1Sequencing of Cultivated Peanut, Arachis hypogaea, Yields Insights into Genome Evolution and Oil Improvement显示文摘Cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea) is an allotetraploid crop planted in Asia, Africa, and America for edible oil and protein. To explore the origins and consequences of tetraploidy, we sequenced the allotetraploid A. hypogaea genome and compared it with the related diploid Arachis duranensis and Arachis ipaensis genomes. We annotated 39 888 A-subgenome genes and 41 526 B-subgenome genes in allotetraploid peanut. The A. hypogaea subgenomes have evolved asymmetrically, with the B subgenome resembling the ancestral state and the A subgenome undergoing more gene disruption, loss, conversion, and transposable element proliferation, and having reduced gene expression during seed development despite lacking genome-wide expression dominance. Genomic and transcriptomic analyses identified more than 2 500 oil metabolism-related genes and revealed that most of them show altered expression early in seed development while their expression ceases during desiccation, presenting a comprehensive map of peanut lipid biosynthesis. 2Pollen-inferred vegetation and environmental changes since 16.7 ka BP at Balikun Lake, Xinjiang显示文摘A high-resolution fossil pollen record from the sedimentary cores of Balikun Lake, northwestern China, combined with modern surface pollen data, is used to reconstruct the history of vegetation and climatic change since 16.7 cal. ka BP. Fossil pollen assem-blages and lithology indicate that the study area was dominated by desert. The desert had extremely arid climate and lower effec-tive moisture during 16.7–7.9 cal. ka BP, especially from 16.7 to 8.9 cal. ka BP when the lake maybe dried up. During 8.9–7.9 cal. ka BP, the environment gradually recovered in this area. It was then followed by the optimum period from 7.9 to 4.3 cal. Ka BP, when the effective moisture obviously increased. It was characterized by the typical desert-steppe/steppe vegetation and was ac-companied with several patch-birch woodlands around the lake. After that, a short but extremely arid climatic event occurred during 4.3–3.8 cal. ka BP, and the vegetation quickly changed from desert-steppe/steppe to desert. It was a relatively optimum period from 3.8 to 0.53 cal. ka BP showing typical desert-steppe/meadow-steppe landscape. Since 0.53 cal. ka BP, the climate has shown signs of deteriorating again. Furthermore, regional comparison shows that the characteristics of climatic and environmental evolution in this area were clearly different from East Asia monsoonal area during the last 16.7 cal. ka BP. 4Research status and progress of tunnel frost damage显示文摘The problems of frost damage in cold region tunnels have been systematically analyzed and studied by local and foreign scholars. A series of important achievements has been proposed. In this paper, the research results on mechanism of frost damage, analysis of temperature field, classification of frost damage levels, and frost prevention technologies are summarized. The principles and limitations of the three major theories of frost damage mechanism are elaborated, and the importance of structural damage research on shotcrete in cold region tunnels is emphasized. Two major defects of current research on temperature field are concluded. The present situation of research on frost damage classification of cold region tunnels is discussed. The directions of further studies for tunnel temperature field and frost damage classification are proposed. The prevention technologies for tunnel frost damage in foreign countries, and the advantages and disadvantages of the four major prevention technologies in China and their applicable conditions, are concluded and analyzed. Meanwhile, the importance of frost damage classification is highlighted. Therefore, the local and foreign research results for cold region tunnels are systematically concluded, the defects of the researches are comprehensively analyzed, and the directions of further study are proposed. 6A hybrid quantum-based PIO algorithm for global numerical optimization显示文摘A novel hybrid quantum-based pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO) algorithm for global numerical optimization is proposed to perceive deceptiveness and preserve diversity. In the proposed algorithm,the current best solution is regarded as a linear superposition of two probabilistic states, namely positive and deceptive. Through a quantum rotation gate, the positive probability is either enhanced or reset to balance exploration and exploitation. Simulation results reveal that the hybrid quantum-based PIO algorithm demonstrates an outstanding performance in global optimization owing to preserving diversity in the early evolution. As a result, the stability of the algorithm is enhanced so that the precision of optimization is improved statistically. 7Aircraft Engine Gas Path Fault Diagnosis Based on Hybrid PSO-TWSVM显示文摘Twin support vector machine(TWSVM)is a new development of support vector machine(SVM)algorithm.It has the smaller computation scale and the stronger ability to cope with unbalanced problems.In this paper,TWSVM is introduced into aircraft engine gas path fault diagnosis.The generalization capacity of Gauss kernel function usually used in TWSVM is relatively weak.So a mixed kernel function is used to improve performance to ensure that the TWSVM algorithm can better balance a strong generalization ability and a good learning ability.Experimental results prove that the cross validation training accuracy of TWSVM using the mixed kernel function averagely increases 2%.Grid search is usually applied in parameter optimization of TWSVM,but it heavily depends on experience.Therefore,the hybrid particle swarm algorithm is introduced.It can intelligently and rapidly find the global optimum.Experiments prove that its training accuracy is better than that of the classical particle swarm algorithm by 5%.Du Yanbin Xiao Lingfei Chen Yusheng Ding Runze 2018Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,2:6

11miR-20b suppresses mitochondrial dysfunction-mediated apoptosis to alleviate hyperoxia-induced acute lung injury by directly targeting MFN1 and MFN2显示文摘Supplemental oxygen is commonly used to treat severe respiratory failure, while prolonged exposure to hyperoxia can induce acute lung injury characterized by the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and pulmonary inflammation. Dysregulation of microRNAs contributes to multiple diseases, including hyperoxia-induced acute lung injury (HALI). In this study, we explored the roles of miR-20b in mediating the response of type II alveolar epithelial cells (ACE IIs) to hyperoxia and the potential underlying mechanisms. We found that miR-20b was significantly decreased in the lung tissues of HALI models and H2O2-treated ACE IIs. Hyperoxia induced the release of TNF-α, decreased the mitochondrial membrane potential, and led to excessive ROS production and cell apoptosis. Overexpression of miR-20b suppressed the hyperoxia-induced biological effects in ACE IIs. miR-20b negatively regulated the expression levels of Mitofusin 1 (MFN1) and MFN2, the two key proteins of mitochondrial fusion, via complementarily binding to the 3ʹ-untranslated regions of mRNAs. Furthermore, both in vivo and in vitro, upregulation of MFN1 and MFN2 aggravated lung damage and cell apoptosis that were alleviated by miR-20b overexpression. 13Microstructure,tensile properties and thermal stability of AlMgSiScZr alloy printed by laser powder bed fusion显示文摘The new generation of Sc and Zr modified Al alloys has been attracted wide concerns in aerospace industry,owing to the excellent mechanical performances and superior thermal stability than other normal Al alloys.By microalloying with Sc and Zr,the Al3(Sc,Zr)particle forms as the grain refiner during the solidification,which is extremely beneficial for the laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)processed Al alloys.In this study,a new type Al-14.1 Mg-0.47 Si-0.31 Sc-0.17 Zr alloy was additively manufactured by LPBF,and the microstructure,tensile properties and thermal stability were studied in detail.By using a single melt-67°scanning strategy,the LPBF-processed specimen with a relative density of 99.4%and tensile strength of 487.7 MPa was obtained at 160 W-200 mm/s.And this AlMgSiScZr alloy can still exhibit an excellent tensile strength of 393.9 MPa at a moderate temperature of 473 K.After the aging treatment,the tensile properties further increased due to the precipitate hardening of Mg2Si and Al3(Sc,Zr),and the maximum value(580 MPa)was reached at an aging time of 10 h.The average crystal size was almost unchanged after aging treated at 325℃and 24 h,indicating this AlMgSiScZr alloy has an improved thermal stability.The AlMgSiScZr alloy is recommended to substitute some particular titanium alloys in aerospace field afterwards.Jiang Bi Zhenglong Lei Yanbin Chen Xi Chen Ze Tian Nannan Lu Xikun Qin Jingwei Liang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,10:4
14Performance limitations in trajectory tracking control for air-breathing hypersonic vehicles显示文摘An integrated approach that considers the performance limitations of tracking control systems for air-breathing hypersonic vehicles is proposed. First, a set of ascent trajectories is obtained as candidates for tracking control through a trajectory design method that considers the available acceleration. Second, the basic theory of performance limitations, which is adopted to calculate the limits on control performance through the trajectory, is integrated. The openloop dynamics of air-breathing hypersonic vehicles is responsible for these limits on the control system. Comprehensive specifications on stability, tracking accuracy, and robustness are derived, and the flight envelope with constraints and control specifications is identified. 15Effect of externally applied Jidesheng anti-venom on skin and soft-tissue necrosis after Chinese cobra bite: a retrospective study显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of Jidesheng anti-venom used externally for skin and soft-tissue necrosis from Chinese cobra bite.METHODS: A retrospective review was performed according to the clinical data recorded from January 2002 to December 2012. A total of 126 patients(116 females and 10 males) with skin and soft-tissue necrosis due to Chinese cobra bite were divided into two groups. The control group was treated externally with 40% glyceride magnesium sulfate(n=52), and the treatment group was given Jidesheng anti-venom externally(n=74). The data collected included maximum local necrotic area of skin and soft tissues, de-tumescence time, healing time,and skin-grafting rate.RESULTS: There were no significant differences in gender, age, and disease condition between the control and treatment groups(P>0.05). No statistically significant difference was found in de-tumescence time between the two groups(P>0.05). The maximum local necrotic area of skin and soft tissues was(19.9 ± 7.3) cm2in the treatment group,while it was(23.3±6.4) cm2in the control group.The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group [(32.1 ± 3.7) vs(34.4±4.5) days)] The skin-grafting rate in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(10.81% vs 25.00%). 16Stable Lithium-Carbon Composite Enabled by Dual-Salt Additives显示文摘Lithium metal is regarded as the ultimate negative electrode material for secondary batteries due to its high energy density.However,it suffers from poor cycling stability because of its high reactivity with liquid electrolytes.Therefore,continuous efforts have been put into improving the cycling Coulombic efficiency(CE)to extend the lifespan of the lithium metal negative electrode.Herein,we report that using dual-salt additives of LiPF_(6) and LiNO_(3) in an ether solvent-based electrolyte can significantly improve the cycling stability and rate capability of a Li-carbon(Li-CNT)composite.As a result,an average cycling CE as high as 99.30% was obtained for the Li-CNT at a current density of 2.5 mA cm^(-2) and an negative electrode to positive electrode capacity(N/P)ratio of 2.The cycling stability and rate capability enhancement of the Li-CNT negative electrode could be attributed to the formation of a better solid electrolyte interphase layer that contains both inorganic components and organic polyether.The former component mainly originates from the decomposition of the LiNO_(3) additive,while the latter comes from the LiPF_(6)-induced ring-opening polymerization of the ether solvent.This novel surface chemistry significantly improves the CE of Li negative electrode,revealing its importance for the practical application of lithium metal batteries.Lei Zheng Feng Guo Tuo Kang Yingzhu Fan Wei Gu Yayun Mao Ya Liu Rong Huang Zhiyun Li Yanbin Shen Wei Lu Liwei Chen 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,7:3
17Crustal velocity structure of central Gansu Province from regional seismic waveform inversion using firework algorithm显示文摘The firework algorithm(FWA) is a novel swarm intelligence-based method recently proposed for the optimization of multi-parameter, nonlinear functions. Numerical waveform inversion experiments using a synthetic model show that the FWA performs well in both solution quality and efficiency. We apply the FWA in this study to crustal velocity structure inversion using regional seismic waveform data of central Gansu on the northeastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau. Seismograms recorded from the moment magnitude(MW) 5.4 Minxian earthquake enable obtaining an average crustal velocity model for this region. We initially carried out a series of FWA robustness tests in regional waveform inversion at the same earthquake and station positions across the study region,inverting two velocity structure models, with and without a low-velocity crustal layer; the accuracy of our average inversion results and their standard deviations reveal the advantages of the FWA for the inversion of regional seismic waveforms. We applied the FWA across our study area using three component waveform data recorded by nine broadband permanent seismic stations with epicentral distances ranging between 146 and 437 km. These inversion results show that the average thickness of the crust in this region is 46.75 km, while thicknesses of the sedimentary layer, and the upper, middle, and lower crust are 3.15,15.69, 13.08, and 14.83 km, respectively. 19A polyimide cathode with superior stability and rate capability for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Organic-based electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are promising due to their high theoretical capacity,structure versatility and environmental benignity.However,the poor intrinsic electric conductivity of most polymers results in slow reaction kinetics and hinders their application as electrode materials for LIBs.A binder-free self-supporting organic electrode with excellent redox kinetics is herein demonstrated via in situ polymerization of a uniform thin polyimide (PI) layer on a porous and highly conductive carbonized nanofiber (CNF) framework.The PI active material in the porous PI@CNF film has large physical contact area with both the CNF and the electrolyte thus obtains superior electronic and ionic conduction.As a result,the PI@CNF cathode exhibits a discharge capacity of 170 mAh·g^-1 at 1 C (175 mA·g^-1),remarkable rate-performance (70.5% of 0.5 C capacity can be obtained at a 100 C discharge rate),and superior cycling stability with 81.3% capacity retention after 1,000 cycles at 1 C.Last but not least,a four-electron transfer redox process of the PI polymer was realized for the first time thanks to the excellent redox kinetics of the PI@CNF electrode,showing a discharge capacity exceeding 300 mAh·g^-1 at a current of 175 mA·g^-1.Jianghui Zhao Tuo Kang Yanli Chu Peng Chen Feng Jin Yanbin Shen Liwei Chen 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3
