| 1 | Discovery and Geological Significance of Neoproterozoic Metamorphic Granite in Jimo, Shandong Province, Eastern China显示文摘During the 1:50000 regional geological survey in Jimo,east Shandong Province,Paleoproterozoic metamorphic supracrustal rocks and Neoproterozoic metamorphic plutonite were newly discovered. These rocks displayed inclusions which had occurred in the Mesozoic granite,and the main lithologies are schist,granulite,marble,and granitic gneiss. Geochemical analyses suggest that Neoproterozoic metamorphic plutonite are characterized by high-K,metaluminous to weakly peraluminous. They are enriched in LILE and depleted in HFSE,with moderately enrichment of LREE,weak fractionation of LREE from HREE and negative Eu anomalies. The surface age of plutonic rocks in the survey area is 770.2±2.4 Ma,representing the age of magma crystallization,which is agreement with the the Neoproterozoic magmatic event after Rodinia supercontinent in the northern margin of Southern China continental block. In addition,the age of sporadic distribution(298 Ma and 269 Ma) is mixed zircon age,representing the rocks experienced metamorphism in Indosinian period. According to the associated mineral assemblages,and the characteristic metamorphic minerals and temperature pressure conditions,four metamorphic facies were identified,including amphibolitic,epidote amphibolite,greenschist,and mid-high pressure greenschist. Analysis of tectonic setting suggests that granitic gneiss is formed in an extensional environment and was involved from the continental margin magmatic arc to intraplate environment. Jimo is distributed in the east of Zhuwu fault,and has the same Spatial distribution location with the Weihai uplift UHP metamorphic belt rocks. The metamorphic rocks in Jimo area have similar geochemical characteristics of elements,tectonic setting and retrograde metamorphism with that in the Sulu UHP metamorphic belt. | 2 | Depositional Environments of the Upper Permian Quartzose Sandstone(Shandong Province, North China): Insight from Trace Element Geochemistry显示文摘The depositional environment of the Upper Permian quartzose sandstone(Kuishan sandstone in Shihezi Formation of Upper Permian) in the North China epicontinental basin is controversial. In order to test the previous hypotheses, we analyzed sedimentological characteristics of the Kuishan sandstones in outcrops and boreholes, and carried out trace element geochemical analysis by electron probe microanalyzer. Three lithofacies were recognized, including normal-graded conglomerate(Cng), trough and planar cross-bedded coarse sandstone(CStpc), and planar cross-bedded medium sandstone(MSpc). Normal-graded conglomerate(Cng) formed in the meandering river or deltaic distributary channels. Trough and planar cross-bedded coarse sandstone(CStpc) formed in meandering river or distributary channels of near-source deltaic plain. Planar cross-bedded medium sandstone(MSpc) formed in the siliciclastic beach with high- to moderate-energy conditions. By the petrology and trace elements analysis, three relatively large-scale transgressions were revealed. Each transgression was reflected by the lower content of Ba and ratios of Fe/Mn, and the high content of B and ratios of B/Ga. | 3 | Contribution to sample failure probability plot and its solution by Kriging method显示文摘To analyze the effect of the region of the model inputs on the model output,a novel concept about contribution to the sample failure probability plot(CSFP) is proposed based on the contribution to the sample mean plot(CSM) and the contribution to the sample variance plot(CSV).The CSFP can be used to analyze the effect of the region of the model inputs on the failure probability.After the definition of CSFP,its property and the differences between CSFP and CSV/CSM are discussed.The proposed CSFP can not only provide the information about which input affects the failure probability mostly,but also identify the contribution of the regions of the input to the failure probability mostly.By employing the Kriging model method on optimized sample points,a solution for CSFP is obtained.The computational cost for solving CSFP is greatly decreased because of the efficiency of Kriging surrogate model.Some examples are used to illustrate the validity of the proposed CSFP and the applicability and feasibility of the Kriging surrogate method based solution for CSFP. | LI DaWei Lü ZhenZhou ZHOU ChangCong | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013，56，4： | 2 |
| 4 | Adsorption equilibrium for Z-ligustilide on C18-bonded silica from supercritical carbon dioxide显示文摘Adsorption equilibrium is of great importance for the preparative supercritical fluid chromatography(pre-SFC) in defining supercritical adsorption behavior and the industrial amplification.This paper presents adsorption isotherms of Z-ligustilide from supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO_2) on C18-bonded silica.Adsorption behavior was studied at 305.15 K,313.15 K and 323.15 K with SC-CO_2 density varying from 0.687 g·cm^(-3) to0.863 g·cm^(-3) with the elution by characteristic points(ECP) method.The adsorption amount of Z-ligustilide from SC-CO_2 on C18-bonded silica decreased with the increasing density of the mobile phase as well as the increasing temperature.Adsorption equilibrium data were fitted by Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models,and the Langmuir isotherm model performed better for describing the whole adsorption process on the column.The monolayer saturation adsorption capacity of Z-ligustilide is in the range of 3.0 × 10^(-4) mg·cm^(-3) to5.5 × 10^(-4) mg·cm^(-3) with an average value of 4.0 × 10^(-4) mg·cm^(-3). | Huisheng Lü Shuangyan Liu Yonghui Li Fanmei Meng Dawei Yao Xufei Mo | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016，24，12： | 1 |

| 14 | B7-H4 as a protective shield for pancreatic islet beta cells显示文摘Auto- and alloreactive T cells are major culprits that damage β-cells in type 1 diabetes(T1D) and islet transplantation. Current immunosuppressive drugs can alleviate immune-mediated attacks on islets. T cell co-stimulation blockade has shown great promise in autoimmunity and transplantation as it solely targets activated T cells, and therefore avoids toxicity of current immunosuppressive drugs. An attractive approach is offered by the newly-identified negative T cell cosignaling molecule B7-H4 which is expressed in normal human islets, and its expression co-localizes with insulin. A concomitant decrease in B7-H4/insulin colocalization is observed in human type 1 diabetic islets. B7-H4 may play protective roles in the pancreatic islets, preserving their function and survival. In this review we outline the protective effect of B7-H4 in the contexts of T1 D, islet cell transplantation, and potentially type 2 diabetes. Current evidence offers encouraging data regarding the role of B7-H4 in reversal of autoimmune diabetes and donor-specific islet allograft tolerance. Additionally, unique expression of B7-H4 may serve as a potential biomarker for the development of T1 D.
