| 2 | CD205-TLR9-IL-12 axis contributes to CpG-induced oversensitive liver injury in HBsAg transgenic mice by promoting the interaction of NKT cells with Kupffer cells显示文摘Gut-derived bacterial products contribute to liver inflammation and injury during chronic hepatitis B virus infection;however,the underlying mechanisms remain obscure.In this study,hepatitis B surface antigen transgenic(HBs-Tg)mice and their wild-type(WT)control C57BL/6 mice were injected with CpG-oligodeoxynucleotides(ODNs)to mimic the translocation of gut microbial products into the systemic circulation.We found that,compared with the WT mice,the HBs-Tg mice were oversensitive to CpG-ODN-induced liver injury,which was dependent on natural killer T(NKT)cells.CpG-ODN injection enhanced the expression of Fas ligand(FasL)on NKT cells.In addition,hepatocytes from the HBs-Tg mice expressed higher levels of Fas than did those from the WT mice,which was further augmented by CpG-ODN.Interaction of Fas and FasL was involved in the cytotoxicity of NKT cells against hepatocytes in the HBs-Tg mice.Moreover,Kupffer cells in the HBs-Tg mice expressed higher levels of CD205 and produced greater amounts of interleukin(IL)-12 than did those in the WT mice.Finally,the depletion of Kupffer cells,neutralization of IL-12 or specific silencing of CD205 on Kupffer cells significantly inhibited CpG-ODN-induced liver injury and NKT activation in the HBs-Tg mice.Our data suggest that CD205-expressing Kupffer cells respond to CpG-ODNs and subsequently release IL-12 to promote NKT cell activation.Activated NKT cells induce liver damage through the Fas signaling pathway in HBs-Tg mice. | Xin Hou Xiaolei Hao Meijuan Zheng Congfei Xu Jun Wang Rongbin Zhou Zhigang Tian | 2017 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2017,14,8: | 7 |

| 4 | An overview of the switching parameter variation of RRAM显示文摘Resistive random access memory(RRAM) has been considered as one of the most promising candidates for next-generation nonvolatile memory, due to its advantages of simple device structure, excellent scalability, fast operation speed and low power consumption. Deeply understanding the physical mechanism and effectively controlling the statistical variation of switching parameters are the basis of fostering RRAM into commercial application. In this paper, based on the deep understanding on the mechanism of the formation and rupture of conductive filament, we summarize the methods of analyzing and modeling the statistics of switching parameters such as SET/RESET voltage, current, speed or time. Then, we analyze the distributions of switching parameters and the influencing factors. Additionally, we also sum up the analytical model of resistive switching statistics composed of the cell-based percolation model and SET/RESET switching dynamics. The results of the model can successfully explain the experimental distributions of switching parameters of the Ni O- and Hf O2-based RRAM devices. The model also provides theoretical guide on how to improve the uniformity and reliability such as disturb immunity. | 6 | The relationship between the oil shale density and the structural features of corresponding kerogens显示文摘Based on the difference in the density and content of kerogen and inorganic minerals, oil shale can be separatedinto different density fractions. The structural features of kerogens in Beipiao oil shale (a kind of typical lowgrade oil shale resources) with densities of 1.8–1.9, 1.9–2.0 and 2.0–2.1 g/cm3 were studied. Combined withour previous study on the structural features of Longkou and Huadian oil shales (two kinds of high-grade oil shaleresources) with different densities, the relationship between the oil shale density and the structural features ofcorresponding kerogens was revealed from aromatic, aliphatic structures and heteroatom species. The resultsshow that with increasing the density, the content of minerals increases, whereas that of kerogen decreases. Withincreasing the density, the aliphaticity, average methylene chain length and average number of attachments oneach aromatic ring increase. Whereas, the aromaticity and average size of aromatic cluster are inversely proportional to the oil shale density. For Longkou, Huadian and Beipiao oil shales with different densities, thechange rules of aromatic and aliphatic structures with the density are similar, indicating that these change rulesare independent of the grade and origin of oil shale.
