| 1 | Coordinated silencing of the Sp1-mediated long noncoding RNA MEG3 by EZH2 and HDAC3 as a prognostic factor in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma显示文摘Objective:Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a disease with high mortality.Many so-called'junk'noncoding RNAs need to be discovered in PDAC.The purpose of this study was therefore to investigate the function and regulatory mechanism of the long noncoding RNA MEG3 in PDAC.Methods:The Gene Expression Omnibus database(GEO database)was used to determine the differential expression of long noncoding RNAs in PDAC,and MEG3 was selected for subsequent verification.Tissue and cell samples were used to verify MEG3 expression,followed by functional detection in vitro and in vivo.Microarrays were used to characterize long noncoding RNA and mRNA expression profiles.Competing endogenous RNA analyses were used to detect differential MEG3 and relational miRNA expression in PDAC.Finally,promoter analyses were conducted to explain the downregulation of MEG3 PDAC.Results:We generated a catalogue of PDAC-associated long noncoding RNAs in the GEO database.The ectopic expression of MEG3 inhibited PDAC growth and metastasis in vitro and in vivo,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Microarray analysis showed that multiple microRNAs interacted with MEG3.We also showed that MEG3,as a competing endogenous RNA,directly sponged miR-374a-5p to regulate PTEN expression.The transcription factor,Sp1,recruited EZH2 and HDAC3 to the promoter and transcriptionally repressed MEG3 expression.Finally,clinical data showed that MEG3 and miR-374a-5p expressions were correlated with clinicopathological features.Statistically,Sp1,EZH2,HDAC3,and miR-374 a-5p were negatively correlated with MEG3(P<0.05).Conclusions:Reduced MEG3 levels played a crucial role in the PDAC malignant phenotype,which provided insight into novel and effective molecular targets of MEG3 for pancreatic cancer treatment. | Ting Han Meng Zhuo Cuncun Yuan Xiuying Xiao Jiujie Cui Guangrong Qin Liwei Wang Feng Jiao | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,4: | 3 |

| 3 | Molten salt as ultrastrong polar solvent enables the most straightforward pyrolysis towards highly efficient and stable single-atom electrocatalyst显示文摘Currently,pyrolysis as the most widely used method still has some key issues not well resolved for synthesis of carbon-supported single-atom catalysts(C-SACs),e.g.,the sintering of metal atoms at high temperature as well as the high cost and complicated preparations of precursors.In this report,molten salts are demonstrated to be marvellous medium for preparation of C-SACs by pyrolysis of small molecular precursors(ionic liquid).The ultrastrong polarity on one hand establishes robust interaction with precursor and enables better carbonization,resulting in largely enhanced yield.On the other hand,the aggregation of metal atoms is effectively refrained while no nanoparticle or cluster is formed.By this strategy,a C-SAC with atomically dispersed Fe-N_(4) sites and a high specific area over 2000 m^(2) g^(-1) is obtained,which illustrates high ORR activity in both acid and alkaline media.Moreover,this SAC exhibits superior methanol tolerance and stability after acid soaking at 85℃ for 48 h.It is believed that the molten-salts-assisted pyrolysis can be developed into a routine strategy as it not only can largely simply the synthesis of C-SACs,but also can be extended to prepare other types of SACs. | Nannan Li Wei Liu Chao Zhu Ce Hao Jingya Guo Hongyu Jing Jinwen Hu Cuncun Xin Danyang Wu Yantao Shi | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3: | 1 |

| 11 | Pollutant exposure and health outcomes:protocol for a comprehensive umbrella review of meta-analyses and evidence mapping显示文摘Background:Many systematic reviews and meta-analyses(MAs)regarding the association between pollutant(e.g.,air pollution,noise pollution,and heavy metal pollution)exposure and health outcomes have been published recently,but there is still a lack of comprehensive research based on these MAs,and the evidence quality of these MAs are unknown.Therefore,we designed an umbrella review to address these gaps in knowledge.Methods:MAs that evaluated the association between pollutant exposure and health outcomes will be systematically searched through the PubMed and Embase databases in May 2021.Pairs of reviewers will conduct the study screening and data extraction independently,and cross-check the results.PRISMA and AMSTAR 2 will be used to evaluate the reporting and methodological quality of MAs included,respectively,and an evidence mapping method will be used to present the results.The corrected cover area(CCA)method will be used to assess the degree of overlap for included primary studies among MAs.The outcomes will be reanalyzed based on the random-effects model using the appropriate effect size,and the corresponding 95%confidence intervals will be reported.Meanwhile,sensitivity analysis and subgroup analysis will be used to explore heterogeneity.The GRADE method will be used to evaluate the evidence quality of outcome indicators.Stata 16.0 and Excel 2019 will be used for data analysis,and P<0.05 will be considered to indicate statistical significance.Results:The results of this umbrella review will be submitted to a peer-reviewed English journal for publication.Conclusion:We designed the first umbrella review to summarize evidence from MAs on the association between common pollutant exposure and health conditions.The results of this study will provide evidence for health policy makers to formulate appropriate health policies and researchers to conduct new studies. | Jing Qi Lufang Feng Jiemei Hu Haitong Zhao Jieyun Li Lixin Ke Xue Shang Kehu Yang Cuncun Lu | 2021 | Asian Toxicology Tesearch2021,3,3: | 0 |
| 12 | Interannual variations in salt flux at 80°E section of the equatorial Indian Ocean显示文摘The interannual variations in salt flux on the 80°E section in the equatorial Indian Ocean were explored based on the ORAS5 data,which was quite consistent with the observational data among the four available reanalysis datasets.The results indicated that the area with significant interannual variations in salt flux coincided with that of significant climatological mean salt flux in general and was mainly located in the upper 150 m layer.Specifically,three important areas were identified in the north-south direction,i.e.,(1)the Equatorial Indian Ocean Area(EIOA,3°S–3°N),where the mean salt flux was eastward with the largest value on the section and associated with the most significant interannual variations mainly modulated by the Wyrtki Jets and the Equatorial Undercurrent;(2)the South Equatorial Indian Ocean Area(SEIOA,3°S–6°S),where the mean salt flux changed in the vertical direction from strong eastward flux in the upper layer to weak westward flux in the subsurface layer and associated with significant interannual variations in the upper 100 m layer,which was affected by the South Equatorial Countercurrent;and(3)the North Equatorial Indian Ocean Area(NEIOA,3°N–6°N),where the mean salt flux changed in the north-south direction from strong westward flux to the north of 5°N to weak eastward flux in the south and associated with relatively significant interannual variations,which was mainly influenced by the South Sri Lanka Coastal Current.Two leading interannual variation modes were revealed by the empirical orthogonal function decomposition.The first mode accounted for 39%of the total variance and had four significant spatial antinodes;two of those in-phase antinodes were located at SEIOA and upper 75 m of EIOA,and the other two opposite in-phase antinodes were located at NEIOA and below 75 m of EIOA.The second mode accounted for 17%of the total variance having four antinodes with two dominant out-of-phase antinodes located at the subsurface of EIOA and SEIOA.The temporal components of the two leading modes showed a 1–4 year variation with a main period of 2 years,in which the first mode showed a greater correlation with the Indian Ocean Dipole,while the second mode showed a weak correlation with the Indian Ocean Dipole and the El Niño-Southern Oscillation.Variance analysis showed that the interannual variations in salt flux were mainly determined by the variations in the current,and the spatial distribution was modulated by temporal mean salinity.Composite strong interannual events showed interannual variations in current,and so the salt flux was driven by the interannual anomaly of the wind field and sea surface temperature associated with the Indian Ocean Dipole. | Cuncun XIE Ruibin DING Jiliang XUAN Daji HUANG | 2023 | Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,9: | 0 |
| 13 | Management of Perioperative Target Blood Pressure in Bridging Therapy for Acute Ischemic Stroke显示文摘Objective:To investigate the management of perioperative target blood pressure in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with intravenous thrombolytic bridging.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the blood pressure management and nursing experience of 36 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received endovascular treatment with bridge mode from November 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital.Through correct monitoring of basic blood pressure,rapid and stable blood pressure reduction before the bridge treatment,close cooperation during the operation,and close observation and treatment of postoperative blood pressure fluctuations,the patient’s blood pressure can be controlled within the target range.Results:The blood vessels of 36 patients were partially or completely recanalized after treatment.Clinical outcomes:Two cases died.After 90 days,29 patients with good clinical outcomes were followed up,and 5 patients with poor clinical prognosis.Conclusion:Effective blood pressure management is a necessary measure in the perioperative period of bridging therapy for patients with acute ischemic stroke,which can reduce the postoperative complications of patients treated with bridging therapy,obtain good therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients. | Lin Zhu Qinghong Wang Cuncun Liu | 2019 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2019,3,2: | 0 |
