1华南早三叠世错时相沉积及其对复苏期生态系的启示显示文摘二叠纪末的大灭绝不仅重创了古生代海洋生态系,也使得海洋沉积体系发生剧变,导致灭绝之后早三叠世生物复苏期异常的生态系状况和海洋环境.丰富的特殊沉积物及相关沉积构造的广泛出现是早三叠世沉积的显著特征,如扁平砾石砾岩、蠕虫状灰岩、潮下皱纹构造、微生物岩、海底碳酸盐胶结岩扇、薄层灰岩和条带灰岩等.这些特征性的沉积物在奥陶纪之前的海洋环境中曾广泛分布,但在奥陶纪后生动物大发展之后,它们一般仅见于某些极端和异常的环境中.当它们在早三叠世正常浅海环境再次广泛出现时,被认为在时间上或环境上发生了错位,故被称为错时相(anachronistic facies).研究这些特殊沉积构造,对于探索古生代-中生代地质突变期异常的生态系状况和特殊的海洋环境具有重要作用.错时相在中国南方各地的早三叠世地层中广泛存在,分布于下三叠统众多层位中,而且囊括了全球已报道的大多数错时相沉积物,为研究华南早三叠世的海洋环境状况及其与生物复苏的关系提供了契机.'蠕虫状灰岩'是华南下三叠统中最典型、最发育的错时相沉积物,但对其研究相对较少.以湖北三峡地区的蠕虫状灰岩为例,对其类型划分、时空分布进行了重点论述.华南下三叠统中蠕虫状灰岩及其他错时相沉积构造的研究表明:错时相紧接生物大灭绝后出现,并随中生代海洋生态系的重建而退出正常浅海环境,这种耦合关系正是沉积体系和生态系对古生代-中生代地质突变及其导致的'特异'环境的自然响应.因此,错时相的盛衰变化可以作为独立于化石记录分析之外的生态变化指针.赵小明 童金南 姚华舟 张克信 Zhongqiang Chen 2008中国科学(D辑)2008,38,12:25

3Detection of Salmonella and several common Salmonella serotypes in food by loop-mediated isothermal amplification method显示文摘Salmonella Choleraesuis,S.Enteritidis and S.Typhimurium are the main pathogens that contaminate animal products and cause human Salmonella food poisoning.To establish the loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)method for the rapid detection of Salmonella and 3 common Salmonella serotypes,inner and outer primer sets targeting Salmonella invE gene and 3 serotype-specific genes fliC,lygD and STM4495 were designed.The LAMP reaction conditions were optimized.The specificity of LAMP primers was identified by testing 10 different bacterial strains including S.Choleraesuis,S.Enteritidis and S.Typhimurium.Take S.Choleraesuis as example,the detection limit of LAMP assay was 1.33×10^1 CFU/mL for bacteria culture and 2.0×10^1 CFU/mL for simulated pork sample.The results show that LAMP is a rapid,sensitive and specific method for Salmonella detection and can be used for the rapid detection of Salmonella in food.Zhongqiang Chen Ke Zhang Huan Yin Qi Li Lan Wang Zhiguo Liu 2015Food Science and Human Wellness2015,4,2:8

5Composition of algal pigments in surface freshen layer after ice melt in the central Arctic显示文摘Seasonal meltwater input creates a thin freshen layer in surface seawater under ice,which largely shifts the algae assemblages.Our recent observation of photosynthetic pigments in the high Arctic showed that ice bottom and 5m of seawater under ice contained relatively high concentration of fucoxanthin,while chlorophyll b and lutein were the major diagnostic pigments in ice-water interface and 0 m of seawater under ice.Additionally,a notable change of dominant phytoplankton occurred in the top 5 m of seawater under ice,from chlorophytes-dominated at surface to diatoms-dominated at 5 m depth,which might attribute to the sharp salinity gradient(salinity from12.5 to 28.1) in the surface seawater under ice.Our results imply that phytoplankton community in surface layer under ice would become more chlorophytes in the future warming Arctic Ocean.ZHUANG Yanpei JIN Haiyan GU Fan ZHANG Yang BAI Youcheng JI Zhongqiang LU Yong CHEN lianfang 2017Acta Oceanologica Sinica2017,36,8:6
6Variations in organic carbon loading of surface sediments from the shelf to the slope of the Chukchi Sea,Arctic Ocean显示文摘The content of organic carbon(OC) normalized to the specific surface area(SSA) of sediment is widely used to trace variations in OC loading(OC/SSA).This study presents observations of OC/SSA of surface sediments collected in the Chukchi Sea,a typical Arctic marginal sea.Shelf sediments exhibit much higher OC/SSA values than slope sediments in the study area.Compared with OC/SSA values reported from the East Siberian Shelf and Mackenzie River,the slope sediments possess lower OC loading.This abrupt decrease in OC/SSA is mostly related to the lower primary production on slope as well as possible oxidization processes.The results of linear regression analysis between OC and SSA indicate a sedimentary source rock for the OC in the Chukchi Sea sediments.Moreover,shelf sediments with low SSA possess a larger rock OC fraction than slope sediments do.The dataset of the present study enables a more thorough understanding of regional OC cycling in the Chukchi Sea.LI Zhongqiao WANG Xinyi JIN Haiyan JI Zhongqiang BAI Youcheng CHEN Jianfang 2017Acta Oceanologica Sinica2017,36,8:6
7Sources and distribution of sedimentary organic matter along the northern Bering and Chukchi Seas显示文摘In this study, lignin-derived phenols were used to determine the sources and distribution of sedimentary organic matter along the northern Bering Sea and Chukchi Sea of the Arctic Ocean. The lignin parameter syringyl/vanillyl(S/V) and cinnamyl/vanillyl(C/V) ratios are used to indicate vegetation sources; and the ratios of vanillic acid/vanillin,(Ad/Al)v and syringic acid/syringaldehyde,(Ad/Al)s are used as indicators of lignin diagenesis. Results showed the predominance of woody gymnosperm signal at the easternmost location in the northern Bering Sea, a mixture of refractory non-woody angiosperm and fresher gymnosperm tissues in the Chukchi Sea, and signal of fresher woody gymnosperm tissues in the northernmost locations in the Chukchi Sea. The lignin materials showed gradual increase in decomposition stage during transport along the northern Bering Sea. Hydrodynamic sorting process, which is the retention of coarser materials nearshore and transportation of finer particles farther offshore, most probably occurred along the east coast of the northern Bering Sea. In Chukchi Sea, the non-woody angiosperm tissues could have originated from the Canadian Arctic and gymnosperm tissues could be from the Russian Arctic side. 9Polydopamine/poly(sulfobetaine methacrylate)Co-deposition coatings triggered by CuSO_(4)/H_(2)O_(2)on implants for improved surface hemocompatibility and antibacterial activity显示文摘Implanted biomaterials such as medical catheters are prone to be adhered by proteins,platelets and bacteria due to their surface hydrophobicity characteristics,and then induce related infections and thrombosis.Hence,the development of a versatile strategy to endow surfaces with antibacterial and antifouling functions is particularly significant for blood-contacting materials.In this work,CuSO_(4)/H_(2)O_(2)was used to trigger polydopamine(PDA)and poly-(sulfobetaine methacrylate)(PSBMA)co-deposition process to endow polyurethane(PU)antibacterial and antifouling surface(PU/PDA(Cu)/PSBMA).The zwitterions contained in the PU/PDA(Cu)/PSBMA coating can significantly improve surface wettability to reduce protein adsorption,thereby improving its blood compatibility.In addition,the copper ions released from the metal-phenolic networks(MPNs)imparted them more than 90%antibacterial activity against E.coli and S.aureus.Notably,PU/PDA(Cu)/PSBMA also exhibits excellent performance in vivo mouse catheter-related infections models.Thus,the PU/PDA(Cu)/PSBMA has great application potential for developing multifunctional surface coatings for blood-contacting materials so as to improve antibacterial and anticoagulant properties.Zhongqiang Zhu Qiang Gao Ziyue Long Qiuyi Huo Yifan Ge Ntakirutimana Vianney Nishimwe Anodine Daliko Yongchun Meng Jia Qu Hao Chen Bailiang Wang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,8:3
10Response of phytoplankton community to different water types in the western Arctic Ocean surface water based on pigment analysis in summer 2008显示文摘Nutrients and photosynthesis pigments were investigated in the western Arctic Ocean during the 3rd Chinese Arctic Research Expedition Cruise in summer 2008.The study area was divided into five provinces using the Kmeans clustering method based on the physical and chemical characteristics of the sea water,and to discuss the distribution of the phytoplankton community structure in these provinces.CHEMTAX software was performed using HPLC pigments to estimate the contributions of eight algal classes to the total chlorophyll a(TChl a).The results showed that on the Chukchi Shelf,the Pacific Ocean inflow mainly controlled the Chl a biomass and phytoplankton communities by nutrient concentrations.The high nutrient Anadyr Water and Bering Shelf Water(An W and BSW) controlled region have high Chl a levels and the diatom dominated community structure.In contrast,in the region occupied by low-nutrient like Alaska Coastal Water(ACW),the Chl a biomass was low,with pico-and nano-phytoplankton as dominated species,such as prasinophytes,chrysophytes and cryptophytes.However,over the off-shelf,the ice cover condition which would affect the physical and nutrient concentrations of the water masses,in consequence had a greater impact on the phytoplankton community structure.Diatom dominated in ice cover region and its contribution to Chl a biomass was up to 75%.In the region close to the Mendeleev Abyssal Plain(MAP),controlled by sea-ice melt water with relatively high salinity(MW-HS),higher nutrient and Chl a concentrations were found and the phytoplankton was dominated by pico-and nano-algae,while the diatom abundance reduced to 33%.In the southern Canada Basin,an ice-free basin(IfB) with the lowest nutrient concentrations and most freshened surface water,low Chl a biomass was a consequence of low nutrients.The ice retreating and a prolonged period of open ocean may not be beneficial to the carbon export efficiency due to reducing the Chl a biomass or intriguing smaller size algae growth.JIN Haiyan ZHUANG Yanpei LI Hongliang CHEN lianfang GAO Shengquan JI Zhongqiang ZHANG Yang 2017Acta Oceanologica Sinica2017,36,8:2

12Hydrogen Bonding-Assisted Synthesis of Silica/Oxidized Mesocarbon Microbeads Encapsulated in Amorphous Carbon as Stable Anode for Optimized/Enhanced Lithium Storage显示文摘The practical application of silica-based composites as an alternative to commercial graphite anode materials is hampered by their large volumetric expansion,poor conductivity,and low Coulombic efficiency.In this work,a novel silica/oxidized mesocarbon microbead/amorphous carbon(SiO2/O’MCMB/C)hierarchical structure in which SiO2 is sandwiched between spherical graphite and amorphous carbon shell was succes sfully fabricated through hydrogen bonding-assisted self-assembly and post-carbon coating method.The obtained three-layer hierarchical structure effectively accommodates the volumetric expansion of SiO2 and significantly enhances the electronic conductivity of composite materials.Moreover,the outer layer of amorphous carbon effectively increases the diffusion rate of lithium ions and promotes the formation of stable SEI film.As a result,the SiO2/O’MCMB/C composite exhibits superior electrochemical performance with a reversible capacity of 459.5 mA h/g in the first cycle,and the corresponding Coulombic efficiency is 62.8%.After 300 cycles,the capacity climbs to around 600 mA h/g.This synthetic route provides an efficient method for preparing SiO2 supported on graphite with excellent electrochemical performance,which is likely to promote its commercial applications.Zongjie Cao Huitian Liu Wenlong Huang Peng Chen Yuansheng Liu Yu Yu Zhongqiang Shan Shuxian Meng 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,1:2
