| 1 | Effect of bombarding energy on ion beam assisted deposited DLC film on UHMWPE显示文摘Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene substrates were prepared at CHn+ ion bombarding energies of 200-1000eV at room temperature using ion beam assisted deposition technique. The wear tests exhibited a high wear resistance for all DLC films. X-ray photoelectron spectfoscopy and Raman spectroscopy analysis indicated that DLC film was amorphous with a characteristic high fracdion of sp3 bonds in the structure of mixed sp:2+ sp3 bonding at an optimal bombardingenergy of 600eV. | Dejun LI Hanqing GU and Fuzhai CUI(1. | 2 | VlbZIP30 of grapevine functions in dehydration tolerance via the abscisic acid core signaling pathway显示文摘Drought stress limits the growth and development of grapevines,thereby reducing productivity,but the mechanisms by which grapevines respond to drought stress remain largely uncharacterized.Here,we characterized a group A bZIP gene from“Kyoho”grapevine,VlbZIP30,which was shown to be induced by abscisic acid(ABA)and dehydration stress.Overexpression of VlbZIP30 in transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana enhanced dehydration tolerance.Transcriptome analysis revealed that a major proportion of ABA-responsive and/or drought-responsive genes are transcriptionally regulated by VlbZIP30 during ABA or mannitol treatment at the cotyledon greening stage.We identified an A.thaliana G-box motif(CACGTG)and a potential grapevine G-box motif(MCACGTGK)in the promoters of the 39 selected A.thaliana genes upregulated in the transgenic plants and in the 35 grapevine homologs,respectively.Subsequently,using two grapevine-related databases,we found that 74%(23/31)and 84%(21/25)of the detected grapevine genes were significantly upregulated by ABA and drought stress,respectively,suggesting that these genes are involved in ABA or dehydration stress and may be regulated by VlbZIP30 in grapevine.We propose that VlbZIP30 functions as a positive regulator of dehydration-responsive signaling in the ABA core signaling pathway. | Mingxing Tu Xianhang Wang Yanxun Zhu Dejun Wang Xuechuan Zhang Ye Cui Yajuan Li Min Gao Zhi Li Yuejin Wang Xiping Wang | 2018 | Horticulture Research2018，5，1： | 2 |
| 3 | A case of rapid growing colonic NK/T cell lymphoma complicated by Crohn's disease显示文摘A 37-year-old man developed abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea 11 months before admission. The colonoscopy revealed multifocal ulcers in the colon. Histology showed active chronic inflammation. Although anti-tuberculosis medication was effective, his symptoms repeated 2 months later. The subsequent colonoscopy revealed more extensive irregular ulcers than before, and he was clinically suspected with intestinal malignant lymphoma. He underwent subtotal colectomy and was histologically suggested Crohn's disease, then 5-aminosalicylic and a combination of prednisone and azathioprine were administered in succession postoperatively, but they achieved minimal relief of symptoms for a period of 7 months. The third colonoscopy showed a large irregular ulcer in the ileocolon stomas, and primary colonic NK/T cell lymphoma was diagnosed through histological and immunophenotypic studies.
