4An Edge-Cloud Collaborative Cross-Domain Identity-Based Authentication Protocol with Privacy Protection显示文摘Edge-cloud collaborative application scenario is more complex,it involves collaborative operations among different security domains,frequently accessing and exiting application system of mobile terminals.A cross-domain identity authentication protocol based on privacy protection is proposed.The main advantages of the protocol are as follows.1)Self-certified key generation algorithm:the public/private key pair of the mobile terminal is generated by the terminal members themselves.It avoids security risks caused by third-party key distribution and key escrow;2)Cross-domain identity authentication:the alliance keys are calculated among edge servers through blockchain technology.Cross-domain identity authentication is realized through the signature authentication of the alliance domain.The cross-domain authentication process is simple and efficient;3)Revocability of identity authentication:When the mobile terminal has logged off or exited the system,the legal identity of the terminal in the system will also become invalid immediately,so as to ensure the forward and backward security of accessing system resources.Under the hardness assumption of discrete logarithm problem and computational Diffie-Hellman problem,the security of the protocol is proven,and the efficiency of the protocol is verified.SUN Haipeng TAN Yu’an LI Congwu LEI Lei ZHANG Qikun HU Jingjing 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,4:1
5DETECTION OF Ca^(2+)-DEPENDENT NEURONAL ACTIVITY SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH DYNAMIC CHANGES IN CEREBRAL BLOOD VOLUME AND TISSUE OXYGENATION FROM THE LIVE RAT BRAIN显示文摘We present a catheter-based optical diffusion and fluorescence(ODF)probe to study the functional changes of the brain in vivo.This ODF probe enables the simultaneous detection ofthe multi-wavelength absorbance and fluorescence emission from the living rat brain.Our previous studies,including a transient stroke experiment of the rat brain as well as the brainresponse to cocaine,have established the feasibility of simultaneously determining changes incerebral blood volume(CBV),tissue oxygenation(StO2)and intracellular calcium([Ca^(2+)]i,using the fluorescence indicator Rhod2).Here,we present our preliminary results of somatosensory response to electrical forepaw stimulation obtained from the rat cortical brain by using theODF probe,which indicate that the probe could track brain activation by directly detecting[Ca^(2+)]i along with separately distinguishing CBV and StO2 in real time.The changes of CBV,StO2 and[Ca^(2+)]i are comparable with the blood-oxygen-level-dependent(BOLD)response tothe stimulation obtained using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).However,thehigh temporal resolution of the optical methodology is advanced,thus providing a new modalityfor brain functional studies to understand the hemodynamic changes that underlie the neuronalactivity.CONGWU DU ZHONGCHI LUO MEI YU HELENE BENVENISTE MELISSA TULLY RUBING PAN BRITTON CHANCE 2009Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2009,2,2:0
6Largeπ-extended donor-acceptor polymers for highly efficient in vivo near-infrared photoacoustic imaging and photothermal tumor therapy显示文摘Semiconducting polymers(SPs)with intensive near-infrared(NIR)absorption and high photothermal conversion efficiencies have been employed as a new generation of photothermal agents(PTAs)for“all-in-one”theranostic nanoplatforms with integrated photoacoustic imaging(PAI)and photothermal therapy(PTT)functions.However,the lack of facile molecular design principles impedes the development of highly efficient NIR PTAs.Herein,a facile molecular design strategy based on largeπ-extended donor-acceptor(L-π-D-A)structure is reported for achieving SPs(SP1-SP3)with highly efficient in vitro and in vivo PAI and PTT capabilities.Through adjusting the conjugation length and planarity of the donor units,both SP3 and corresponding nanoparticle(SPN)SPN3 exhibit stronger D-A strength,intensive NIR absorption,enhanced absorption coefficient,and higher photothermal conversion efficiency(up to 61.8%).The excellent photothermal conversion efficiencies make SPN1-SPN3 produce efficient inhibition of tumor growth with excellent biocompatibility and prominent PAI performance with a high contrast manner in living mice at a low systemic injection mass.Our research highlights that the new L-π-D-A molecular design is an effective strategy to obtain highly efficient polymeric NIR PTAs for high desirable cancer phototheranostic nanoplatforms.Jiangao Li Hanlin Ou Jing Li Xiaodi Yang Congwu Ge Dan Ding Xike Gao 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,12:0
7Benzothiophene and benzosulfone fused pyrazino[2,3-g]quinoxaline:Synthesis and semiconducting properties显示文摘A novel air-stable n-type benzothiaphene endcapped azaarene(BTPQ) and its sulfonated derivative(BSPQ) were prepared via two pathways and characterized by NMR, UV–vis, fluorescence and cyclic voltammetry spectroscopy. Symmetrically introducing four nitrogen atoms into acenes, the semiconductor properties could be changed from p-type to n-type detected through the space charge limited current(SCLC) method. 8Study on the assimilation of the sulphate reaction rates based on WRF-Chem/DART显示文摘Sulphate(SO_(4)^(2-))is a main component of PM_(2.5)in China.The chemical formation mechanisms of sulphate are complex,and many air quality models have been used to analyse these mechanisms.To improve the accuracy of Weather Research Forecast-Chemistry(WRF-Chem)on sulphate,an alternative method is proposed in this paper.Moreover,data assimilation is performed to adjust the chemical reaction rates of sulphate.Based on the original reactions,a new sulphate parameterisation scheme,which includes two hypothetical reactions and six undetermined parameters,was added.Based on the WRF-Chem/DART(Data Assistance Research Testbed)system,the near-ground concentrations of SO_(4)^(2-),SO_(2),NO_(2),O_(3)and particulate matter are assimilated to adjust the six parameters.After adjusting the parameters,the new scheme can effectively solve the underestimation of SO_(4)^(2-)and overestimation of SO_(2).The simulation of SO_(4)^(2-)improved as the mean bias changed from-13.1μg m^(-3)to 3.5μg m^(-3)while SO_(2)improved from 17.0μg m^(-3)to 6.3μg m^(-3).The temporal and spatial variation characteristics predicted by the new scheme are consistent with the theoretical research results,indicating that the complex mechanism of sulphate formation could be replaced by the temporal and spatial variation characteristics predicted by the new scheme and that the parameters can be adjusted by data assimilation.Furthermore,the reaction rates of the SO_(4)^(2-)parameterisation scheme of the WRF-Chem model are improved in this study,and a new method for improving the accuracy of the air quality model is provided.Congwu HUANG Chaoqun MA Tijian WANG Yawei QU Mengmeng LI Shu LI Bingliang ZHUANG Min XIE 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,10:0
9Selenium-containing core-expanded naphthalene diimides for high performance n-type organic semiconductors显示文摘The incorporation of heavy atoms into molecular backbone is an extremely straightforward strategy for fine-tuning the optoelectronic properties of organic semiconductors.However,it is rarely studied in n-type small molecules.Herein,by selenium substitution of NDI3 HU-DTYM2,two Se-decorated core-expanded naphthalene diimides(NDI)derivatives DTYM-NDI3 HUDSYM(1)and NDI3 HU-DSYM2(2)were synthesized.In comparison with the reference S-containing compound NDI3 HUDTYM2,the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)energy levels of 1 and 2 were fine-tuned with?HOMO of about 0.2 e V,?LUMO of 0.1 e V and the narrowed HOMO-LUMO gaps.More surprisingly,the as-spun organic thin film transistors(OTFTs)based on 1 and 2 both showedμe,satvalues as high as1.0 cm2 V-1 s-1,which are 2-fold higher than that of NDI3 HU-DTYM2 with the same device structure and measurement conditions.In addition,the single crystal OFET devices based on Se-containing compound NDI2 BO-DSYM2 showed a highμe,satvalue of 1.30 cm2 V-1 s-1.The molecular packing of NDI2 BO-DSYM2 in single crystals(two-dimensional supramolecular structure formed by intermolecular Se···Se interactions)is quite different from that of a S-containing compound NDI-DTYM2(one dimensional supramolecular structure formed by intermolecularπ-πstacking).Therefore,the Se substitution can cause dramatic change about molecular stacking model,giving rise to high n-type OTFT performance.Our results demonstrated an effective strategy of the heavy atom effect for designing novel organic semiconductors.Wenjie Han Zhongli Wang Yunbin Hu Xiaodi Yang Congwu Ge Xike Gao 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,9:0
10Azulenoisoindigo: A building block for π-functional materials with reversible redox behavior and proton responsiveness显示文摘Azulene, one of representative nonbenzenoid aromatic hydrocarbons, exhibits unique molecular structure and distinctive physical and chemical properties. Herein, azulenoisoindigo(Az II), an azulene-based isoindigo analogue, is designed and synthesized, which has a twisted molecular backbone and R/Sisomers in single crystals. Interestingly, Az II shows the characteristics of both isoindigo and azulene,such as reversible redox behavior and reversible proton responsiveness. UV-vis-NIR,^(1)H NMR and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR) measurements were carried out to get insights into the possible mechanism of the proton-responsive property of Az II. 13Role of interfacial electron transfer reactions on sulfamethoxazole degradation by reduced nontronite activating H_(2)O_(2)显示文摘It has been documented that organic contaminants can be degraded by hydroxyl radicals(•OH)produced by the activation of H2O2 by Fe(II)-bearing clay.However,the interfacial electron transfer reactions between structural Fe(Ⅱ)and H_(2)O_(2) for•OH generation and its effects on contaminant remediation are unclear.In this study,we first investigated the relation between•OH generation sites and sulfamethoxazole(SMX)degradation by activating H2O2 using nontronite with different reduction extents.SMX(5.2–16.9μmol/L)degradation first increased and then decreased with an increase in the reduction extent of nontronite from 22% to 62%,while the•OH production increased continually.Passivization treatment of edge sites and structural variation results revealed that interfacial electron transfer reactions between Fe(Ⅱ)and H2O2 occur at both the edge and basal plane.The enhancement on basal plane interfacial electron transfer reactions in a high reduction extent rNAu-2 leads to the enhancement on utilization efficiencies of structural Fe(Ⅱ)and H_(2)O_(2) for•OH generation.However,the•OH produced at the basal planes is less efficient in oxidizing SMX than that of at edge sites.Oxidation of SMX could be sustainable in the H_(2)O_(2)/rNAu-2 system through chemically reduction.The results of this study show the importance role of•OH generation sites on antibiotic degradation and provide guidance and potential strategies for antibiotic degradation by Fe(Ⅱ)-bearing clay minerals in H2O2-based treatments.Hao-Jie Cui Yaqi Ning CongWu Wei Peng Dong Cheng Lichu Yin Weijun Zhou Wenjuan Liao 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:0

Todetermine whether sulfur isotopes reach equilibrium between fluids and sulfur-bearing minerals precipitated from the former and among the sulfur-bearing minerals is the key to the application of sulfur isotopegeochemistry to geological problems. 15Study of transmission grating diffraction efficiencies for soft X-ray显示文摘Tansmission grating spectrometers are extensively used to measure absthlute X-ray spectra in a photon-energy range below 1000 eV. The transmission grating,as its dispersive element, must be calibrated to obtain its danaction efficiencies. Calibrations of absolute distraction efficiencies of the tlansmission grating at photon energyof 844eV have been carried out on Beliing Synchrotron mediation Facility.
