| 1 | Analysis of bacterial community in bulking sludge using culture-dependent and -independent approaches显示文摘The bacterial community of a bulking sludge from a municipal wastewater treatment plant with anoxic-anaerobic-oxic process was investigated by combination of cultivation and 16S rRNA gene clone library analysis for understanding the causes of bulking.A total of 28 species were obtained from 63 isolates collected from six culture media.The most cultivable species belonged to γ-Proteobacteria including Klebsiella sp.,Pseudomonas sp.,Aeromonas sp.and Acinetobacter sp.Further analysis of these strains by repetitive sequence based on polymerase chain reaction (rep-PCR) technology showed that rep-PCR yielded discriminatory banding patterns within the same genus using REP and BOX primer sets.While the culture-independent assessment revealed that β-Proteobacteria was the dominant group in the bulking sample.Sequence analysis revealed that the highest proportion (14.7%) of operational taxonomic units was 98% similar to Candidatus Accumulibacter phosphatis,which is used to remove phosphorous from wastewater.Our results indicated that combining different approaches can produce complementary information,thus generate a more accurate view of microbial community in bulking sludge. | Decai Jin Ping Wang Zhihui Bai Xinxin Wang Hong Peng Rong Qi Zhisheng Yu Guoqiang Zhuang | 2011 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,11: | 11 |

| 7 | Influence of traditional Chinese medicines on the in vivo metabolism of lopinavir/ritonavir based on UHPLC-MS/MS analysis显示文摘A fast,reliable,and cost-effective liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established to determine the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine employed to treat coronavirus disease 2019,namely,Lianhua Qingwen granules,Huoxiang Zhengqi capsules,Jinhua Qinggan granules,Shufeng Jiedu capsules,and Angong Niuhuang pills,on the pharmacokinetics of lopinavir/ritonavir in rats.Blood samples were prepared using the protein precipitation method and atazanavir was selected as the internal standard(IS).Separation was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX eclipse plus C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm)column using acetonitrile and water containing 0.1%formic acid as the mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.4 mL/min and the injection volume was 2 μL.Agilent Jet Stream electrospray ionization was used for mass spectrometry detection under positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode at a transition of m/z 629.3→447.3 for lopinavir,m/z 721.3→296.1 for ritonavir,and m/z 705.4→168.1 for the IS.The method showed good linearity in the concentration range of 25→2500 ng/mL(r=0.9981)for lopinavir and 5e500 ng/mL(r=0.9984)for ritonavir.The intra-day and inter-day precision and accuracy were both within±15%.Items,such as dilution reliability and residual effect,were also within the acceptable limits.The method was used to determine the effects of five types of traditional Chinese medicines on the pharmacokinetics of lopinavir/ritonavir in rats.The pharmacokinetic results showed that the half-life of ritonavir in the groups administered Lianhua Qingwen granules and Huoxiang Zhengqi capsules combined with lopinavir/ritonavir was prolonged by approximately 1.5-to 2-fold relative to that in the control group.Similarly,the pharmacokinetic parameters of lopinavir were altered.Overall,the results of this study offer important theoretical parameters for the effective clinical use of five types of traditional Chinese medicines combined with lopinavir/ritonavir to reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions. | Linlin Li Xinxiang Yu Dongmin Xie Ningning Peng Weilin Wang Decai Wang Binglong Li | 2022 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,2: | 1 |

| 10 | Occurrence and Damage and Pathogene of Potato Early Blight in Winter in Yunnan Province,China显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to understand the species and pathogenicity of the pathogen causing potato early blight in winter.[Methods]The occurrence of potato early blight was investigated in 5 winter potato growing areas in Yunnan Province.The disease samples were collected from two locations(Zhutang Village and Zhanai Village,Pu'er City)where the occurrence of early blight was severe.The pathogen was isolated and purified in laboratory and identified by morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of ITS gene sequence.And it was further verified via re-inoculation by Koch's rules.The growth characteristics and pathogenicity of isolates in different seasons were analyzed with 4 strains of Alternaria isolated in spring(EYZ,EYAX,TA1 and TAC)as controls.[Results]Early blight occurred in varying degrees in the 5 winter potato growing areas,and the incidence of early blight was up to 100%in some plots in Lancang County,Pu'er City.A total of 35 strains of Alternaria were isolated from plots with high incidence,which were divided into two types according to colony morphology.The first type was round colonies with smooth edges and gray white fronts,and the second type was round colonies with rough edges and gray black fronts.Three strains LC1,LC2,LC3 of the first type and two strains ZT3 and ZT8 of the second type were selected and identified as Alternaria alternata through morphological and molecular identification.Re-inoculation test further confirmed that the pathogen was A.alternata.Meantime,it was found that the growth rate of colonies isolated in winter was relatively slow,and there was no significant difference between the pathogenicity of LC1 and TA1,but the pathogenicity of strains isolated in winter was generally higher than that isolated in spring.[Conclusions]It is confirmed that the pathogen causing potato early blight in winter is A.alternata in Yunnan Province.The results will lay a foundation for the research of pathogenesis,occurrence regularity and disease control of A.alternata in winter potato. | Zhenhua ZHANG Shen XIONG Li ZHANG Baoju ZHANG Jin PU Min TU Jianbo ZHANG Decai YU | 2022 | Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,4: | 0 |
| 11 | An Experimental Validation Study on Ferrofuid Evaporation显示文摘The current research on the evaporation of ferrofuids mainly focuses on the characterization of ultra-low vapor pressure ferrofuids in vacuum and the theoretical analysis of the evaporation process.Few studies have focused on the experimental validation of the proposed evaporation rate equations and on the comparison of the diferences in ferrofuid evaporation.In this study,based on the Bolotov’s model,an evaporation rate equation is deduced from the experimental model.The experimental study included a comparison of the evaporation,magnetic particle volume fraction,temperature,height of the fuid surface from the outlet,and magnetic feld of a kerosene-based ferrofuid and its base carrier liquid.The prepared sample was evaporated in a test tube,and the evaporation rate was calculated by measuring the weight loss of the sample.The experimental results show that the evaporation rate of the base carrier liquid is higher than that of the ferrofuid.The smaller the volume fraction of the magnetic particles,the greater the evaporation rate.The magnetic particles play a key role in preventing evaporation of the base liquid.The higher the temperature,the smaller the deviation of the evaporation rate from the predicted value.The evaporation rates obtained by the two control groups at the height of the fuid surface from the outlet were lower than the predict value.The magnetic feld had a certain promotional efect on the evaporation of the ferrofuid.The experimental results were consistent with the results obtained using Bolotov’s model.This research validates Bolotov’s model and shows that the model is somewhat biased but still responds well to diferent variables. | Wenjuan Yu Decai Li Sifang Niu | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,4: | 0 |

| 13 | Original article Laparoscopic cholecystectomy based on Laennec approach via the cystic plate with lymphadenectomy in Calot's triangle for gallbladder neoplasms: Initial experience and technical details显示文摘Background:It is still challenging to define the exact stage of early gallbladder carcinoma with preoperative imaging.Generally,subserous gallbladder is dissected for the potential early gallbladder carcinoma,which may cause incomplete tumor resection or tumor spread especially for the patients with T2 stage.Here,we reported our experience and safety of Laennec approach via the cystic plate to dissect the whole gallbladder with lymphadenectomy in Calot's triangle for accurate diagnosis and stage in gallbladder neoplasms.Methods:The anatomical gap between Laennec capsule and the cystic plate serves as the landmark to dissect the whole gallbladder through Laennec approach.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy based on Laennec approach via the cystic plate,together with lymphadenectomy in Calot's triangle,was performed in 17 patients with gallbladder neoplasms.Results:All patients had less intraoperative bleeding,no gallbladder breakage,no bile leakage,and accurate intraoperative rapid pathological staging under the corresponding strategies.The duration of surgery was comparable to that of traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy based on Laennec approach via the cystic plate,together with lymphadenectomy in Calot's triangular is safe for gallbladder neoplasms.In the future,the prospective clinical trial is going on to confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach. | Bin Ouyang Laizhu Zhang Yajuan Cao Zhongjie Xing Jin Peng Yang Yue Decai Yu | 2023 | iLIVER2023,2,4: | 0 |
