| 1 | Effect of Ni on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of MgGd_1Ni_(x) alloys for fracturing ball applications显示文摘The effects of Ni addition on the mechanical properties, corrosion behaviors, and corrosion mechanism of Mg Gd_1 Ni_(x) alloys have been investigated by compressive tests, weight loss, hydrogen evolution, and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the constitution of the second phase is large dependence on Ni/Gd molar ratios, which can transform from LPSO(long-period stacking ordered)+Mg_5 Gd,LPSO to eutectic phase. In addition, with increasing Ni/Gd molar ratios, the content of second phase increases gradually, while the LPSO phase shows a parabola relationship. Furthermore, the formation of Nicontaining LPSO phase not only can improve the strength but also accelerate the degradation of Mg alloys owing to the galvanic corrosion. | 2 | Detecting genetic hypermutability of gastrointestinal tumor by using a forensic STR kit显示文摘Growing evidence suggests that somatic hypermutational status and programmed cell death-1 overexpression are potential predictive biomarkers indicating treatment benefits from immunotherapy using immune checkpoint inhibitors.However,biomarker-matched trials are still limited,and many of the genomic alterations remain difficult to target.To isolate the potential somatic hypermutational tumor from microsatellite instability low/microsatellite stability(MSI-L/MSS)cases,we employed two commercial kits to determine MSI and forensic short tandem repeat(STR)alternations in 250 gastrointestinal(GI)tumors.Three types of forensic STR alternations,namely,allelic loss,Aadd,and Anew,were identified.62.4%(156/250)of the patients with GI exhibited STR alternation,including 100%(15/15)and 60%(141/235)of the microsatellite high instability and MSI-L/MSS cases,respectively.30%(75/250)of the patients exhibited STR instability with more than 26.32%(26.32%–84.21%)STR alternation.The cutoff with 26.32%of the STR alternations covered all 15 MSI cases and suggested that it might be a potential threshold.Given the similar mechanism of the mutations of MSI and forensic STR,the widely used forensic identifier STR kit might provide potential usage for identifying hypermutational status in GI cancers. | Anqi Chen Suhua Zhang Jixi Li Chaoneng Ji Jinzhong Chen Chengtao Li | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Shut-in time optimization after fracturing in shale oil reservoirs显示文摘A multi-process(fracturing,shut-in and production)multi-phase flow model was derived considering the osmotic pressure,membrane effect,elastic energy and capillary force,to determine the optimal shut-in time after multi-cluster staged hydraulic fracturing in shale reservoirs for the maximum production.The accuracy of the model was verified by using production data and commercial software.Based on this model and method,a physical model was made based on the inversion of fracture parameters from fracturing pressure data,to simulate the dynamic changes of pore pressure and oil saturation during fracturing,soaking and production,examine effects of 7 factors on the optimal shut-in time,and find out the main factors affecting the optimal shut-in time through orthogonal experiments.With the increase of shut-in time,the increment of cumulative production increases rapidly first and then tended to a stable value,and the shut-in time corresponding to the inflection point of the change was the optimal shut-in time.The optimal shut-in time has a nonlinear negative correlation with matrix permeability,porosity,capillary pressure multiple and fracture length,a nonlinear positive correlation with the membrane efficiency and total volume of injected fluid,and a nearly linear positive correlation with displacement.The seven factors in descending order of influence degree on optimal shut-in time are total volume of injected fluid,capillary force multiple,matrix permeability,porosity,membrane efficiency,salinity of fracturing fluid,fracturing fluid displacement. | WANG Qiang ZHAO Jinzhou HU Yongquan REN Lan ZHAO Chaoneng | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Particle-bound polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in typical urban of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau:Characterization,sources and risk assessment显示文摘Monthly particle-phase ambient samples collected at six sampling locations in Yuxi,a high-altitude city on the edge of Southeast Asia,were measured for particle-associated PAHs.As trace substances,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are susceptible to the influences of meteorological conditions,emissions,and gas-particulate partitioning and it is challenging job to precise quantify the source and define the transmission path.The daily concentrations of total PM_(2.5)-bound PAHs ranged from 0.65 to 80.76 ng/m^(3),with an annual mean of 11.94 ng/m^(3).Here,we found that the concentration of PM_(2.5)-bound PAHs in winter was significantly higher than that in summer,which was mainly due to source and meteorology influence.The increase of fossil combustion and biomass burning in cold season became the main contributors of PAHs,while precipitation and low temperature exacerbated this difference.According to the concentration variation trend of PM_(2.5)-bound PAHs and their relationship with meteorological conditions,a new grouping of PAHs is applied,which suggested that PAHs have different environmental fates and migration paths.A combination of source analysis and trajectory model supported local sources from combustion of fossil fuel and vehicle exhaust contributed to the major portion on PAHs in particle,but on the Indochina Peninsula the large number of pollutants emitted by biomass burning during the fire season would affect the composition of PAHs through long-range transporting.Risk assessment in spatial and temporal variability suggested that citizens living in industrial areas were higher health risk caused by exposure the PM_(2.5)-bound PAHs than that in other regions,and the risk in winter was three times than in summer. | Yaoqian Zhong Bingxin Xia Jianwu Shi Ping Ning Chaoneng Zhang Xinyu Han Jiming Hao | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,9: | 0 |

By using multiwave length anoma-lous dispersion (MAD) phasing techniques, the crystal structure of TC23O at 0.3 nm resolutions is determined. TC23O is a homotetramer. Each monomer is composed of N-terminal and C-terminal domains (residues 1-153 and 153-319, respectively). The two domains are proximately symmetric by a non-crystallographic axis.
