| 1 | Pancreatic ductal system obstruction and acute recurrent pancreatitis显示文摘Acute recurrent pancreatitis is a clinical entity largely associated with pancreatic ductal obstruction. This latter includes congenital variants, of which pancreas divisum is the most frequent but also controversial, chronic pancreatitis, tumors of the pancreaticobiliary junction and sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. | 2 | 高碳水化合物、高饱和脂肪饮食诱导代谢综合征大鼠的饱和脂肪分布、肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体表达情况显示文摘'脂质假说'确定饱和脂肪酸(SFA)提高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,从而增加代谢综合征(MetS)的风险。本研究的目的是探讨亚慢性戒断高碳水化合物、高饱和脂肪(HCHF)对MetS的影响,以及有害SFA饮食(C120月桂酸;C140肉豆蔻酸;C160棕榈酸;C180硬脂酸)对肝、白色脂肪组织(Wat)和粪便的影响。长时间饲喂HCHF饲料诱导MetS大鼠作为人类MetS模型。MetS诱导大鼠在16周试验的最后4周变为基础日粮。分析靶组织和肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLr)SFA表达。通过分析SFA含量变化,戒断HCHF饲料后,WAT和肝脏中C160和C180含量减少。饲喂HCHF饲料时,粪便中C120含量极显著降低,而戒断后极显著增加(P<0.01)。戒断后,肝脏LDLr表达有所提高。长期饲喂HCHF饲料可导致的MetS可造成肝脏和WAT中SFA的累积,降低SFA的排泄,减少肝脏LDLr表达,而戒断后显著逆转。本试验有助于更好地了解MetS期间食物中SFA的代谢过程,有助于通过营养成分的调整改善潜在并发症。 | Hazarika A Kalita H Kalita M C Devi R | 2017 | 饲料博览2017，0，8： | 2 |
