| 2 | A Novel Approach to Automatic Security Protocol Analysis Based on Authentication Event Logic显示文摘Since security protocols form the cornerstones of modern secure networked systems, it is important to develop informative, accurate, and deployable approach for finding errors and proving that protocols meet their security requirements. We propose a novel approach to check security properties of cryptographic protocols using authentication event logic. Compared with logic of algorithm knowledge, authentication event logic guarantees that any well-typed protocol is robustly safe under attack while reasoning only about the actions of honest principals in the protocol. It puts no bound on the size of the principal and requires no state space enumeration and it is decidable. The types for protocol data provide some intuitive explanation of how the protocol works. | 6 | Heavy metal contamination of urban topsoil in a petrochemical industrial city in Xinjiang, China显示文摘Heavy metal pollution is a widespread phenomenon in many countries of the world.In this study,we conducted a field investigation to assess the status of heavy metal pollution in urban soils of Dushanzi,a district of Karamay city in Xinjiang,China.A total of 56 soil samples in the topsoil layer of 0–15 cm were collected within the urban area and seven elements(Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,Cr,As and Ni) were analyzed.The mean concentrations of these metals were all higher than their corresponding background values of soils in Xinjiang.We used the pollution index and ecological risk index to assess the degree of heavy metal pollution and the potential ecological risk of urban soils.The pollution index values of Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,Cr,As and Ni were 1.81,1.35,4.64,1.27,1.80,1.39 and 1.22,respectively;and the potential ecological risk index values for them were 12.03,1.79,185.05,8.39,4.78,18.44 and 1.79,respectively.These results indicated that urban soils in Dushanzi were polluted by heavy metals to some extent and demonstrated a high ecological risk,as influenced by industrial activities.Cd was the key element for the metal pollution of urban soils in the study area.Correlation analyses,principal component analysis coupled with the spatial distribution maps of element concentrations further revealed that heavy metal pollution of urban soils can be mainly attributed to petrochemical industry,coal chemical industry,traffic and commercial activities. | WANG Wei LAI Yingshuai MA Yuanyuan LIU Zilong WANG Shufen HONG Chenglin | 2016 | Journal of Arid Land2016,8,6: | 7 |
| 7 | Use of catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) for pretreatment of high-salinity high-organic wastewater显示文摘Catalytic wet air oxidation(CWAO)coupled desalination technology provides a possibility for the effective and economic degradation of high salinity and high organic wastewater.Chloride widely occurs in natural and wastewaters,and its high content jeopardizes the efficacy of Advanced oxidation process(AOPs).Thus,a novel chlorine ion resistant catalyst Bsite Ru doped LaFe_(1-x)Ru_(x)O_(3-)δin CWAO treatment of chlorine ion wastewater was examined.Especially,LaFe_(0.85)Ru_(0.15)O_(3-δ)was 45.5% better than that of the 6%RuO_(2)@TiO_(2)(commercial carrier)on total organic carbon(TOC)removal.Also,doped catalysts LaFe_(1-x)Ru_(x)O_(3-)δshowed better activity than supported catalysts RuO_(2)@LaFeO_(3) and RuO_(2)@TiO_(2) with the same Ru content.Moreover,LaFe_(0.85)Ru_(0.15)O_(3-)δhas novel chlorine ion resistance no matter the concentration of Cl^(−) and no Ru dissolves after the reaction.X-ray diffraction(XRD)refinement,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),transmission electron microscope(TEM),and X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS)measurements verified the structure of LaFe_(0.85)Ru_(0.15)O_(3-)δ.Kinetic data and density functional theory(DFT)proved that Fe is the site of acetic acid oxidation and adsorption of chloride ions.The existence of Fe in LaFe_(0.85)Ru_(0.15)O_(3-)δcould adsorb chlorine ion(catalytic activity inhibitor),which can protect the Ru site and other active oxygen species to exert catalytic activity.This work is essential for the development of chloride-resistant catalyst in CWAO. | Wenjing Sun Hongxia Lv Lei Ma Xiangdong Tan Chengyu Jin Huiling Wu Lili Chen Mengyang Liu Huangzhao Wei Chenglin Sun | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,10: | 4 |
