1Human Gut Microbiota and Gastrointestinal Cancer显示文摘Human gut microbiota play an essential role in both healthy and diseased states of humans.In the past decade,the interactions between microorganisms and tumors have attracted much attention in the efforts to understand various features of the complex microbial communities,as well as the possible mechanisms through which the microbiota are involved in cancer prevention,carcinogenesis,and anti-cancer therapy.A large number of studies have indicated that microbial dysbiosis contributes to cancer susceptibility via multiple pathways.Further studies have suggested that the microbiota and their associated metabolites are not only closely related to carcinogenesis by inducing in?ammation and immune dysregulation,which lead to genetic instability,but also interfere with the pharmacodynamics of anticancer agents.In this article,we mainly reviewed the in?uence of gut microbiota on cancers in the gastrointestinal(GI)tract(including esophageal,gastric,colorectal,liver,and pancreatic cancers)and the regulation of microbiota by diet,prebiotics,probiotics,synbiotics,antibiotics,or the Traditional Chinese Medicine.We also proposed some new strategies in the prevention and treatment of GI cancers that could be explored in the future.We hope that this review could provide a comprehensive overview of the studies on the interactions between the gut microbiota and GI cancers,which are likely to yield translational opportunities to reduce cancer morbidity and mortality by improving prevention,diagnosis,and treatment.Changting Meng Chunmei Bai Thomas D. 2An Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance Algorithm for Unmanned Surface Vehicle in Complicated Marine Environments显示文摘Unmanned surface vehicles(USVs) are important autonomous marine robots that have been studied and gradually applied into practice. However, the autonomous navigation of USVs, especially the issue of obstacle avoidance in complicated marine environment, is still a fundamental problem. After studying the characteristics of the complicated marine environment, we propose a novel adaptive obstacle avoidance algorithm for USVs,based on the Sarsa on-policy reinforcement learning algorithm.The proposed algorithm is composed of local avoidance module and adaptive learning module, which are organized by the “divide and conquer” strategy-based architecture. The course angle compensation strategy is proposed to offset the disturbances from sea wind and currents. In the design of payoff value function of the learning strategy, the course deviation angle and its tendency are introduced into action rewards and penalty policies. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparative experiments of simulations and sea trials in three sea-state marine environments. 4Perovskite light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres for wearable LiFi communication显示文摘Light fidelity(LiFi),which is emerging as a compelling technology paradigm shifting the common means of highcapacity wireless communication technologies,requires wearable and full-duplex compact design because of its great significance in smart wearables as well as the‘Internet of Things’.However,the construction of the key component of wearable full-duplex LiFi,light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres,is still challenging because of the conflicting process between carrier separation and recombination,as well as the highly dynamic film-forming process.Here,we demonstrate light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres enabled by perovskite QDs with hybrid components.The hybrid perovskite inks endow fibres with super-smooth QD films.This,combined with the small exciton binding energy and high carrier mobility of perovskite QDs,enables successful integration of electroluminescence and photodetection into monofilaments.The bifunctional fibres possess the narrowest electroluminescence full width at half maximum of ~19 nm and,more importantly,the capability for simultaneously transmitting and receiving information.The successful fabrication of narrow emission full-duplex LiFi fibres paves the way for the fabrication and integration of low crosstalk interoperable smart wearables.Qingsong Shan Changting Wei Yan Jiang Jizhong Song Yousheng Zou Leimeng Xu Tao Fang Tiantian Wang Yuhui Dong Jiaxin Liu Boning Han Fengjuan Zhang Jiawei Chen Yongjin Wang Haibo Zeng 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:7
5Stabilizing effects of atomic Ti doping on high-voltage high-nickel layered oxide cathode for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries显示文摘High-voltage high-nickel lithium layered oxide cathodes show great application prospects to meet the ever-increasing demand for further improvement of the energy density of rechargeable lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)mainly due to their high output capacity.However,severe bulk structural degradation and undesired electrode-electrolyte interface reactions seriously endanger the cycle life and safety of the battery.Here,2 mol%Ti atom is used as modified material doping into LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2O2)(NCM)to reform LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.18)Ti_(0.02)O_(2)(NCM-Ti)and address the long-standing inherent problem.At a high cut-off voltage of 4.5 V,NCM-Ti delivers a higher capacity retention ratio(91.8%vs.82.9%)after 150 cycles and a superior rate capacity(118 vs.105 mAh·g^(-1))at the high current density of 10 C than the pristine NCM.The designed high-voltage full battery with graphite as anode and NCM-Ti as cathode also exhibits high energy density(240 Wh·kg^(-1))and excellent electrochemical performance.The superior electrochemical behavior can be attributed to the improved stability of the bulk structure and the electrode-electrolyte interface owing to the strong Ti-O bond and no unpaired electrons.The in-situ X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrates that Ti-doping inhibits the undesired H2-H3 phase transition,minimizing the mechanical degradation.The ex-situ TEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reveal that Ti-doping suppresses the release of interfacial oxygen,reducing undesired interfacial reactions.This work provides a valuable strategic guideline for the application of high-voltage high-nickel cathodes in LIBs.Yong Cheng Yan Sun Changting Chu Limin Chang Zhaomin Wang Dongyu Zhang Wanqiang Liu Zechao Zhuang Limin Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:5
6Performance Evaluation for SDN Deployment: an Approach Based on Stochastic Network Calculus显示文摘The Open Flow implementations(SDNs) have been deployed increasingly on varieties of networks in research institutions as well as commercial institutions. To develop an Open Flow implementation, it is required to understand the performance of the network. A few benchmark tools(e.g., Cbench and OFlops) can be used to measure the network performance, while these tools take considerable time to simulate traffic behaviors and generate the required results,therefore extending the development time. In this paper, we present an analytical model, which is based on stochastic network calculus theory, for evaluating the performance of switch to controller.The previous studies show that stochastic network calculus can provide realistic emulation of real network traffic behaviors. 9High performance inkjet-printed QLEDs with 18.3% EQE: improving interfacial contact by novel halogen-free binary solvent system显示文摘Poly[(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl)-alt(4,4′-(N-(4-butylphenyl))](TFB),one of the most popular and widely used hole-transport layer(HTL)materials,has been successfully applied in high performance spin-coated quantum dots-based light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)due to its suitable energy level and high mobility.However,there are still many challenging issues in inkjet-printed QLED devices when using TFB as HTL.TFB normally suffers from the interlayer mixing and erosion,and low surface energy against the good film formation.Here,a novel environment-friendly binary solvent system was established for formulating quantum dot(QD)inks,which is based on mixing halogen-free alkane solvents of decalin and n-tridecane.The optimum volume ratio for the mixture of decalin and n-tridecane was found to be 7:3,at which a stable ink jetting flow and coffee-ring free QD films could be formed.To research the influence of substrate surface on the formation of inkjet-printed QD films,TFB was annealed at different temperatures,and the optimum annealing temperature was found to enable high quality inkjet-printed QD film.Inkjet-printed red QLED was ultimately manufactured.A maximum 18.3%of external quantum efficiency(EQE)was achieved,reaching 93%of the spin-coated QLED,which is the best reported high efficiency inkjet-printed red QLEDs to date.In addition,the inkjet-printed QLED achieved similar T75 operational lifetime(27 h)as compared to the spin-coated reference QLED(28 h)at 2,000 cd·m−2.This work demonstrated that the novel orthogonal halogen-free alkane co-solvents can improve the interfacial contact and facilitate high-performance inkjet printing QLEDs with high EQE and stability.Ming Chen Liming Xie Changting Wei Yuan-Qiu-Qiang Yi Xiaolian Chen Jian Yang Jinyong Zhuang Fushan Li Wenming Su Zheng Cui 2021Nano Research2021,14,11:2

16Phase Evolution and Magnetic Studies of La and Refractory Metals Co-substituted α-Fe/R_2Fe_(14)B-type Nanocomposites显示文摘Phase evolution and magnetic properties of (Ndo.95La0.05)9.5-11Febal.M2B10.5. where M=Cr, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Zr, Hf, Ta, Mn or W, melt spun ribbons have been investigated. Almost all the alloy ribbons. except for(Nd0.95La0.05)9.5Fe78M2B10.5(M=Mo and Mn),consist merely two magnetic phases, namely α-Fe and R2Fe14B, which display a better combination of iHc and magnetic energy product. Remanence (Br) and coercivity (iHc) values in the range of 8.0 to 9.1 kG and 9.5 to 18.9 kOe. respectively, can be achieved. Among compositions studied, the Ti and W-substitutions were found to be most effective in increasing the Br and iHc, respectively. For a fixed refractory metal substitution, namely, M=Cr, Ti or Nb, an increase in the total rare earth concentration resulted in nanocomposites of small grain sizes and a high volume fraction of the R2Fe14B phase, leading to an increase in the magnetic properties.W.
