1Effects of organic acids on the leaching process of ion-adsorption type rare earth ore显示文摘To examine the activation of organic acids on the leaching process of ion-adsorption type rare earth ore(IRE-ore), the leaching behavior of rare earth(RE) and zeta potential of IRE-ore were investigated in the absence and presence of carboxylic acids. The results show that all the tested organic acids(acetic acid,malonic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, and malic acid) can promote RE extraction. At relatively high concentrations of organic acids, the activation efficiency of organic acids on RE extraction is generally consistent with their complexation ability; whereas at their low concentrations, the change of zeta potential on the IRE-ore surface with organic acid concentration and p H has a close association with RE extraction, which indicates that organic acids can impact the surface electrical property of IREore via their adsorption/desorption, and thereby increase/decrease the affinity of RE ions to IRE-ore.Therefore the influence of organic acids on the IRE-ore surface electrical property also plays an important role in RE extraction in addition to their complexation with RE ions.Li Wang Chunfa Liao Youming Yang Haibo Xu Yanfei Xiao Chunhua Yan 2017Journal of Rare Earths2017,35,12:23
2MiR-181b suppresses proliferation of and reduces chemoresistance to temozolomide in U87 glioma stem cells显示文摘MicroRNAs regulate self renewal and differentiation of cancer stem cells.There,we sought to identify the expression of miR-181b in glioma stem cells and investigate the biological effect of miR-181b on glioma stem cells in this study.MiR-181b expression was measured by real-time PCR in glioma stem cells isolated from U87 cells by FACS sorting.After miR-181b was overexpressed in U87 glioma stem cells by miR-181b lentiviral expression vector and/or treatment of temozolomide,secondary neurosphere assay,soft agar colony assay and MTT assay were performed.Compared with U87 cells,the expression of miR-181b was significantly decreased in U87 glioma stem cells.Overexpression of miR-181b decreased neurosphere formation by U87 glioma stem cells in vitro and suppressed colony formation in soft agar,and the cell growth inhibition rates increased in a time-dependent manner in U87 glioma stem cells infected with miR-181b lentivirus.Furthermore,miR-181b had a synergistic effect on temozolomide-induced inhibition of secondary neurosphere and soft agar colony,and on cell growth inhibition rates.MiR-181b functions as a tumor suppressor that suppresses proliferation and reduces chemoresistance to temozolomide in glioma stem cells.Ping Li Xiaoming Lu Yingyi Wang Lihua Sun Chunfa Qian Wei Yan Ning Liu Yongping You Zhen Fu 2010The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,6:14
3Zircon U-Pb and geochemical analyses for leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas in the Danfeng Group,north Qinling Mountains,China显示文摘Field observation showed that there are many irregular leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas in the Danfeng Group in the Xiaowangjian area, north Qinling orogenic belt. Photomicrographs indicated that the protoliths of those altered leucocratic intrusive rocks are dioritic rocks. Geochemical analyses showed that pillow lavas have a range of SiO2 from 47.35% to 51.20%, low abundance of TiO2 from 0.97% to 1.72%, and percentages of MgO (MgO#=41―49). Chondrite-normalized REE patterns of pillow lavas are even, indicative of a weak differentiation between LREE and HREE (La/YbN=1.52―0.99). N-MORB-normalized trace element abundances showed that pillow lavas are enriched in incompatible elements (e.g., K, Rb, and Ba). Leucocratic intrusive rocks in pillow lavas have a wide range of SiO2 from 53.85%―67.20%, low abundances of TiO2 from 0.51%―1.10%, and MgO (MgO#=40―51), and higher percentages of Al2O3 (13.32%―16.62%) and concentration of Sr (342-539 μg/g), ratios of Na2O/K2O (2―7) and Sr/Y (17―28). Chondrite-normalized REE patterns of leucocratic intrusive rocks showed highly differentiation between LREE and HREE (La/YbN=12.26―19.41). N-MORB-normalized trace element abundances showed that leucocratic intrusive rocks are enriched in incompatible elements (e.g., K, Rb, and Ba), and significantly depleted in HFSE (e.g., Nb, Ta, Zr and Ti), indicative of a relationship to subduction. Isotopically, leucocratic intrusive rocks have a similar εNd(t) (+7.45―+13.14) to that of MORB (+8.8―+9.7), which indicates that those leucocratic intrusive rocks sourced from depleted mantle most likely. 6NMR used to study the side-reactions between peroxides and antioxidants during the reactive extrusion process of the impact polypropylene显示文摘Side reaction pathways are observed to occur between antioxidants and peroxide during the processing of multiple resin grades mediated by controlled peroxide-induced degradation of impact polypropylene.In the present work,the reaction mechanism and main by-products between antioxidants and peroxides were investigated.The results demonstrate that peroxides greatly accelerate the decomposition reactions,and the free radicals formed from peroxide decomposition react with,for example,the antioxidant AO1010 to produce dehydrogenation of phenyl propionic unit(s)at the a position(cinnamic acid ester moiety),which generates a conjugated system leading to the increased color of the product.It is the first time to confirm the cinnamic acid moiety's existence and report its NMR data.Further,this work confirms the dehydrogenation mechanism by comparison with different sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants.It also systematically summarizes the oxidation and degradation mechanism of AO168 and AO1010 under air and peroxide environments,respectively.Based on present study,clear guidelines are obtained to improve the quality of polymeric products,especially the appearance and stability,during product development.Chunfa Li Ting Huang Yubin Bao Zhe Chen Guangxin Lin 2022Magnetic Resonance Letters2022,2,2:1

9Excitation-wavelength-dependent fluorescent organohydrogel for dynamic information anti-counterfeiting显示文摘Anti-counterfeiting labels with various fluorescent colors are of great importance in information encryption-decryption,but are still limited to static information display.Therefore,it is urgent to develop new materials and encryption-decryption logic for improving the security level of secret information.In this study,an organohydrogel made up of poly(N,N-dimethylacrylamide)(pDMA)hydrogel network and polyoctadecyl methacrylate(pSMA)organogel network that copolymerized with two fluorophores,6-acrylamidopicolinic acid moieties(6APA,fluorescent ligand)and spiropyran units(SPMA,photochromic monomer),was prepared by a two-step interpenetrating method.As UV light of 365nm and 254nm can both cleave C_(spiro)-O bonds of SPMA,and the green fluorescence of 6APA-Tb^(3+) can only be excited by 254nm light,the organohydrogel displays yellow and red under the irradiation of 254nm and 365 nm,respectively.In addition to wavelength selectivity,these two fluorophores are thermal-responsive,leading to the fluorescence variation of the organohydrogel during heating process.As a result,secret information loaded on the organohydrogel can be decrypted by the irradiation of UV light,and the authenticity of the information can be further identified by thermal stimulation.Our fluorescent organohydrogel can act as an effective anti-counterfeiting label to improve the information security and protect the information from being cracked.Dong Guo Xiaoxia Le Hui Shang Fuqing Shan Danyang Li Chunfa Ouyang Tao Chen 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11:0
10Effective Microstructure Unit in Control of Impact Toughness in CGHAZ for High Strength Bridge Steel显示文摘The high strength bridge steel was processed with the simulated coarse grain heat affected zone(CGHAZ) thermal cycle with heat input varying from 30 to 60 kJ/cm, the microstructures were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM), electron backscattering diffraction(EBSD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM), and the impact properties were evaluated from the welding thermal cycle treated samples. The results indicate that the microstructure is primarily composed of lath bainite. With decreasing heat input, both bainite packet and block are significantly refined, and the toughness has an increasing tendency due to the grain refinement. The fracture surfaces all present cleavage or fracture for the samples with different heat inputs. 12Assembly and analysis of the Populus deltoides mitochondrial genome:the first report of a multicircular mitochondrial conformation for the genus Populus显示文摘Genomics research of Populus deltoides,an important timber species that is widely planted worldwide,is an important part of poplar breeding.Currently,the nuclear and chloroplast genome of P.deltoides have been sequenced,but its mitochondrial genome(mitogenome)has not been reported.To further explore the evolution and phylogeny of P.deltoides,the mitogenome of P.deltoides I-69 was assembled using reads from Nanopore and Illumina sequencing platforms and found to consist of 802,637 bp and three circular chromosomes(336,205,280,841,and 185,591 bp)containing 58 genes(34 protein-coding genes,21 tRNA genes,and 3 rRNA genes).RNA analysis in combination with several species showed signifi cantly fewer RNA editingsites in the mitogenomes of poplar and other angiosperms than in gymnosperms.Sequence transfer analysis showed extensive mitogenome rearrangements in Populus species,and with evolution from lower to higher plants,tRNA transfer from chloroplasts to mitochondria became increasingly frequent.In a phylogenetic analysis,the evolutionary status of P.deltoides was determined,and the section Populus was supported.Our results based on the fi rst report of a multicircular conformation of the Populus mitogenome provide a basis for further study of the evolution and genetics of P.deltoides and other Populus species and for breeding programs.Yanshu Qu Pengyan Zhou Chunfa Tong Changwei Bi Li’an Xu 2023Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,3:0

14Ecological Hatching Method for Misgurnus anguillicaudatus Fingerlings显示文摘[Objective]To improve the artificial propagation technique of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus,and to provide technical support for the industrialization development of M.anguillicaudatus in future.[Methods] The hatching rates,survival rates,deformity rates and parent morality rates of M.anguillicaudatus were compared by ecological hatching method and traditional hatching method.[Results]The hatching rate by ecological hatching method was 32.60% higher than that by traditional hatching method,showing extremely significant differences.The survival rate of M.anguillicaudatus fingerlings by ecological hatching method was2.32% higher than that by traditional hatching method.And the deformity rates of M.anguillicaudatus fingerlings by traditional hatching method and ecological hatching method were 26.50% and 24.14%,respectively,indicating no significant differences.The morality rates of female parents of M.anguillicaudatus were89.72% and 5.91% by traditional hatching method and ecological hatching method,respectively.[Conclusions]Ecological hatching method effectively improved the hatching rate and fingerling survival rate of M.anguillicaudatus,and reduced the morality rate of female parents,which was helpful to save the production cost,met the requirements for large-scale production of M.anguillicaudatus,and had good application prospect.Liang Shaomin Li Chunfa Zhang Xiaolei 2015Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2015,7,1:0
