1RESEARCH OF WAVELET TRANSFORM INSTRUMENT SYSTEM FOR SIGNAL ANALYSIS显示文摘After brief describing the Principle of wavelet transform (WT) of signals, a new signals analysis system based on wavelet transform is introduced. The design and development of the instryment of wavelet transform are described. 2A Multicenter Study of Viral Aetiology of Community-Acquired Pneumonia in Hospitalized Children in Chinese Mainland显示文摘Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide.In this study,we aimed to describe the aetiology of viral infection of pediatric CAP in Chinese mainland.During November2014 to June 2016,the prospective study was conducted in 13 hospitals.The hospitalized children under 18 years old who met the criteria for CAP were enrolled.The throat swabs or nasopharyngeal aspirates(NPAs) were collected which were then screened 18 respiratory viruses using multiplex PCR assay.Viral pathogens were present in 56.6%(1539/2721) of the enrolled cases,with the detection rate of single virus in 39.8% of the cases and multiple viruses in 16.8% of the cases.The most frequently detected virus was respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)(15.2%,414/2721).The highest detection rate of virus was in <6-month-age group(70.7%,292/413).RSV,human metapneumovirus(HMPV),human parainfluenza viruses(HPIVs) and influenza B virus(Flu B) showed the similar prevalence patterns both in north and south China,but HPIVs,Flu A,human bocavirus(HBoV),human adenovirus(HAdV) and human coronaviruses(HCoVs) showed the distinct circulating patterns in north and south China.Human enterovirus/human rhinovirus(HEV/HRV)(27.6%,27/98),HBoV(18.4%,18/98),RSV(16.3%,16/98) and HMPV(14.3%,14/98) were the most commonly detected viruses in severe pneumonia cases with single virus infection.In conclusion,viral pathogens are frequently detected in pediatric CAP cases and may therefore play a vital role in the aetiology of CAP.RSV was the most important virus in hospitalized children with CAP in Chinese mainland.Yun Zhu Baoping Xu Changchong Li Zhimin Chen Ling Cao Zhou Fu Yunxiao Shang Aihuan Chen Li Deng Yixiao Bao Yun Sun Limin Ning Shuilian Yu Fang Gu Chunyan Liu Ju Yin Adong Shen Zhengde Xie Kunling Shen 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,6:7
3One-step uniform growth of magnesium hydride nanoparticles on graphene显示文摘A simple solvent-free method to synthesize MgH_2 nanoparticles(MgH_2NPs) uniformly grown on graphene nanosheets(GNs) has been reported in this paper. Based on the formation of MgH_2 by di-n-butylmagnesium((C_4H_9)_2Mg) thermal decomposition under hydrogen pressure, the GNs were added as matrix to hinder the agglomeration and growing of MgH_2NPs. The fabricated MgH_2/GNs nanocomposites, in which MgH_2 NPs were homogenously growing in the graphene matrix, have been synthesized by the favorable adsorption energy between(C_4H_9)_2Mg and GNs. Resulting from the one-step solvent-free route, the generated MgH_2 NPs shows high hydrogen capacity and steady hydriding and dehydriding properties, without the interference of the synthetic medium. At the same time, the size of the fabricated MgH_2NPs can be controlled by adjusting the mass ratio of MgH_2 to graphene, the various hydrogen pressure and temperature. 6Design and Accuracy Analysis of a Metamorphic CNC Flame Cutting Machine for Ship Manufacturing显示文摘The current research of processing large size fabrication holes on complex spatial curved surface mainly focuses on the CNC flame cutting machines design for ship hull of ship manufacturing. However, the existing machines cannot meet the continuous cutting requirements with variable pass conditions through their fixed configuration, and cannot realize high-precision processing as the accuracy theory is not studied adequately. This paper deals with structure design and accuracy prediction technology of novel machine tools for solving the problem of continuous and high-precision cutting. The needed variable trajectory and variable pose kinematic characteristics of non-contact cutting tool are figured out and a metamorphic CNC flame cutting machine designed through metamorphic principle is presented. To analyze kinematic accuracy of the machine, models of joint clearances, manufacturing tolerances and errors in the input variables and error models considering the combined effects are derived based on screw theory after establishing ideal kinematic models. Numerical simulations, processing experiment and trajectory tracking experiment are conducted relative to an eccentric hole with bevels on cylindrical surface respectively. The results of cutting pass contour and kinematic error interval which the position error is from –0.975 mm to +0.628 mm and orientation error is from –0.01 rad to +0.01 rad indicate that the developed machine can complete cutting process continuously and effectively, and the established kinematic error models are effective although the interval is within a ‘large' range. It also shows the matching property between metamorphic principle and variable working tasks, and the mapping correlation between original designing parameters and kinematic errors of machines. 7Safety and efficacy of Yupingfeng granules in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection:A randomized clinical trial显示文摘Importance:Recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)is common in children.Inappropriate RRTI treatment will lead to asthma and other diseases,thereby seriously affecting the growth and physical health of children.Immune function modulation can prevent and alleviate childhood RRTI.Yupingfeng(YPF),a patented traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has immunomodulatory effects and is widely used in China to treat children with RRTI.Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of YPF monotherapy in treating children with RRTI.Methods:This multicenter,randomized,double-blind,double-simulation,noninferiority clinical trial was conducted from January 2015 to August 2017,with an 8-week treatment period and 52-week follow-up after the drug withdrawal.Children aged 2–6 years with RRTI meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled in 13 hospitals in China and divided randomly into three groups(2:2:1 ratio)to receive YPF,pidotimod,or placebo.The primary outcome was the proportion of RRTI returning to normal standard level during the follow-up.The secondary outcomes were reduction in the number of RRTI recurrences,effect on clinical symptoms(in accord with TCM practice),effect per symptom,and safety.The trial was registered at the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry(www.chictr.org.cn)under the unique identifier ChiCTR-IPR-15006847.Results:Three hundred and fifty-one children were enrolled and randomly assigned to 3 groups;124,125,and 61 children in the YPF,pidotimod,and placebo groups,respectively,had completed the trial.During the follow-up,the proportion of RRTI returning to normal standard level was 73.13%,67.15%,and 38.81%with YPF,pidotimod,and placebo,respectively(P<0.0001).The proportion of cases who returned to normal standard level in the YPF group was 34.32%higher than that in the placebo group.The safety profile did not significantly differ among the groups.Interpretation:YPF granules were noninferior to the active control drug pidotimod oral solution for the treatment of RRTI in children,and were superior to placebo,with a high safety profile.Baoping Xu Xinmin Li Siyuan Hu Yixiao Bao Fengmei Chen Zhimin Chen Yonggang Du Enmei Liu Yufeng Liu Qinghui Mou Baoling Su Bo Wang Jianwen Xu Guiping Xu Qiaozhi Yang Liwei Gao Xiaohui Liu Lei Li Rong Ma Kunling Shen 2022Pediatric Investigation2022,6,2:3
8Green fluorescent protein (GFP) as a vital marker for studying the interaction of Phytophthora sojae and soybean显示文摘Transgenic Phytophthora sojae strains that produce green fluorescent protein (GFP) were obtained after stable DNA integration using the Hsp70 promoter and the Ham34 terminator of Bremia lactucae. The expression of GFP during different developmental stages of P. sojae was observed using fluorescent microscopy. Based on this reporter system, the histopathologic events caused by the pathogen in soybean leaves, hypocotyls and roots were monitored. Meanwhile, the difference in resistance between different soybean cultivars against P. sojae was analyzed microscopically in roots. The results indicate that GFP can be stably expressed in zoosporangia, zoospores, cysts, hyphae and oospores of P. sojae. Using the GFP marker, the infecting pathogens in leaves, hypocotyls and roots of host could be distinctly visualized. The germ tube length of cysts germinating on the roots of resistant cultivar Nannong 8848 was longer than that on the roots of susceptible cultivar Hefeng 35. 9Derivation and characterization of human embryonic stem cell lines from poor quality embryos显示文摘Poor quality embryos discarded from in vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratories are good sources for deriving human embryonic stem cell (hESC) lines. In this study, 166 poor quality embryos donated from IVF centers on day 3 were cultured in a blastocyst medium for 2 days, and 32 early blastocysts were further cultured in a blastocyst optimum culture medium for additional 2 days so that the inner cell masses (ICMs) could be identified and isolated easily. The ICMs of 17 blastocysts were isolated by a mechanical method, while those of the other 15 blastocysts were isolated by immunosurgery. All isolated ICMs were inoculated onto a feeder layer for subcultivation. The rates of ICM at- tachment, primary ICM colony formation and the efficiency of hESC derivation were similar between the ICMs isolated by the two methods (P>0.05). As a result, four new hESC lines were established. Three cell lines had normal karyotypes and one had an unbalanced Robertsonian translocation. All cell lines showed normal hESC characteristics and had the differentiation ability. In conclusion, we established a stable and effective method for hESC isolation and culture, and it was confirmed that the mechanical isolation was an effective method to isolate ICMs from poor embryos. 10Modeling dark signal of CMOS image sensors irradiated by reactor neutron using Monte Carlo method显示文摘The dark signal degradation of the CMOS image sensor(CIS) was induced by neutron radiation,and it was modeled by Geant4, which is a three-dimensional Monte Carlo code. The simplified model of the CIS array was established according to the actual pixel geometry, material, and doping concentration. Nuclear elastic interaction and capture interaction were included in the physical processes, and the displacement damage dose in the space charge region of the pixel was calculated. The mean dark signal and dark signal distribution were modeled using Geant4, and the physical mechanisms were analyzed. 11Genetic Analysis of Human Adenovirus Type 7 Strains Circulating in Different Parts of China显示文摘To investigate the molecular epidemiology and genetic variation of human adenovirus type 7(HAdV-7)in children with acute respiratory infections(ARI)in China.HAdV-7-positive respiratory samples collected from children with ARI in Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Wenzhou and Guangzhou from 2014–2018 were selected for gene amplification and sequence analysis.Fifty-seven HAdV-7 clinical strains with hexon,penton base and fiber gene sequences were obtained.Meanwhile17 strains were selected randomly from different cities for whole genome sequencing.Phylogenetic and variation analyses were performed based on the obtained sequences,HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),vaccine strains(AY495969 and AY594256)and representative sequences of strains.The phylogenetic trees constructed based on whole genome sequences,major capsid protein genes(hexon,penton base and fiber)and the early genes(E1,E2,E3 and E4)were not completely consistent.The HAdV-7 strains obtained in this study always clustered with most of the circulating strains worldwide from the 1980 s to the present.Compared with the HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),some amino acid mutations in loop1 and loop2 of hexon and the RGD loop region of the penton base gene were observed.Recombination analysis showed that partial regions of 55 k Da protein and 100 kDa hexon-assembly associated protein genes among all HAdV-7 strains in this study were from HAdV-16 and HAdV-3,respectively.Our study demonstrated the molecular evolution characteristics of HAdV-7 strains circulating in China and provided basic reference data for the prevention,control and vaccine development of HAdV-7.Yali Duan Changchong Li Li Deng Shuhua An Yun Zhu Wei Wang Meng Zhang Lili Xu Baoping Xu Xiangpeng Chen Zhengde Xie 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,3:2
12A multi-center study on Molecular Epidemiology of Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus from Children with Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infections in the Mainland of China between 2015 and 2019显示文摘Human respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) is a major pathogen of acute lower respiratory tract infection among young children. To investigate the prevalence and genetic characteristics of RSV in China, we performed a molecular epidemiological study during 2015–2019. A total of 964 RSV-positive specimens were identified from 5529 enrolled patients during a multi-center study. RSV subgroup A(RSV-A) was the predominant subgroup during this research period except in2016. Totally, 535 sequences of the second hypervariable region(HVR-2) of the G gene were obtained. Combined with182 Chinese sequences from GenBank, phylogenetic trees showed that 521 RSV-A sequences fell in genotypes ON1(512),NA1(6) and GA5(3), respectively;while 196 RSV-B sequences fell in BA9(193) and SAB4(3). ON1 and BA9 were the only genotypes after December 2015. Genotypes ON1 and BA9 can be separated into 10 and 7 lineages, respectively. The HVR-2 of genotype ON1 had six amino acid changes with a frequency more than 10%, while two substitutions H258 Q and H266 L were co-occurrences. The HVR-2 of genotype BA9 had nine amino acid substitutions with a frequency more than10%, while the sequences with T290 I and T312 I were all from 2018 to 2019. One N-glycosylation site at 237 was identified among ON1 sequences, while two N-glycosylation sites(296 and 310) were identified in the 60-nucleotide duplication region of BA9. To conclusion, ON1 and BA9 were the predominant genotypes in China during 2015–2019. 15Scattering of shear waves by an elliptical cavity in a radially inhomogeneous isotropic medium显示文摘Complex function and general conformal mapping methods are used to investigate the scattering of elastic shear waves by an elliptical cylindrical cavity in a radially inhomogeneous medium.The conformal mappings are introduced to solve scattering by an arbitrary cavity for the Helmholtz equation with variable coefficient through the transformed standard Helmholtz equation with a circular cavity.The medium density depends on the distance from the origin with a power-law variation and the shear elastic modulus is constant.The complex-value displacements and stresses of the inhomogeneous medium are explicitly obtained and the distributions of the dynamic stress for the case of an elliptical cavity are discussed.The accuracy of the present approach is verified by comparing the present solution results with the available published data.Numerical results demonstrate that the wave number,inhomogeneous parameters and different values of aspect ratio have significant influence on the dynamic stress concentration factors around the elliptical cavity.Hei Baoping Yang Zailin Chen Zhigang 2016Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2016,15,1:1
