1Chemical vapor deposition growth of single-crystalline cesium lead halide microplatelets and heterostructures for optoelectronic applications显示文摘Organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskites, such as CH3NH3PbI3, have emerged as an exciting class of materials for solar photovoltaic applications; however, they are currently plagued by insufficient environmental stability. To solve this issue, all-inorganic halide perovskites have been developed and shown to exhibit significantly improved stability. Here, we report a single-step chemical vapor deposition growth of cesium lead halide (CsPbX3) microcrystals. Optical microscopy studies show that the resulting perovskite crystals predominantly adopt a square-platelet morphology. Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) studies of the resulting crystals demonstrate a highly crystalline nature, with CsPbCl3, CsPbBr3, and CsPbI3 showing tetragonal, monoclinic, and orthorhombic phases, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) studies show that the resulting platelets exhibit well-faceted structures with lateral dimensions of the order of 10-50 μm, thickness around 1 μm, and ultra-smooth surface, suggesting the absence of obvious grain boundaries and the single-crystalline nature of the individual microplatelets. Photoluminescence (PL) images and spectroscopic studies show a uniform and intense emission consistent with the expected band edge transition. Additionally, PL images show brighter emission around the edge of the platelets, demonstrating a wave-guiding effect in high-quality crystals. With a well-defined geometry and ultra-smooth surface, the square platelet structure can function as a whispering gallery mode cavity with a quality factor up to 2,863 to support laser emission at room temperature. Finally, we demonstrate that such microplatelets can be readily grown on a variety of substrates, including silicon, graphene, and other two-dimensional materials such as molybdenum disulfide, which can readily allow the construction of heterostructure optoelectronic devices, including a graphene/perovskite/graphene vertically-stacked photodetector with photoresponsivity > 105 A/W. 2STUDY ON TYPHOON DISASTER LOSS AND RISK PREDICTION AND BENEFIT ASSESSMENT OF DISASTER PREVENTION AND MITIGATION显示文摘Based on the meteorological monitoring data of Typhoon Nesat and Haitang in Fujian Province in 2017, the data of the typhoon disaster situation and third-party evaluation of typhoon disaster prevention and mitigation benefit were investigated. By using the mean value anomaly estimation method in the similarity analysis method, it is estimated that typhoon Nesat and Haitang will cause direct economic losses of 0.8 ~ 1.8 billion yuan, and the typhoon disaster risk index evaluation model is used. The disaster risk pre-assessment of Typhoon Nesat and Haitang is carried out. The results of the study and analysis show that the pre-assessment results of Typhoon Nesat and Haitang are basically consistent with the actual disaster situation. The disaster loss was reduced to the minimum. According to the third party evaluation and investigation, it was concluded that the contribution rate of reducing economic benefits was 75% in Fujian Province for preventing and landing double typhoons Nesat and Haitang. Mainly reflected in the ship return to the port to avoid the wind, geological hazards prone to the site construction and cage culture danger removal reinforcement and other links; The contribution rate of reducing casualties is 86, mainly reflected in fishermen disembarkation and personnel transfer to safety emergency shelter and other links. The benefit of this double typhoon disaster prevention and mitigation in Fujian Province is about 0.6 billion yuan to reduce the direct economic loss. According to the investigation, the overall satisfaction of the double typhoon meteorological service is 91.0 points. Typhoon early warning information service convenience satisfaction is 91.4 points, early warning information accuracy satisfaction is 87.2 points, government departments strong anti-Taiwan disaster reduction organization, linkage departments participate in disaster prevention and mitigation high. 3Thermal Analysis of a Novel Oil Cooled Piston Using a Fluid-Solid Interaction Method显示文摘Thermal load has a vital influence on the normal operation and service life of diesel engines.In this study,the thermal load and oil-cooling effect on diesel engine pistons were investigated by means of computational fluid dynamics.In particular,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the cooling gallery were determined during the oscillation of the piston.Moreover,the temperature field distribution of the piston with and without the cooling gallery were compared.The results revealed that the cooling gallery has a prominent effect on reducing the thermal load on the piston crown and piston lands.To fully understand the oscillating heat transfer effect related to the cooling gallery and verify the accuracy of the calculation,the numerical results were also compared with temperature values experimentally measured at key positions of the piston.The measurements were found to be consistent with the calculation results within an acceptable error range,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the mathematical and numerical models used.Dehui Tong Shunshun Qin Jingguo Lin Jingyang Sun Yuping Hu 2021Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2021,17,4:3

6A fluorescent film sensor for high-performance detection of Listeria monocytogenes via vapor sampling显示文摘Foodborne Listeria monocytogenes poses serious threats to public health.Fast and sensitive detection of the pathogen at the point of contamination is thus crucial to halt the spread of bacteria-related diseases.Herein,we report for the first time a fluorescent film sensor to detect the biomarker of L.monocytogenes,3-hydroxy-2-butanone.The sensor demonstrated unprecedented sensing performance for the analyte with a detection limit lower than 0.05 mg/m^(3),response time less than 1 s,full reversibility,and excellent selectivity.Further study showed that the sensor can be used to monitor the growth of L.monocytogenes with much-improved sensitivity.The superior performance of the sensor is ascribed to the specific binding,efficient charge transfer emission,and porous adlayer structure of the specially designed sensing fluorophore-based film.Our work paves the way to develop a portable detector to meet the needs for on-site and real-time detection of foodborne pathogens.Rongrong Huang Meiqi Li Dehui Lin Yangtao Shao Congdi Shang Qianqian Liu Guijun Liu Nan Li Rong Miao Haonan Peng Yanli Tang Yu Fang 2023Aggregate2023,4,1:0
7An Analysis of the Factors Influencing Cavitation in the Cylinder Liner of a Diesel Engine显示文摘Avoiding cavitation inside the water jacket is one of the most important issues regarding the proper design of a diesel engine’s cylinder liner.Using CFD simulations conducted in the frame of a mixture multiphase approach,a moving grid technology and near-wall cavitation model,in the present study the factors and fluid-dynamic patterns that influence cavitation are investigated from both macroscopic and mesoscopic perspectives.Several factors are examined,namely:wall vibration,water jacket width,initial cavitation bubble radius,coolant temperature,and number of bubbles.The results show that reducing the cylinder liner vibration intensity can significantly weaken the cavitation.Similarly,increasing the water jacket width is instrumental in avoiding cavitation.Increasing the coolant temperature reduces the microjet velocity related to bubble collapse,while increasing the number of bubbles produces a much larger water hammer pressure that can cause more damage to the cylinder liner.Dehui Tong Shunshun Qin Quan Liu Yuhan Li Jiewei Lin 2022Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2022,18,6:0
