Economic optimization for configuration and sizing of micro integrated energy systems显示文摘Based on analysis of construction and operation of micro integrated energy systems(MIES), this paper presents economic optimization for their configuration and sizing. After presenting typical models for MIES, a residential community MIES is developed by analyzing residential direct energy consumption within a general design procedure. Integrating with available current technologies and local resources, the systematic design considers a prime mover, fed by natural gas, with wind power, photovoltaic generation, and two storage devices serving thermal energy and power to satisfy cooling, heating and electricity demands. Control strategies for MIES also arepresented in this study. Multi-objective formulas are obtained by analyzing annual cost and dumped renewable energy to achieve optimal coordination of energy supply and demand. According to historical load data and the probability distribution of distributed generation output, clustering methods based on K-means and discretization methods are employed to obtain typical scenarios representative of uncertainties. The modified non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is applied to find the Pareto frontier of the constructed multi-objective formulas. In addition, aiming to explore the Pareto frontier, the dumped energy cost ratio is defined to check the energy balance in different MIES designs and provide decision support for the investors. Finally, simulations and comparision show the appropriateness of the developed model and the applicability of the adopted optimization algorithm. | Haibo YU Chao ZHANG Zuqiang DENG Haifeng BIAN Chenjun SUN Chen JIA | 2018 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2018,6,2: | 10
Biological removal of antiandrogenic activity in gray wastewater and coking wastewater by membrane reactor process显示文摘A recombinant human androgen receptor yeast assay was applied to investigate the occurrence of antiandrogens as well as the mechanism for their removal during gray wastewater and coking wastewater treatment. The membrane reactor(MBR) system for gray wastewater treatment could remove 88.0% of antiandrogenic activity exerted by weakly polar extracts and 97.3% of that by moderately strong polar extracts, but only 32.5%of that contributed by strong polar extracts. Biodegradation by microorganisms in the MBR contributed to 95.9% of the total removal. After the treatment, the concentration of antiandrogenic activity in the effluent was still 1.05 μg flutamide equivalence(FEQ)/L, 36.2%of which was due to strong polar extracts. In the anaerobic reactor, anoxic reactor, and membrane reactor system for coking wastewater treatment, the antiandrogenic activity of raw coking wastewater was 78.6 mg FEQ/L, and the effluent of the treatment system had only 0.34 mg FEQ/L. The antiandrogenic activity mainly existed in the medium strong polar and strong polar extracts. Biodegradation by microorganisms contributed to at least 89.2%of the total antiandrogenic activity removal in the system. Biodegradation was the main removal mechanism of antiandrogenic activity in both the wastewater treatment systems. | Dehua Ma Lujun Chen Cong Liu Chenjun Bao Rui Liu | 2015 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2015,27,7: | 5

Pharmacological Activation of RXR-a Promotes Hematoma Absorption via a PPAR-y-dependent Pathway After Intracerebral Hemorrhage显示文摘Endogenously eliminating the hematoma is a favorable strategy in addressing intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).This study sought to determine the role of retinoid X receptor-ot(RXR-a)in the context of hematoma absorption after ICH.Our results showed that pharmacologically activating RXR-a with bexarotene significantly accelerated hematoma clearance and alleviated neurological dysfunction after ICH.RXR-ot was expressed in microglia/macro-phages,neurons,and astrocytes.Mechanistically, bexarotene promoted the nuclear translocation of RXR-a and PPAR-y,as well as reducing neuroinflammation by modulating microglia/macrophage reprograming from the Ml into the M2 phenotype.Furthermore, all the beneficial effects of RXR-a in ICH were reversed by the PPAR-y inhibitor GW9662.In conclusion, the pharmacological activation of RXR-a confers robust neuroprotection against ICH by accelerating hematoma clearance and repolarizing microglia/macrophages towards the M2 phenotype through PPAR-y-related mechanisms. Our data support the notion that RXR-ot might be a promising therapeutic target for ICH. | Chaoran Xu Huaijun Chen Shengjun Zhou Chenjun Sun Xiaolong Xia Yucong Peng Jianfeng Zhuang Xiongjie Fu Hanhai Zeng Hang Zhou Yang Cao Qian Yu Yin Li Libin Hu Guoyang Zhou Feng Yan Gao Chen Jianru Li | 2021 | Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,10: | 4
Terahertz Spectroscopy for Accurate Identification of Panax quinquefolium Basing on Nonconjugated 24(R)-Pseudoginsenoside F_(11)显示文摘Panax quinquefolium is a perennial herbaceous plant that contains many beneficial ginsenosides with diverse pharmacological effects.24(R)-pseudoginsenoside F_(11)is specific to P.quinquefolium,a useful biomarker for distinguishing this species from other related plants. However, because of its nonconjugated property and the complexity of existing detection methods, this biomarker cannot be used as the identification standard. We herein present a stable 24(R)-pseudoginsenoside F_(11)fingerprint spectrum in the terahertz band, thereby proving that F_(11)can be detected and quantitatively analyzed via terahertz spectroscopy. We also analyzed the sample by high-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. The difference between the normalized data for the two analytical methods was less than 5%.Furthermore,P.quinquefolium from different areas and other substances can be clearly distinguished based on these terahertz spectra with a standard principal component analysis. Our method is a fast, simple, and cost-effective approach for identifying and quantitatively analyzing P.quinquefolium. | Tianyi Kou Ji Ye Jing Wang Yan Peng Zefang Wang Chenjun Shi Xu Wu Xitian Hu Haihong Chen Ling Zhang Xiaohong Chen Yiming Zhu Huiliang Li Songlin Zhuang | 2021 | Plant Phenomics2021,3,1: | 1

Impact of apolipoprotein A1 on tumor immune microenvironment, clinical prognosis and genomic landscape in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Background:Current knowledge on apolipoprotein A1(APOA1)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is fragmented and even contradic-tory.Multi-dimensional analyses are required to comprehensively elucidate its value and underlying mechanism. Methods:We collected 49 RNA-seq datasets,40 cell line types data and 70 scRNA pan-cancer datasets public available, including 17 HCC datasets(1754 tumor samples),and enrolled 73 pairs of HCC tissue and 516 blood samples independently from our clinics.APOA1 impacting on the HCC tumor microenvironment(TME)was analyzed using intensive data mining.Methylation sequencing, flow cy-tometry,quantitative PCR,western blot, immunohistochemistry and clinical chemistry assays were conducted for wet experimental investigation. Results:The APOA1 ontology fingerprint indicated that it played various crucial biological roles in HCC,primarily involved in choles-terol efflux.Consistent findings at histology, serology, and clinical follow-up revealed that high APOA1 was a good prognosis indicator of HCc.Hypermethylation in the APOA1 promoter region was found in clinical samples which is in accordance with the reduction of APOA1 in HCC.The cell cycle,DNA replication, mismatch repair pathways, and tumor cell proliferation were less observed in the HCC APOAihigh subgroup. The favorable immunoregulatory abilities of APOA1 showed interesting findings:a positive correlation between APOA1 and anti-tumor immune cells(NK,CD8+T cells)and a negative association with immune cells exerting immunosuppressive effects, including M2 macrophages. Conclusion:This is an integrative multidimensional exploration of APOA1 using bioinformatics and experiments. Both the prognostic value and anti-tumor effects based on APOA1 panoramic exploration in the HCC TME demonstrate a new potential clinicai target for HCC assessment and intervention in the future. | Ying Wang Shipeng Chen Xiao Xiao Fan Yang Jinhan Wange Hui Zong Yuzhen Gao Chenjun Huang Xuewen Xu Meng Fang Xiaoyan Zhang Chunfang Gao | 2023 | Precision Clinical Medicine2023,6,3: | 0
Wireless Communication Signal Strength Prediction Method Based on the K-nearest Neighbor Algorithm显示文摘Existing interference protection systems lack automatic evaluation methods to provide scientific, objective and accurate assessment results. To address this issue, this paper develops a layout scheme by geometrically modeling the actual scene, so that the hand-held full-band spectrum analyzer would be able to collect signal field strength values for indoor complex scenes. An improved prediction algorithm based on the K-nearest neighbor non-parametric kernel regression was proposed to predict the signal field strengths for the whole plane before and after being shield. Then the highest accuracy set of data could be picked out by comparison. The experimental results show that the improved prediction algorithm based on the K-nearest neighbor non-parametric kernel regression can scientifically and objectively predict the indoor complex scenes’ signal strength and evaluate the interference protection with high accuracy. | Zhao Chen Ning Xiong Yujue Wang Yong Ding Hengkui Xiang Chenjun Tang Lingang Liu Xiuqing Zou Decun Luo | 2019 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2019,,1: | 0

X-box binding protein 1 caused an imbalance in pyroptosis and mitophagy in immature rats with di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate-induced testis toxicity显示文摘As a widely used plasticizer,di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)is known to induce significant testicular injury. However, the potential mechanism and effects of pubertal exposure to DEHP on testis development remain unclear. In vivo, postnatal day(PND)21 male rats were gavaged with 0,250,and 500 mg/kg DEHP for ten days.Damage to the seminiferous epithelium and disturbed spermatogenesis were observed after DEHP exposure.Meanwhile, oxidative stress-induced injury and pyroptosis were activated. Both endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and mitophagy were involved in this process.Monoethylhexyl phthalate(MEHP)was used as the biometabolite of DEHP in vitro. The GC-1 and GC-2 cell lines were exposed to 0,100μM,200μM,and 400μM MEHP for 24 h.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation, oxidative stress damage,ER stress, mitophagy, and pyroptosis were significantly increased after MEHP exposure. The ultrastructure of the ER and mitochondria was destroyed.X-box binding protein 1(XBP1)was observed to be activated and translocated into the nucleus.ROS generation was inhibited by acetylcysteine. The levels of antioxidative stress,ER stress, mitophagy, and pyroptosis were decreased as well. After the administration of the ER stress inhibitor 4-phenyl-butyric acid, both mitophagy and pyroptosis were inhibited.Toyocamycin-induced XBP1 down-regulation decreased the levels of mitophagy and pyroptosis. The equilibrium between pyroptosis and mitophagy was disturbed by XBP1 accumulation. In summary, our findings confirmed that DEHP induced a ROS-mediated imbalance in pyroptosis and mitophagy in immature rat testes via XBP1.Moreover,XBP1 might be the key target in DEHP-related testis dysfunction. | Yifan Hong Xiazhu Zhou Qi Li Jing Chen Yuexin Wei Chunlan Long Lianju Shen Xiangqin Zheng Dinggang Li Xia Wang Chenjun Yu Shengde Wu Guanghui Wei | 2024 | Genes & Diseases2024,11,2: | 0
