderate activity toward(CH_3)_2O oxidation were established.The results obtained revealed that the Co/Cu atomic ratio is an important factor determinant the behavior of catalysts toward methanol and DME oxidation.Nikolay Velinov Dimitar Dimitrov Kremena Koleva Krassimir Ivanov Ivan Mitov 2015Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2015,28,3:0
7Liver dysfunction as a cytokine storm manifestation and prognostic factor for severe COVID-19显示文摘patients with or without preexisting liver disorders,posing a significant complication and mortality risk.During coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),abnormal liver function is typically observed.However,liver injury may occur because of the treatment as well.Ischemia,cytokine storm,and hypoxia were identified as the three major factors contributing to liver damage during COVID-19.Indeed,raised liver enzymes during hospitalizations may be attributed to medications used,as well as sepsis and shock.As a result,the proportion of hospitalized patients afflicted with COVID-19 and pathological liver biomarkers varies from 14%to 53%.Aminotransferases and bilirubin are found most often elevated.Usually,increased gamma-glutamyltransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and decreased serum albumin levels are demonstrated.Additionally,although there is no specific treatment for COVID-19,many of the drugs used to treat the infection are hepatotoxic.In this mini-review,we focus on how liver dysfunction can be one of the features associated with the COVID-19 cytokine storm.Furthermore,data show that liver injury can be an independent predictor of severe COVID-19,the need for hospitalization,and death.Gergana Taneva Dimitar Dimitrov Tsvetelina Velikova 2021World Journal of Hepatology2021,13,12:0
