| 1 | The effect of applied voltages on the structure,apatite-inducing ability and antibacterial ability of micro arc oxidation coating formed on titanium surface显示文摘The micro arc oxidation(MAO)coatings with different concentrations of Ca,P and Zn elements are successfully formed on the titanium substrate at the different applied voltages.After MAO treatment,the MAO coating exhibits the porous surface structure and composed of anatase and rutile TiO2 phases.Meanwhile,the average size and density of micro-pores on the MAO coatings have been modified via the adjusting the applied voltages.In addition,the contents of the incorporated elements such as Zn,Ca and P elements in the MAO coatings have been optimized.The bonding strength test results reveal that the MAO coating shows higher bonding strength,which is up to 45±5 MPa.Compared to the pure Ti plate,the MAO coating formed at 350 and 400 V show good apatite-inducing ability.Meanwhile,the MAO coating containing Zn,Ca and P elements have better antibacterial ability for E.coli and S.aureus.Thus,the incorporation of Zn,Ca and P elements was an effective method to improve the antibacterial ability.Moreover,the concentrations of Zn,Ca and P elements could be adjusted with the changing of the applied voltages.As a result,the enhancement of the antibacterial ability on the MAO coating surfaces was depended on the comprehensive effect of the incorporated elements and the surface property of MAO coatings. | Qing Du Daqing Wei Yaming Wang Su Cheng Shang Liu Yu Zhou Dechang Jia | 2018 | Bioactive Materials2018,3,4: | 6 |
| 2 | Fault Diagnosis of Power Transformers Using Graph Convolutional Network显示文摘Existing methods for transformer fault diagnosis either train a classifier to fit the relationship between dissolved gas and fault type or find some similar cases with unknown samples by calculating the similarity metrics.Their accuracy is limited,since they are hard to learn from other algorithms to improve their own performance.To improve the accuracy of transformer fault diagnosis,a novel method for transformer fault diagnosis based on graph convolutional network(GCN)is proposed.The proposed method has the advantages of two kinds of existing methods.Specifically,the adjacency matrix of GCN is utilized to fully represent the similarity metrics between unknown samples and labeled samples.Furthermore,the graph convolutional layers with strong feature extraction ability are used as a classifier to find the complex nonlinear relationship between dissolved gas and fault type.The back propagation algorithm is used to complete the training process of GCN.The simulation results show that the performance of GCN is better than that of the existing methods such as convolutional neural network,multi-layer perceptron,support vector machine,extreme gradient boosting tree,k-nearest neighbors and Siamese network in different input features and data volumes,which can effectively meet the needs of diagnostic accuracy. | Wenlong Liao Dechang Yang Yusen Wang Xiang Ren | 2021 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,2: | 4 |

| 5 | Mechanical tension promotes skin nerve regeneration by upregulating nerve growth factor expression显示文摘This study aimed to explore the role of mechanical tension in hypertrophic scars and the change in nerve density using hematoxylin-eosin staining and S100 immunohistochemistry, and to observe the expression of nerve growth factor by western blot analysis. The results demonstrated that mechanical tension contributed to the formation of a hyperplastic scar in the back skin of rats, in conjunction with increases in both nerve density and nerve growth factor expression in the scar tissue. | 7 | Data-driven Missing Data Imputation for Wind Farms Using Context Encoder显示文摘High-quality datasets are of paramount importance for the operation and planning of wind farms.However,the datasets collected by the supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)system may contain missing data due to various factors such as sensor failure and communication congestion.In this paper,a data-driven approach is proposed to fill the missing data of wind farms based on a context encoder(CE),which consists of an encoder,a decoder,and a discriminator.Through deep convolutional neural networks,the proposed method is able to automatically explore the complex nonlinear characteristics of the datasets that are difficult to be modeled explicitly.The proposed method can not only fully use the surrounding context information by the reconstructed loss,but also make filling data look real by the adversarial loss.In addition,the correlation among multiple missing attributes is taken into account by adjusting the format of input data.The simulation results show that CE performs better than traditional methods for the attributes of wind farms with hallmark characteristics such as large peaks,large valleys,and fast ramps.Moreover,the CE shows stronger generalization ability than traditional methods such as auto-encoder,K-means,k-nearest neighbor,back propagation neural network,cubic interpolation,and conditional generative adversarial network for different missing data scales. | Wenlong Liao Birgitte Bak-Jensen Jayakrishnan Radhakrishna Pillai Dechang Yang Yusen Wang | 2022 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2022,10,4: | 1 |

| 17 | Effect of Wuda granule on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic intestinal resection:a randomized–controlled trial显示文摘Background Previous studies have suggested that the Wuda granule(WDG)could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal(GI)function after gynecologic abdominal surgery.This trial aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of WDG in the rapid recovery of GI function in patients after laparoscopic intestinal resection in the setting of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)-based perioperative care.Methods We performed a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled pilot trial.Thirty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to either the WDG group or the placebo group in a 1:1 ratio.The patients received WDG or placebo twice a day in addition to ERAS-based perioperative care,starting on post-operative Day 1 until Day 3.The primary outcomes were time to first bowel movement and time to first tolerance of solid food.The secondary outcomes were time to first flatus,length of hospital stay(LOS),and post-operative ileus-related morbidity.Adverse events were also recorded.Results There were no statistically significant differences in baseline characteristics between the two groups.The median time to first bowel movement was significantly decreased in the WDG group compared with the control group(27.6 vs 50.1 h;P<0.001),but the median times to first flatus(22.9 vs 25.1 h;P>0.05)and LOS(5.0 vs 5.0 days;P>0.05)were not statistically different.The occurrence rates of post-operative nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,and abdominal pain were similar in the two groups.No adverse events occurred in any patients.Conclusions The addition of WDG to ERAS post-operative care after laparoscopic intestinal resection can safely promote the rapid recovery of GI function. | Haiping Zeng Wei Wang Lixing Cao Yuyan Wu Wenwei Ouyang Dechang Diao Jin Wan Qicheng Chen Zhiqiang Chen | 2022 | Gastroenterology Report2022,10,1: | 1 |

| 20 | Activating transcription factor 4 protects mice against sepsis-induced intestinal injury by regulating gut-resident macrophages differentiation显示文摘Background: Gut-resident macrophages (gMacs) supplemented by monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation play a critical role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis. Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) is involved in immune cell differentiation. We therefore set out to investigate the role of ATF4-regulated monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in sepsis-induced intestinal injury.Methods: Sepsis was induced in C57BL/6 wild type (WT) mice andAtf4-knockdown (Atf4+/-) mice by cecal ligation and puncture or administration of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Colon, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, sera, lung, liver, and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected for flow cytometry, hematoxylin and eosin staining, immunohistochemistry, quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively.Results: CD64, CD11b, Ly6C, major histocompatibility complex-II (MHC-II), CX3CR1, Ly6G, and SSC were identified as optimal primary markers for detecting the process of monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in the colon of WT mice. Monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation was impaired in the colon during sepsis and was associated with decreased expression of ATF4 in P1 (Ly6Chi monocytes), the precursor cells of gMacs.Atf4 knockdown exacerbated the impairment of monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in response to LPS, resulting in a significant reduction of gMacs in the colon. Furthermore, compared with WT mice,Atf4+/- mice exhibited higher pathology scores, increased expression of inflammatory factor genes (TNF-α, IL-1β), suppressed expression of CD31 and vascular endothelial-cadherin in the colon, and increased translocation of intestinal bacteria to lymph nodes and lungs following exposure to LPS.
