| 1 | The PL 'violet shift' of cerium dioxide on silicon显示文摘CeO2 thin film was fabricated by dual ion beam epitaxial technique. The phenomenon of PL violet shift at room temperature was observed, and the distance of shift was about 65 nm. After the analysis of crystal structure and valence in the compound were carried out by XRD and XPS technique, it was concluded that the PL shift was related with valence of cerium ion in the oxides. | 2 | Violet/blue photoluminescence from CeO_2 thin film显示文摘CeO2 thin film was fabricated by dual ion beam epitaxial technique. The violet/blue PL at room temperature and lower temperature was observed from the CeO2 thinfilm. After the analysis of crystal structure and valence in the compound was carried out by the XRD and XPS technique, it was inferred that the origin of CeO2 PL was due to theelectrons transition from Ce4f band to O2p band and thedefect level to O2p band. However, a novel form of programmed cell death called necroptosis was recently reported. The process of necroptosis is regulated and plays a critical role in the occurrence and development of multiple human diseases. Thus,the study on the molecular mechanism of necroptosis and its effective inhibitors has been an attractive field for researchers. Herein, we introduce the molecular mechanism of necroptosis and focus on the literature about necroptosis drug screening in recent years. | 4 | XPS Studies of Magnetic Multilayers显示文摘NiOx/N81Fe19 and Co/AlOx/Co magnetic multilayers were fabricated by reactive RF/DC magnetron sputtering on clean glass substrates and oxidized Si (100) substrates, respectively. The exchange biasing field (Hex) between NiOx, and Ni81Fe19 as a function of NiOx, oxidation states was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The oxidation states and the oxide thickness of Al layers in magnetic multilayer films consisting of Co/AlOx/Co were also analyzed. It is found that the Hex of NiOx/Ni81Fe19 films only depends on Ni2+ but not on Ni3+ or Ni. The bottom Co can be completely covered by depositing an Al layer thicker than 2.0 nm. | 5 | XPS Studies of Chemical States of NiO/NiFe Interface显示文摘Ta/NiO/NiFe/Ta multilayers were prepared by radio frequency reactive and dc magnetron sputtering. The exchange coupling field between NiO and NiFe reached 9.6×103 A/m. The compositions and chemical states at the interface region of NiO/NiFe were studied using the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and peak decomposition technique. The results show that there are two thermodynamically favorable reactions at NiO/NiFe interface: NiO+Fe= Ni + FeO and 3NiO+2Fe =3 Ni+Fe203. The thickness of the chemical reaction area estimated by angle-resolved XPS was about 1-1.5 nm. | 8 | Magnetic property and interface structure of Ta/NiO/NiFe/Ta显示文摘Ta/NiO/NiFe/Ta multilayers, utilizing Ta as buffer layer, were prepared by rf reactive and dc magnetron sputtering. The exchange coupling field between NiO and NiFe reached a maximum value of 9.6 ×103 A/m at a NiO film thickness of 50 nm. The composition and chemical states at interface region of Ta/NiO/Ta were studied by using the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and peak decomposition technique. The results show that there is an 'intermixing layer' at the Ta/NiO (and NiO/Ta) interface due to a thermodynamically favorable reaction 2Ta + 5NiO = 5Ni + Ta2O5. This interface reaction has a great effect on exchange coupling. | 15 | APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL IMPEDANCE MYOGRAPHY IN CHARACTERIZING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME显示文摘Background:Electrical impedance myography(EIM)is a non-invasive,painless,and easy-to-perform technique for assessing neuromuscular disorders.We evaluated the potential of EIM for quantitatively characterizing carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS).Methods:Healthy subjects and patients with differing severity of CTS underwent EIM measurement of their small hand muscles.A bioelectrical impedance vector analysis(BIVA)method was first applied to display 50-kHz EIM data in a single plot.Results:Patients with more severe CTS had smaller EIM values in the affected muscle.The reactance and phase parameters differed significantly between any two groups(P<0.05).Their accuracy for differentiating between any two adjacent groups was approximately 80%and for other groups was approximately 90%.There was a strong association between EIM and electrophysiology results.Conclusion:BIVA is convenient and helpful for indicating the differences between healthy subjects and CTS patients.These results demonstrate EIM’s potential for quantitatively characterizing patients with CTS. | Chen Lingfen Li Zhao Zhu Yu Yang Ling Hu Shiming Chai Chunlin Tan Manqing Yu Yude Tian Dong | 2019 | 现代电生理学杂志2019,26,B03: | 0 |
