2Effects of temperature on the mechanical properties of Ti6Al4V powder compacts prepared by magnetic pulse compaction显示文摘The effects of temperature (0-500°C) on the compressive strength,hardness,average relative density,and microstructure of Ti6Al4V powder green compacts prepared by magnetic pulse compaction were investigated.The results show that with increasing heating temperature,the compressive strength first increases and then decreases with the maximum value of 976.74 MPa at 400°C.The average relative density and hardness constantly increase,and their values reach 96.11% and HRA 69.8 at 500°C,respectively.The increase of partial welding is found among the junctions of particles inside the compacts;there is no obvious grain growth inside the compacts within the temperature range.LI Mini YU Haiping LI Chunfeng 2010Rare Metals2010,29,3:3
3Numerical Simulation of Magnetic Pressure in Tube-electromagnetic Bulging with Die显示文摘Calculation of magnetic pressure is the basis of application of electromagnetic forming (EMF). This paper carries out a numerical simulation of magnetic pressure under the influence of die by means of finite element method. The analysis model of electromagnetic bulging with die is created by using ANSYS, and the distribution of magnetic pressure acting on the tube and the die is obtained. The differences between EMF and other technologies and the effect of die on tube formability are analyzed. The die has important influence upon the calculation accuracy. The simulating conclusions with different discharge energy and current frequency are verified through the technologic tests. 8Mechanoluminescent hybrids from a natural resource for energy-related applications显示文摘Mechanoluminescent(ML)materials that directly convert mechanical energy into photon emission have emerged as promising candidates for various applications.Despite the recent advances in the development of both novel and conventional ML materials,the limited access to ML materials that simultaneously have the attributes of high brightness,low cost,self-recovery,and stability,and the lack of appropriate designs for constructing ML devices represent significant challenges that remain to be addressed to boost the practical application of ML materials.Herein,ML hybrids derived from a natural source,waste eggshell,with the aforementioned attributes are demonstrated.The introduction of the eggshell not only enables the preparation of the hybrid in a simple and cost-effective manner but also contributes to the homochromatism(red,green,or blue emission),high brightness,and robustness of the resultant ML hybrids.The significant properties of the ML hybrids,together with the proposed structural design,such as porosity or core–shell structure,could expedite a series of mechanic-optical applications,including the self-luminous shoes for the conversion of human motions into light and light generators that efficiently harvest water wave energy.The fascinating properties,versatile designs,and the efficient protocol of“turning waste into treasure”of the ML hybrids represent significant advances in ML materials,promising a leap to the practical applications of this flouring material family.Chunfeng Wang Ronghua Ma Dengfeng Peng Xianhu Liu Jing Li Boru Jin Aixian Shan Yu Fu Lin Dong Wenchao Gao Zhong Lin Wang Caofeng Pan 2021InfoMat2021,3,11:1

10Accumulation, transportation, and distribution of tetracycline and cadmium in rice显示文摘Co-exposure to heavy metal and antibiotic pollution might result in complexation and synergistic interactions,affecting rice growth and further exacerbating pollutant enrichment.Therefore,our study sought to clarify the influence of different Tetracycline (TC) and Cadmium(Cd) concentration ratios (both alone and combined) on rice growth,pollutant accumulation,and transportation during the tillering stage in hydroponic system.Surprisingly,our findings indicated that the interaction between TC and Cd could alleviate the toxic effects of TC/Cd on aerial rice structures and decrease pollutant burdens during root elongation.In contrast,TC and Cd synergistically promoted the accumulation of TC/Cd in rice roots.However,their interaction increased the accumulation of TC in roots while decreasing the accumulation of Cd when the toxicant doses increased.The strong affinity of rice to Cd promoted its upward transport from the roots,whereas the toxic effects of TC reduced TC transport.Therefore,the combined toxicity of the two pollutants inhibited their upward transport.Additionally,a low concentration of TC promoted the accumulation of Cd in rice mainly in the root tip.Furthermore,a certain dose of TC promoted the upward migration of Cd from the root tip.Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry demonstrated that Cd mainly accumulated in the epidermis and stele of the root,whereas Fe mainly accumulated in the epidermis,which inhibited the absorption and accumulation of Cd by the rice roots through the generation of a Fe plaque.Our findings thus provide insights into the effects of TC and Cd co-exposure on rice growth.Chunfeng He Jini Zhou Chen Yang Zhiyi Song Junheng He Ziqing Huang Yurong Deng Jinling Wang Yu Xiong Zhi Dang 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,4:1
11African swine fever virus MGF505-3R inhibits cGAS-STING-mediated IFN-βpathway activation by degrading TBK1显示文摘African swine fever virus(ASFV)is an important pathogen causing acute infectious disease in domestic pigs and wild boars that seriously endangers the global swine industry.As ASFV is structurally complex and encodes a large number of functional proteins,no effective vaccine has been developed to date.Thus,dissecting the mechanisms of immune escape induced by ASFV proteins is crucial.A previous study showed that the ASFV-encoded protein is an important factor in host immunity.In this study,we identified a negative regulator,MGF505-3R,that significantly downregulated cGAS/STING-and poly(dG:dC)-mediated IFN-βand interferon stimulation response element(ISRE)reporter activity and suppressed IFNB1 and IFIT2 mRNA levels.In addition,TBK1,IRF3 and IκBαphosphorylation levels were also inhibited.Mechanistically,MGF505-3R interacted with cGAS/TBK1/IRF3 and targeted TBK1 for degradation,thereby disrupting the cGAS-STING-mediated IFN-βsignaling pathway,which appears to be highly correlated with autophagy.Knockdown MGF505-3R expression enhanced IFN-βand IL-1βproduction.Taken together,our study revealed a negative regulatory mechanism involving the MGF505-3R-cGAS-STING axis and provided insights into an evasion strategy employed by ASFV that involves autophagy and innate signaling pathways.Mingyang Cheng Jiawei Luo Yuetong Duan Yu Yang Chunwei Shi Yu Sun Yiyuan Lu Junhong Wang Xiaoxu Li Jianzhong Wang Nan Wang Wentao Yang Yanlong Jiang Guilian Yang Yan Zeng Chunfeng Wang Xin Cao 2022Animal Diseases2022,2,3:1

14Small extracellular vesicles derived from hypoxic preconditioned dental pulp stem cells ameliorate inflammatory osteolysis by modulating macrophage polarization and osteoclastogenesis显示文摘Extensive macrophage inflammatory responses and osteoclast formation are predominant during inflammatory or infective osteolysis.Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-derived small extracellular vesicles(MSC-sEV)have been shown to exert therapeutic effects on bone defects.However,cultured MSCs are typically exposed to normoxia(21%O2)in vitro,which differs largely from the oxygen concentration in vivo under hypoxic conditions.It is largely unknown whether sEV derived from dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)cultured under hypoxic conditions(Hypo-sEV)exert better therapeutic effects on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammatory osteolysis than those cultured under normoxic conditions(Nor-sEV)by simultaneously inhibiting the macrophage inflammatory response and osteoclastogenesis.In this study,we show that hypoxia significantly induces the release of sEV from DPSCs.Moreover,Hypo-sEV exhibit significantly improved efficacy in promoting M2 macrophage polarization and suppressing osteoclast formation to alleviate LPS-induced inflammatory calvarial bone loss compared with Nor-sEV.Mechanistically,hypoxia preconditioning markedly alters the miRNA profiles of DPSC-sEV.MiR-210-3p is enriched in Hypo-sEV,and can simultaneously induce M2 macrophage generation and inhibit osteoclastogenesis by targeting NF-κB1 p105,which attenuates osteolysis.Our study suggests a promising potential for hypoxia-induced DPSC-sEV to treat inflammatory or infective osteolysis and identifies a novel role of miR-210-3p in concurrently hindering osteoclastogenesis and macrophage inflammatory response by inhibiting NF-kB1 expression.Jun Tian Weiyang Chen Yuhua Xiong Qianer Li Siyi Kong Mengjie Li Chunfeng Pang Yu Qiu Zhezhen Xu Qimei Gong Xi Wei 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,4:1

17Effect of Different Rare-Earth on Microstructure and Properties of α-Sialon Ceramics显示文摘Densified Yb-,Y-,Dy-,Sm- and Nd-α-Sialon ceramics were prepared by two-step hot sintering.The variation of microstructure and properties with different rare-earth was investigated.The ceramics doped with smaller cations (Yb^(3+),y^(3+) and Dy^(3+)) are fully composed ofα-Sialon,while in the larger cations (Sm^(3+) and Nd^(3+)) doped ceramics also exist a few intergranular phase M′(Re_2Si_(3-x)Al_xO_(3+x)N_(4-x)) in triple-point pockets.With increasing the radius of the rare-earth cations,the elongatedα-Sialon grains form instead of the equiaxed grains in Yb-α-Sialon,and the aspect ratio of grains increases.All the ceramics possess high hardness and the value of 21 GPa is achieved for Yb- and Y-α-Sialon.With increasing the ionic size of rare-earth the hardness decreases slightly but the toughness tends to increase.Nd-α-Sialon possesses the highest toughness with the value of 5.4 MPa.m^(1/2).Chunfeng LIU Feng YE Yu ZHOU Yongliang WANG Jiancun RAO 2008Journal of Materials Science & Technology2008,24,6:1

20Hot forging Nb_(4)AlC_(3)ceramics with enhanced properties显示文摘Textured Nb_(4)AlC_(3)ceramics were rapidly and efficiently prepared by hot forging through spark plasma sintering(SPS).The longitudinal compression ratio of textured Nb_(4)AlC_(3)ceramics was−78.3%,and the lateral expansion ratio was 32.1%.The grains grew preferentially along the direction perpendicular to the c-axis,forming the texture microstructure.The Lotgering orientation factor f(00l)was calculated to be 0.63.The thermal conductivity of textured Nb_(4)AlC_(3)ceramics along the c-axis direction(11.23 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1))(25℃)was lower than that of untextured ceramics(13.75 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1))(25℃).The electrical conductivity perpendicular to the c-axis direction reached 4.37×10^(6) S·m^(−1)at room temperature.The ordered layered grains increased the resistance of crack propagation,resulting in a higher fracture toughness parallel to the c-axis direction(9.41 MPa·m^(1/2)),which was higher than that of untextured ceramics(6.88 MPa·m1/2).The Vickers hardness tested at 10 N on the texture top surface(7.18 GPa)was higher than that on the texture side surface(6.45 GPa).Ye Yu Shuai Fu Detian Wan Yiwang Bao Longsheng Chu Qingguo Feng Chunfeng Hu 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,11:0
