1Prevalence and Phylogenetic Analysis of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus in Ticks from Different Ecosystems in Xinjiang,China显示文摘The Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus(CCHFV),a member of the genus Orthonairovirus and family Nairoviridae,is transmitted by ticks and causes severe hemorrhagic disease in humans.To study the epidemiology of CCHFV in different ecosystems in Xinjiang,China,a total of 58,932 ticks were collected from Tarim Basin,Junggar Basin,Tianshan Mountain,and Altai Mountain from 2014 to 2017.Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum was the dominant tick species in Tarim and Junggar basins,whereas Dermacentor nuttalli and Hyalomma detritum were found in Tianshan Mountain and Altai Mountain,respectively.Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction of the CCHFV small(S)genome segment was used for the molecular detection.The CCHFV-positive percentage was 5.26%,6.85%,1.94%,and 5.56% in Tarim Basin,Junggar Basin,Tianshan Mountain,and Altai Mountain,respectively.Sequences of the S segment were used for phylogenetic analysis and the results showed that the newly identified CCHFV strains belonged to two clades.Our study confirms that H.asiaticum asiaticum is the major vector of CCHFV in desert habitats which is consistent with previous studies,and also suggests that H.detritum and D.nuttalli are emerging vectors for CCHFV in Xinjiang.Moreover,this study reports the presence of CCHFV in the mountain habitat of Xinjiang for the first time,suggesting that future surveillance of CCHFV should also include mountainous areas.Abulimiti Moming Xihong Yue Shu Shen Chenchen Chang Cheng Wang Tao Luo Yanfang Zhang Rong Guo Zhihong Hu Yujiang Zhang Fei Deng Surong Sun 2018Virologica Sinica2018,33,1:5
2Cu3(PO4)2: Novel Anion Convertor for Aqueous Dual‑Ion Battery显示文摘Electrode materials which can reversibly react with anions are of interest for aqueous dual-ion batteries.Herein,we propose a novel anion electrode,Cu3(PO4)2,for constructing an aqueous dual-ion cell.The Cu3(PO4)2 electrode can operate in a quasi-neutral condition and deliver a reversible capacity of 115.6 mAh g^−1 with a well-defined plateau at−0.17 V versus Ag/AgCl.Its reaction mechanism shows that Cu3(PO4)2 decomposes into Cu2O and subsequently is converted into Cu during the initial discharge process.In the following charge process,Cu is oxidized into Cu2O.It suggests Cu3(PO4)2 reacts with OH−ions instead of PO43−ions after the initial discharge process and its potential thereby depends upon the OH−ions concentration in electrolyte.Additionally,an aqueous dual-ion cell is built by using pretreated Cu3(PO4)2 and Na0.44MnO2 as anode and cathode,respectively.During cycling,OH−ions and Na^+ions in electrolyte can be stored and released.Such a cell can provide a discharge capacity of 52.6 mAh g^−1 with plateaus at 0.70 and 0.45 V,exhibiting the potential of application.This work presents an available aqueous dual-ion cell and provides new insights into renewable energy storage and adjustment of the OH−ions concentration in aqueous buffer solution.Haoxiang Yu Chenchen Deng Huihui Yan Maoting Xia Xikun Zhang Zhen‑Bo Wang Jie Shu 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,3:3
3Down regulated expression of S_(2)-RNase attenuates self-incompatibility in “Guiyou No.1”pummelo显示文摘Self-incompatibility(SI)substantially restricts the yield and quality of citrus.Therefore,breeding and analyzing selfcompatible germplasm is of great theoretical and practical signi ficance for citrus.Here,we focus on the mechanism of a self-compatibility mutation in‘Guiyou No.1'pummelo(Citrus maxima),which is a spontaneous mutant of‘Shatian’pummelo(Citrus maxima,self-incompatibility).The rate of fruit set and the growth of pollen tubes in the pistil con firmed that a spontaneous mutation in the pistil is responsible for the self-compatibility of‘Guiyou No.1'.Segregation ratios of the S genotype in progeny,expression analysis,and western blotting validated that the reduced levels of S_(2)-RNase mRNA contribute to the loss of SI in‘Guiyou No.1'.Furthermore,we report a phased assembly of the‘Guiyou No.1'pummelo genome and obtained two complete and well-annotated S haplotypes.Coupled with an analysis of SV variations,methylation levels,and gene expression,we identi fied a candidate gene(CgHB40),that may in fluence the regulation of the S/^RNase promoter.Our data provide evidence that a mutation that affects the pistilled to the loss of SI in‘Guiyou No.1'by in fluencing a poorly understood mechanism that affects transcriptional regulation.This work signi ficantly advances our understanding of the genetic basis of the SI system in citrus and provides information on the regulation of S-RNase genes.ianbing Hu Qiang Xu Chenchen Liu Binghao Liu Chongling Deng Chuanwu Chen Zhuangmin Wei Muhammad Husnain Ahmad Kang Peng Hao Wen Xiangling Chen Peng Chen Robert MLarkin Junli Ye Xiuxin Deng Lijun Chai 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2

5Reliability-aware mapping for various No C topologies and routing algorithms under performance constraints显示文摘The flexibility of manycore systems to extensive applications is achieved by reconfiguring the interconnections between processing elements(PEs) and the function of PEs. The efficiency of the system is crucially determined by the mapping technique of applications. In this paper, a highly flexible reliability-aware application mapping approach is proposed for manycore network-on-chip(No C) systems. A reliability cost model(RCM) is first presented to measure the reliability cost for a mapping pattern. This model uses the binary number 0/1 to model the reliability cost of each communication path. The overall reliability cost of a mapping pattern is evaluated by taking the cost of each path as a discrete random variable. Based on RCM,a mapping method called reliability cost ratio based branch and bound(RCRBB) is used. With this method,the best mapping among all the possible patterns is found efficiently by discarding those nonoptimal candidate mappings at early stages. The proposed application mapping approach with reliability awareness is applicable to various No C topologies and routing algorithms, while other state-of-the-art approaches on the same topic are only limited to a specific topology and routing algorithm. Even for the same No C architecture, the proposed approach shows significant superiority in many aspects. Experiments show that RCRBB achieves up to 9.07%reliability enhancement on average. 7A fast face detection architecture for auto-focus in smart-phones and digital cameras显示文摘Auto-focus is very important for capturing sharp human face centered images in digital and smart phone cameras. With the development of image sensor technology, these cameras support more and more highresolution images to be processed. Currently it is difficult to support fast auto-focus at low power consumption on high-resolution images. This work proposes an efficient architecture for an Ada Boost-based face-priority auto-focus. The architecture supports block-based integral image computation to improve the processing speed on high-resolution images; meanwhile, it is reconfigurable so that it enables the sub-window adaptive cascade classification, which greatly improves the processing speed and reduces power consumption. Experimental results show that 96% detection rate in average and 58 fps(frame per second) detection speed are achieved for the1080p(1920×1080) images. 9Dynamic evaluation of land productivity in China显示文摘For making rational and scientific land-use planning,an inventory indicator of land productivity subject to biophysical limitations and human disturbance is required.This study introduces agricultural land productivity(ALP)as the dynamic indicator to measure land productivity,involving factors that affect agricultural production,such as characteristics of climate,soil,and terrain.As a case study of this dynamic indicator,ALP was estimated at county level and aggregated into provincial level in the whole of China.The result shows that ALP increased during 2000-2010 in China,and the ratios of ALP to the actual grain yield were 65.40%and 66.38%in the years 2000 and 2005,respectively.The ALP is an effective dynamic indicator to estimate the land productivity and to represent the basic conditions about the supply of water,energy,nutrients,and the physical basis for plant growth,as well as the local input.ALP estimation could provide supporting information for policy-making about land production planning and land-use management.Rui Yu Xiangzheng Deng Zhe Yan Chenchen Shi 2013Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2013,11,3:0

12Efficacy and safety of awake prone positioning in the treatment of non-intubated spontaneously breathing patients with COVID-19-related acute respiratory failure:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background Since the beginning of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,prone positioning has been widely applied for non-intubated,spontaneously breathing patients.However,the efficacy and safety of prone positioning in non-intubated patients with COVID-19-related acute hypoxemic respiratory failure remain unclear.We aimed to systematically analyze the outcomes associated with awake prone positioning(APP).Methods We conducted a systematic literature search of PubMed/MEDLINE,Cochrane Library,Embase,and Web of Science from January 1,2020,to June 3,2022.This study included adult patients with acute respiratory failure caused by COVID-19.The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines were followed,and the study quality was assessed using the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool.The primary outcome was the reported cumulative intubation risk across randomized controlled trials(RCTs),and the effect estimates were calculated as risk ratios(RRs;95%confidence interval[CI]).Results A total of 495 studies were identified,of which 10 fulfilled the selection criteria,and 2294 patients were included.In comparison to supine positioning,APP significantly reduced the need for intubation in the overall population(RR=0.84,95%CI:0.74–0.95).The two groups showed no significant differences in the incidence of adverse events(RR=1.16,95%CI:0.48–2.76).The meta-analysis revealed no difference in mortality between the groups(RR=0.93,95%CI:0.77–1.11).Conclusions APP was safe and reduced the need for intubation in patients with respiratory failure associated with COVID-19.However,it did not significantly reduce mortality in comparison to usual care without prone positioning.Jingjing Wang Daonan Chen Puyu Deng Chenchen Zhang Xue Zhan Hui Lv Hui Xie Dechang Chen Ruilan Wang 2023Journal of Intensive Medicine2023,3,4:0
13Texture Evolution in Heavily Cold-Rolled FeCo-2V Alloy during Annealing显示文摘The recrystallization texture evolution in heavily cold-rolled (93%) FeCo-2V alloy with annealing temperature and time was investigated by X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction. It was found that the orientation density of α-fiber texture component fluctuates with increasing annealing temperature and time. The transmission electron microscopy images show that abundant precipitates appear inside the recrystallized grains and around the grain boundaries. The amount and size of the precipitates also vary with annealing temperature and time. The enhancement of the α-fiber coincides well with the increase of number density of fine precipitates, indicating that the fine precipitates facilitate the development of α-fiber. 14PNb_(9)O_(25) nanofiber as a high-voltage anode material for advanced lithium ions batteries显示文摘If the operating voltage of anode materials is below 1.0 V versus Lit/Li,the side reaction between electrolyte and anode materials will occur extensively.Thus,high-voltage anode materials have aroused interest recently.In this work,we report the preparation of PNb9O25 nanofiber via a facile electrospinning method.The PNb9O25 nanofiber shows the high rate performance and excellent cycling performance when it is used as anode in lithium ions batteries.For instance,the PNb9O25 nanofiber can deliver a capacity of 233,212.1,193.8,and 181.4 mA h g^(-1) at 0.2,1,3,and 6C,respectively.After 1000 cycles,it can reach at 134.3 mA h g^(-1) with capacity retention of 70.9%.Meanwhile,the ex situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy technique has been adopted to investigate the evolution in valence state of each element for PNb9O25 nanofiber.In addition,the PNb9O25 nanofiber is chosen as the anode material in lithium ion full cell in this work,demonstrating the potential for practical application.Haoxiang Yu Jundong Zhang Maoting Xia Chenchen Deng Xikun Zhang Runtian Zheng Shi Chen Jie Shu Zhen-Bo Wang 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,4:0

16Pulsar candidate selection using ensemble networks for FAST drift-scan survey显示文摘The Commensal Radio Astronomy Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) Survey(CRAFTS) utilizes the novel drift-scan commensal survey mode of FAST and can generate billions of pulsar candidate signals. The human experts are not likely to thoroughly examine these signals, and various machine sorting methods are used to aid the classification of the FAST candidates. In this study, we propose a new ensemble classification system for pulsar candidates. This system denotes the further development of the pulsar image-based classification system(PICS), which was used in the Arecibo Telescope pulsar survey, and has been retrained and customized for the FAST drift-scan survey. In this study, we designed a residual network model comprising 15 layers to replace the convolutional neural networks(CNNs) in PICS. The results of this study demonstrate that the new model can sort >96% of real pulsars to belong the top 1% of all candidates and classify >1.6 million candidates per day using a dual-GPU and 24-core computer. This increased speed and efficiency can help to facilitate real-time or quasi-real-time processing of the pulsar-search data stream obtained from CRAFTS. 17Activation of p38/HSP27 pathway counters melatonin-induced inhibitory effect on proliferation of human gastric cancer cells显示文摘Overexpression of heat shock protein 27(HSP27)in gastric cancer is correlated with poor clinical prognosis.Melatonin,an endogenous hormone,shows promise in gastric cancer therapy.However,there is limited study on the biological activity of HSP27 in response to melatonin treatment.In this study,we show an anti-proliferative action of melatonin on human gastric cancer cell lines BGC-823 and MGC-803.Biochemically,the inhibitory effect of melatonin is accompanied by the upregulation of HSP27 phosphorylation level.Transfection of gastric cancer cells with HSP27-specific siRNA effectively reduces HSP27 phosphorylation and potentiated melatonininduced inhibitory effect on cell proliferation.The reduction of cyclin D1 in melatonin-treated cells is also aggravated by HSP27 depletion.Moreover,melatonin stimulation increases p38 phosphorylation.Pretreatment with p38 inhibitor SB203580 not only remarkably suppresses melatonin-induced HSP27 phosphorylation,but also augment the inhibitory effect of melatonin on cyclin D1 expression as well as cell proliferation.Taken together,our study indicates the protective pathway of p38/HSP27 against melatonin-induced inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cell proliferation,suggesting that combined with p38/HSP27 pathway inhibitor,the therapeutic efficacy of melatonin on gastric cancer may be improved.Chenchen Zhu Haonan Jiang Wenjie Deng Shuo Zhao Kaiquan Li Yuting Wang Qinjun Wei Jun Du 2019The Journal of Biomedical Research2019,33,5:0
18Enabling nickel ferrocyanide nanoparticles for highperformance ammonium ion storage显示文摘Prussian blue and its analogs are extensively investigated as a cathode for ammonium-ion batteries.However,they often suffer from poor electronic conductivity.Here,we report a Ni_(2)Fe(CN)_(6)/multiwalled carbon nanotube composite electrode material,which is prepared using a simple coprecipitation approach.The obtained material consists of nanoparticles with sizes 30-50 nm and the multiwalled carbon nanotube embedded in it.The existence of multiwalled carbon nanotube ensures that the Ni_(2)Fe(CN)_(6)/multiwalled carbon nanotube composite shows excellent electrochemical performance,achieving a discharge capacity of 55.1 mAh·g^(-1)at 1 C and 43.2 mAh·g^(-1)even at 15 C.An increase in the ammoniumion diffusion coefficient and ionic/electron conductivity based on kinetic investigations accounts for their high performance.Furthermore,detailed ex situ characterizations demonstrate that Ni_(2)Fe(CN)_(6)/multiwalled carbon nanotube composite offers three advantages:negligible lattice expansion during cycling,stable structure,and the reversible redox couple.Therefore,the Ni_(2)Fe(CN)_(6)/multiwalled carbon nanotube composite presents a long cycling life and high rate capacity.Finally,our study reports a desirable material for ammonium-ion batteries and provides a practical approach for improving the electrochemical performance of Prussian blue and its analogs.Haoxiang Yu Leiyu Fan Chenchen Deng Huihui Yan Lei Yan Jie Shu Zhen-Bo Wang 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,2:0
