1Characterization of T.aestivum-H.californicum chromosome addition lines DA2H and MA5H显示文摘In order to transfer useful genes of Hordeum californicum into common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),the T.aestivum c.v.Chinese Spring(CS)-H.californicum amphiploid was crossed to CS,and its backcrossing and self-fertilized progenies were analyzed by morphological observation,cytological,biochemical and molecular marker techniques.Alien addition lines with two H.californicum chromosomes were identified and their genetic constitution was characterized.STS-PCR analysis using chromosome 2B specific markers indicated that chromosome H3 of H.californicum belongs to homoeologous group 2,and was thus designated 2H.SDS-PAGE showed that chromosome H2 of H.californicum belongs to homoeologous group 5,and was designated 5H.The CS-H.californicum amphiploid and the chromosome addition lines(DA2H and MA5H) identified were evaluated for powdery mildew(Erysiphe graminis f.sp.triticii) resistance in field.The preliminary results indicated that the amphiploid showed higher powdery mildew resistance than CS.However,chromosome addition lines DA2H and MA5H were highly susceptible to powdery mildew,indicating that major powdery mildew resistant genes of H.californicum should be located on chromosomes other than 2H and 5H.Fang Kong Haiyan Wang Aizhong Cao Bi Qin Jianhui Ji Suling Wang Xiu-E Wang 2008Journal of Genetics and Genomics2008,35,11:5
2FY-4A/GIIRS Temperature Validation in Winter and Application to Cold Wave Monitoring显示文摘In order to improve the operational application ability of the Fengyun-4A(FY-4A)new sounding dataset,in this paper,validation of the FY-4A Geosynchronous Interferometric Infrared Sounder(FY-4A/GIIRS)temperature was carried out using the balloon sounding temperature from meteorological sounding stations.More than 350,000 samples were obtained through time–space matching,and the results show that the FY-4A/GIIRS temperature mean bias(MB)is 0.07°C,the mean absolute error(MAE)is 1.80°C,the root-mean-square error(RMSE)is 2.546°C,and the correlation coefficient(RR)is 0.95.The FY-4A/GIIRS temperature error is relatively larger in the upper and lower troposphere,and relatively smaller in the middle troposphere;that is,the temperature at 500 hPa is better than that at 850 hPa.The temporal variation is smaller in the upper and middle troposphere than in the lower troposphere.The reconstruction of missing data of FY-4A/GIIRS temperature in cloudy areas is also carried out and the results are evaluated.The spatial distribution of reconstructed FY-4A/GIIRS temperature and the fifth generation ECMWF reanalysis(ERA5)data is consistent and completely retains the minimum temperature center with high precision of FY-4A/GIIRS.There are more detailed characteristics of intensity and position at the cold center than that of the reanalysis data.Therefore,an operational satellite retrieval temperature product with time–space continuity and high accuracy is formed.The reconstructed FY-4A/GIIRS temperature is used to monitor a strong cold wave event in November 2021.The results show that the product effectively monitors the movement and intensity of cold air activities,and it also has good indication for the phase transition of rain and snow triggered by cold wave.Suling REN Jianying JIANG Xiang FANG Hui LIU Zhiqiang CAO 2022Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,4:3
3Surface Engineered Ru_(2)Ni Multilayer Nanosheets for Hydrogen Oxidation Catalysis显示文摘The hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)in alkaline conditions is of great importance for the application of anion exchange membrane fuel cells(AEMFCs).However,the electrocatalysts for alkaline HOR generally suffer from the disadvantage of sluggish kinetics.Herein,we have fabricated Ru2Ni multilayered nanosheets(Ru2Ni MLNSs)in the layer-by-layer manner and engineered the surface properties via postannealing for efficient alkaline HOR.Detailed investigations reveal that such annealing at different temperatures can alter the surface properties of Ru2Ni MLNSs and thus regulate their adsorption abilities toward*H and*OH.In particular,the optimal catalyst exhibits a mass activity of 4.34 A mgRu−1 at an overpotential of 50 mV,which is 18.1 and 13.2 times higher than those of Ru/C(0.24 A mgRu−1)and Pt/C(0.33 A mgPt−1),respectively.Theoretical calculations indicate that the presence of surface O atoms can facilitate the HOR activity while the excessive coverage of O atoms on Ru2Ni surface leads to the strengthened H binding and the decay of HOR activity.This work not only provides an efficient catalyst for alkaline HOR,but it also may shed new light on the design of high-performance catalysts for electrocatalysis and beyond.We have fabricated Ru2Ni multilayer nanosheets(Ru2Ni MLNSs)and realized the surface engineering via an annealing process.Detailed investigations show that such surface engineering can regulate the surface properties and thus promote the alkaline HOR activity.Consequently,the optimal catalyst exhibits a much higher activity than those of commercial Ru/C and Pt/C and is a promising catalyst for alkaline HOR.Juntao Zhang Xing Fan Suling Wang Maofeng Cao Lingzheng Bu Yong Xu Haiping Lin Xiaoqing Huang 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,8:0

6On the Core Categories of Pedagogy显示文摘This article starts from the perspective of great education, lifetime suzhi education,(suzhi translates directly as quality) and puts forward nine core categories of pedagogy at three different levels. At the macro level, it locates the holistic perspectives including education, suzhi and development. The middle level focuses on the collective activities of pedagogy, basically including teaching, curriculum and examination. At the micro level, individuality of pedagogy is emphasized, covering learning, knowledge and thinking. Pedagogy is an independent subject and hence has core categories of its own. To discuss the meanings of each category, the author employs the scientific methodology of dialectics and systems, as well as puts forward specific methods for each of them. That other disciplines should be applied to pedagogy by no means implies the marginalization of pedagogy. Along with the development of pedagogy, the number of core categories may increase or decrease, meanwhile, the structures and meanings of the categories may change correspondingly.
