12018 update of expert consensus statement on antiplatelet therapy in East Asian patients with ACS or undergoing PCI显示文摘East Asians are the most populous race in the world and their health status is an important global issue.Compared with Caucasian populations, East Asian patients have a different benefit/risk ratio when using antithrombotic treatment. Despite this observation, treatment strategies in East Asian patients are mostly based on the American and European guidelines. Despite a lower platelet inhibitory response to clopidogrel, East Asian patients show a similar or even a lower rate of ischemic event occurrence and higher bleeding risk compared with Caucasian patients. For potent P2Y_(12) inhibitors(ticagrelor and prasugrel),East Asian patients have shown less favorable net clinical benefits compared with Caucasian patients,which may be related to differences in pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic profiles and therapeutic zone of antiplatelet effect. This updated consensus mainly focuses on state-of-the-art and current controversies in the East Asian population. 2Open land-use map:a regional land-use mapping strategy for incorporating OpenStreetMap with earth observations显示文摘A land-use map at the regional scale is a heavy computation task yet is critical to most landowners,researchers,and decision-makers,enabling them to make informed decisions for varying objectives.There are two major difficulties in generating land classification maps at the regional scale:the necessity of large data-sets of training points and the expensive computation cost in terms of both money and time.Volunteered Geographic Information opens a new era in mapping and visualizing the physical world by providing an open-access database valuable georeferenced information collected by volunteer citizens.As one of the most well-known VGI initiatives,OpenStreetMap(OSM),contributes not only to road network distribution information but also to the potential for using these data to justify and delineate land patterns.Whereas,most large-scale mapping approaches-including regional and national scales–confuse“land cover”and“land-use”,or build up the land-use database based on modeled land cover data-sets,in this study,we clearly distinguished and differentiated land-use from land cover.By focusing on our prime objective of mapping land-use and management practices,a robust regional land-use mapping approach was developed by integrating OSM data with the earth observation remote sensing imagery.Our novel approach incorporates a vital temporal component to large-scale land-use mapping while effectively eliminating the typically burdensome computation and time/money demands of such work.Furthermore,our novel approach in regional scale land-use mapping produced robust results in our study area:the overall internal accuracy of the classifier was 95.2%and the external accuracy of the classifier was measured at 74.8%.Di Yang Chiung-Shiuan Fu Audrey C.Smith Qiang Yu 2017Geo-Spatial Information Science2017,20,3:5

7太阳紫外辐射增加对水生生态系统的影响显示文摘水生生物系统为人类提供大量的食物,其主要形式是鱼类、甲壳类和海藻。全球人类所消耗的动物蛋白质的30%以上来自于海洋,在很多国家,特别是发展中国家,这个比例还会大大增加。因此,了解大阳 UV—B辐射(280~315nm)的增加对水生生态系统产品的产量有怎样的影响是十分重要的。另外,海洋还在全球变暖的过程中起着重要作用。海洋浮游生物是大气中CO_2的主要的汇,对未来大气中CO_2浓度的变化趋势起着决定性作用。海洋生物系和陆地生物圈对CO_2的净吸收的相对重要性已成为当前很多研究项目的主要内容。浮游生物构成了水中各种其它生物赖以生存的食物链的基础。海洋中浮游生物在全球海洋中的分布并不均匀。研究发现,除了大陆架的涌升区域外,高纬度地区浮游生物的浓度最高,要比热带和亚热带地区浮游生物的浓度高10~100倍。除养分、温度、盐度和光照因素外,热带和亚热带地区经常发生的高强度太阳 UV—B辐射也是影响浮游生物分布的因素之一。某种主要的浮游生物数量的减少会严重影响到水生生态系统的复杂的食物链及食物的总产量。据测算,大气中臭氧含量耗损16%会导致浮游生物数量减少5%,也就等于全世界每年的鱼产量将减少700万t。要确定UV—B辐射量小的变化对生物的影响到底有多大可能是困难的,因为生物本身有很大的不确定性和变异,而且未能很好地确定臭氧减少前的浮游生物的产量。浮游生物生产局限于透光层,即水域的上层,因为这里有充足的阳光。有机物在透光层中的位置受风和海浪作用的影响。另外,很多浮游生物因活动能力强而增加了产量及生存能力。像人类一样,浮游生物不能察觉进而避免UV—B辐射。研究表明,太阳UV—B辐射对浮游生物的定向性和游动两方面均有影响,最终会导致这些有机物生存能力的降低。研究人员直接测量了UV—B辐射在南极水域的增加量和穿透性,并提供了臭氧变化对自然界浮游生物群落影响的结论性证据。利用与南极臭氧洞有关的UV—B辐射的时间和空间的变化特性,研究人员估算了臭氧洞所覆盖的范围内浮游生物的产量,并与洞外区域进行了比较。结果表明,由于臭氧的减少而导致的UV—B辐射的增加直接引起了浮游生物数量的减少。一项研究指出,在结冰带的边缘,浮游生物的这种减少量为6%~12%。近年来,UV—B辐射对藻类和海草的影响引起了人们的关注。与浮游生物相比,多数较大型的植物被固定在它们生长的地方,因此仅受到自己生长的地方的UV—B辐射的作用和影响。最近的研究已经证明,很多红色、褐色和绿色藻类不进行光合作用。人们还发现,大阳UV—B辐射对鱼虾蟹类、两栖类及其它动物早期发育阶段有损害作用。最严重的是降低它们的繁殖能力和损害幼体的成长发育。甚至在目前强度水平下,太阳UV—B辐射仍是一种限制因素,UV—B辐射量稍微增加便会导致一些有机物数量的大大减少。在高纬度地区(高于北纬40°)的晚春季节,UV—B辐射的增加可能会影响到一些物种,因为UV—B#射的增强恰好发生在它们生长发育的关键阶段。即使UV—B辐射很少量的增加或短期的波动也会很严重地影响较敏感的物种。最近的研究已经论述了氯氟烃化合物的替代物及其分解物的潜在影响。一些氢氟碳化合物(HFCs)和氢氯氟烃化合物(HCFCs),特别是HFC134a,HCFC123和 HCFC124降解并主要生成三氟醋酸(TFA)。TFA对大多数海洋和淡水中的浮游生物来说具有轻度的毒性,人们还在推测TFA是否会在食物链中聚集。即使TFA的生产维持到下一世纪,TFA也不会达到严重毒害整个海洋浮游生物的程度。然而在局部水生生物系统内,可能会达到剧毒的程度。虽然大量的资料证明,过量的UV—B辐射无疑对水生生态系统是有害的,但目前我们只能对其潜在危害作一个粗略的估计。Donat-P.Hder Robert C.Worrest H.D.Kumar Raymond C.Smith 王新宇 1995人类环境杂志1995,24,3:1

15A machine learning framework for damage mechanism identification from acoustic emissions in unidirectional SiC/SiC composites显示文摘In this work,we demonstrate that damage mechanism identification from acoustic emission(AE)signals generated in minicomposites with elastically similar constituents is possible.AE waveforms were generated by SiC/SiC ceramic matrix minicomposites(CMCs)loaded under uniaxial tension and recorded by four sensors(two models with each model placed at two ends).Signals were encoded with a modified partial power scheme and subsequently partitioned through spectral clustering.Matrix cracking and fiber failure were identified based on the frequency information contained in the AE event they produced,despite the similar constituent elastic properties of the matrix and fiber.Importantly,the resultant identification of AE events closely followed CMC damage chronology,wherein early matrix cracking is later followed by fiber breaks,even though the approach is fully domain-knowledge agnostic.Additionally,the partitions were highly precise across both the model and location of the sensors,and the partitioning was repeatable.The presented approach is promising for CMCs and other composite systems with elastically similar constituents.C.Muir B.Swaminathan K.Fields A.S.Almansour K.Sevener C.Smith M.Presby J.D.Kiser T.M.Pollock S.Daly 2021npj Computational Materials2021,,1:1
