1金枪鱼胰脏酶解液对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠肾脏功能的调控机制显示文摘目的:为了研究糖尿病肾病小鼠的发病机制,寻找预防糖尿病的海洋生物活性物质。方法:通过金枪鱼胰脏酶解液分组喂养db/db小鼠,测定其血清中TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C含量,之后采用双向电泳研究db/db糖尿病小鼠的肾脏蛋白。通过差异蛋白筛选、GO功能聚类、代谢通路分析及IPA蛋白相互作用解析,确定金枪鱼胰脏酶解液对db/db小鼠肾脏的调节作用。结论:金枪鱼胰脏酶解液可以降低糖尿病小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL水平,显著提高HDL-C水平。同时胰脏酶解液通过提高磷酸果糖激酶、NADH脱氢酶和ATP合成酶的表达,有效促进糖尿病小鼠的糖代谢和能量代谢,从而达到改善糖尿病临床症状,保护肾脏的作用。韩姣姣 李妍妍 崔晨茜 董丽莎 张红燕 司开学 王朝阳 李晔 Choeng Lingzhi 周君 苏秀榕 2018中国食品学报2018,18,9:4
2DIRECT NUMERICAL SIMULATIONS OF THE DYNAMICS OF PARTICLES WITH ARBITRARY SHAPES IN SHEAR FLOWS显示文摘A fluid-structure interaction method based on the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method and a dynamic mesh method was developed to simulate the dynamics of a rigid particle in shear flows.In the method,the governing equations for the fluid flow and particle motion were sequentially solved in a two-way coupling fashion.The mesh system was deformed or re-meshed by the dynamic mesh method.The method was employed to simulate the dynamics of a single particle suspended in a flow channel and the dynamics of the particle were studied.The simulation results show that the angular velocity is not only a function of the inclination angle,is but also influenced by the aspect ratio yielding a hysteresis,while the angular velocity obtained from the Keller-Scalak model is a function only of the inclination angle and does not show a hysteresis.The present simulations clearly demonstrate that the Fluid-Structure Interaction(FSI) module is very stable,accurate and robust.CHOI Choeng Ryul KIM Chang Nyung 2010Journal of Hydrodynamics2010,22,4:4
