1Inverse Kinematics Analysis of a 7-DOF Space Manipulator for Trajectory Design显示文摘To solve the inverse kinematics problem for redundant degrees of freedom(DOFs)manipulators has been and still continues to be quite challenging in the field of robotics.Aiming at trajectory planning for a 7-DOF space manipulator system,joint rotation trajectories are obtained from predetermined motion trajectories and poses of the end effector in Cartesian space based on the proposed generalized inverse kinematics method.A minimum norm method is employed to choose the best trajectory among available trajectories.Numerical simulations with the7-DOF manipulator show that the proposed method can achieve the planned trajectory and pose under the circumstances of minimum angular velocities.Moreover,trajectory results from the proposed kinematics model and inverse kinematics method has the advantages of simple modelling,low computation cost,easy to solve and plan trajectory conveniently.The smooth and continuous joint rotation functions obtained from the proposed method are suitable for practical engineering applications.Pengfei Xin Jili Rong Yongtai Yang Dalin Xiang 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,3:5
2Rab20 is critical for bacterial lipoprotein tolerization-enhanced bactericidal activity in macrophages during bacterial infection显示文摘Bacterial cell wall component-induced tolerance represents an important protective mechanism during microbial infection.Tolerance induced by the TLR2 agonist bacterial lipoprotein(BLP)has been shown to attenuate the inflammatory response,and simultaneously to augment antimicrobial function,thereby conferring its protection against microbial sepsis.However,the underlying mechanism by which BLP tolerance augments bactericidal activity has not been fully elucidated.Here,we reported that the induction of BLP tolerance in murine macrophages upregulated the expression of Rab20,a membrane trafficking regulator,at both the mRNA and protein levels upon bacterial infection.The knockdown of Rab20 with Rab20 specific siRNA(siRab20)did not affect the phagocytosis of Escherichia coli(E.coli),but substantially impaired the intracellular killing of the ingested E.coli in BLP-tolerized macrophages.Furthermore,Rab20 was associated with GFP-E.coli containing phagosomes,and BLP tolerization resulted in the enhanced maturation of GFP-E.coli-containing phagosomes associated with Rab20 and strong lysosomal acidification.The knockdown of Rab20 substantially diminished lysosome acidification and disturbed the fusion of GFP-E.coli containing phagosomes with lysosomes in BLP-tolerized macrophages.These results demonstrate that Rab20 plays a critical role in BLP tolerization-induced augmentation of bactericidal activity via promoting phagosome maturation and the fusion of bacteria containing phagosomes with lysosomes.Shuqi Zhao Dalin Xi Junwei Cai Wenting Chen Jing Xiang Na Peng Juan Wang Yong Jiang Zhuzhong Mei Jinghua Liu 2020Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,3:2

9Development of a high-power blue diode laser for precision vaporization of prostate tissue for the surgical management of benign prostatic hyperplasia显示文摘This paper explores the advancement and application of high-power blue diode lasers in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Addressing the challenges posed by existing techniques,the study focuses on optimizing tissue removal methods.Energy platform for BPH should balance a range of factors,such as operative time,patient conditions,urinary functions,complications,durability,accessibility,and cost,all while prioritizing patient care.Blueray Medical's innovation of high-power blue diode laser systems for BPH surgery is explored,with emphasis on achieving a balance among these considerations.By illustrating the biomedical effects of lasers and their interaction with soft tissues,particularly emphasizing the role of photon absorption by biomolecules and proteins in tissue behavior,this study outlines the advantages of the highpower blue diode laser system.The initial laboratory experiments and clinical results consistently align with our theoretical predictions,especially in terms of tissue vaporization efficiency,tissue coagulation,and bleeding control.In conclusion,blue diode lasers hold potential to enhance surgical outcomes for BPH.Their unique properties offer benefits like improved tissue removal rate and reduced thermal damages.Integrating blue laser technology into BPH protocols could lead to shorter hospital stays,cost savings,and expanded patient eligibility,although rigorous clinical studies are needed to fully understand their benefits and limitations.Liyue Mu Xiang Zhu Bing Yang Lin Yang Xiaofeng Xu Yongwei Zhao Dalin He 2023UroPrecision2023,1,3:0
10Prospects of sea launches for Chinese cryogenic liquid-fueled medium-lift launch vehicles显示文摘This paper introduces the sea-launch technology of a cryogenic liquid-fueled medium-lift rocket.It first reviews the current state of sea launch technology,and then gives a brief introduction of China’s New Generation Medium-lift Launch Vehicle(NGMLV).The innovations in the NGMVL,such as responsive test and launch control,a H3 launch model,and unmanned operations,provide convenience for sea launches.Based on these innovations,this paper proposes a sea launch scheme,including the system configuration,test and launch processes,and an improved adaptive design for the rocket.Then,the launch platform is discussed in detail,which integrates the functions of sea transportation,assembly and test,as well as technical and launch areas.The layout and function divisions,fluid filling,gas supply and distribution systems,and lossless storage technology of LH2 are described in order.This breakthrough in sea launch technology will enable China to launch medium and large satellites and constellations‘both on land and sea’,especially into low-inclination Low-Earth Orbits(LEOs),and it allows China to remain competitive in the fast-paced space industry.Zhengyu SONG Zhifeng XIE Limin QIU Dalin XIANG Jinglin LI 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,1:0
