| 2 | UHPLC-MS/MS analysis of cAMP and cGMP in rat plasma as potential biomarkers of Yin-Yang disharmony in traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘Cyclic 3’,5’-adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and cyclic 3’,5’-guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)are considered as potential biomarkers for Yin-Yang disharmony in traditional Chinese medicine.However,phosphodiesterase-mediated ex vivo degradation of these molecules in biological samples may result in their underestimation.In the present study,a ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS)method was developed for determination of cAMP and cGMP in rat plasma,with special consideration of their stability ex vivo.Following precipitation of proteins from plasma samples with 0.4 M perchloric acid,the analytes were chromatographed on a Shimadzu Shimpack-XR-ODS II column with 2.5 mM ammonium acetate and methanol in gradient mode.The MS/MS detection was performed using multiple reaction monitoring in the positive electrospray ionization mode.The lower limit of quantification was 0.27 ng/mL for cAMP and 0.37 ng/mL for cGMP.The method was used to determine the plasma cAMP and cGMP levels in normal and Yin deficiency diabetic rats treated with or without Rehmannia glutinosa.The developed method may be useful for evaluating the regulatory effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the levels of cAMP and cGMP in the body. | Xin Wang Yue Du Cuiting Wu Ming Xu Youping Liu Xin Di | 2021 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,4: | 3 |

| 13 | Spatiotemporal variations and determinants of stream nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations from a watershed in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,China显示文摘Socioeconomic development induced nonpoint source(NPS)pollution has aroused an increasing concern,however,most of the previous studies were concentrated on the impacts of environmental determinants.Here,total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)concentrations from 13 sampling sites were collected biweekly from January 2018 to October 2021,and 26 potential factors including environmental and socioeconomic were considered in the Wangjiaqiao watershed of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,China.Impacts of these factors on TN and TP were evaluated by partial least squares regression(PLSR)model.It showed that average TN and TP concentrations in wet seasons(TN,14.68 mg L^(-1):TP,0.113 mg L^(-1))were higher than that in dry seasons(TN,11.73 mg L^(-1);TP,0.087 mg L^(-1)).Additionally,the TN concentrations were greater in downstream than upstream,however,the highest TP concentrations were found in the middle of the watershed.The optimal PLSR model explained 69.6%,73.1%and 66.1%of the variance in TN concentration,as well as 65.7%,79.5%and 67.4%of the variance in TP concentration during the annual,dry and wet seasons,respectively.Moreover,TN was primarily influenced by topographic wetness index,planting structure,interspersion and juxtaposition index,orchard proportion,nitrogen fertilization,per capita income,and catchment area,whereas TP was mainly controlled by slope gradient,topographic wetness index,hypsometric integral,interspersion and juxtaposition index,and population density.Collectively,environmental factors had greater impacts on the TN and TP concentrations than socioeconomic factors.Raising farmers'awareness of the hazards of NPS pollution is beneficial to watershed NPS pollution control. | Jun Deng Yiwen Zhou Lin Chu Yujie Wei Zhaoxia Li Tianwei Wang Cuiting Dai | 2023 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2023,11,3: | 0 |

In order to find out the dispersion effect of gum arabic and the factors influencing the holding capacity of gum arabic in cement during hydration, rheological properties of cement paste with added gum arabic were assessed in this paper. The results show that 0.10wt%-0.60wt% of gum arabic positively affects dispersion, lower dosages have negligible effect. High speed mixing is required to maintain the dispersion stability of gum arabic in cement paste. | 20 | Catalytic adsorptive desulfurization of mercaptan,sulfide and disulfide using bifunctional Ti-based adsorbent for ultra-clean oil显示文摘Ultra-deep desulfurization of transformer oil is of great demand among power industry.In this work,the effective and deep removal of various types of organosulfurs,including mercaptan,sulfide and disulfide via catalytic adsorptive desulfurization(CADS)using bifunctional Ti-based adsorbent is reported.Compared to adsorptive desulfurization(ADS),dramatically improvement of the organosulfur uptakes were achieved under CADS process.The equilibrium adsorption capacity at 5 μg∙g^(-1) S reached up to 15.7,33.4,11.6 and 11.9 mg∙g^(-1) for propyl mercaptan(n-PM),dimethyl sulfide(DMS),di-t-butyl disulfide(DTBDS)and dibenzyl disulfide(DBDS),which was 262,477,97 and 128 times to that of ADS process,respectively,and was the highest among the reported desulfurization adsorbents.Moreover,it achieved superior breakthrough capacity of 2050,530 and 210 ml F·(g A)^(-1) at the breakthrough S concentration of 1 μg∙g^(-1) of the commercial transformer oil S containing 10,50 and 150 μg∙g^(-1),respectively.The effectiveness of CADS is associated to the transformation of sulfur species to higher polar sulfonic species with the assistance of mild oxidant,which can be readily captured by silanol groups on SiO2 through Hbonding interaction.The excellent recyclability of the adsorbent can be realized through solvent washing or oxidative air treatment.This work provides an effective and economic approach for the elimination of trace amount of mercaptan,sulfide and disulfide from transformer oil. | Cuiting Yang Bowen Wu Zewei Liu Guang Miao Qibin Xia Zhong Li Michael J.Janik Guoqing Li Jing Xiao | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,2: | 0 |
