| 1 | Microporous carbon nanofibers prepared by combining electrospinning and phase separation methods for supercapacitor显示文摘Microporous carbon nanofibers(MCNFs) derived from polyacrylonitrile nanofibers were fabricated via electrospinning technology and phase separation in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).PVP together with a mixed solvent of N,N-Dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide was used as poreforming agent.The influences of PVP content in casting solution on the structure and electrochemical performance of the MCNFs were also investigated.The highest capacitance of 200 F/g was obtained on a three-electrode system at a scan rate of 0.5 A/g.The good performance was owing to the high specific surface area and the large amount of micro-pores,which enhanced the absorption and the transportation efficiency of electrolyte ion during charge/discharge process.This research indicated that the combination of electrospinning and phase separation technology could be used to fabricate microporous carbon nanofibers as electrode materials for supercapacitors with high specific surface area and outstanding electrochemical performance. | Chang Liu Yongtao Tan Ying Liu Kuiwen Shen Bowu Peng Xiaoqin Niu Fen Ran | 2016 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2016,25,4: | 5 |
| 2 | Radiation induced graft polymerization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes for superhydrophobic composite membrane preparation显示文摘Highly soluble multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) were prepared by radiation-induced free radical graft polymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc) onto pristine MWNT surfaces. High resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM), Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, and micro-Raman spectroscopy were used to confirm that poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc) had been successfully grafted onto the surface of the MWNTs. The effects of experimental parameters on the degree of grafting(DG) of PVAc were also investigated, including adsorbed dose, dose rate, initial monomer concentration, and solvents. The grafted MWNTs(MWNTs-g-PVAc) exhibited good solubility in common organic solvents at high mass fraction. | 3 | High-selective removal of ultra-low level mercury ions from aqueous solution using oligothymonucleic acid functionalized polyethylene film显示文摘We prepare oligothymonucleic acid (OTA) functionalized polyethylene (PE) film and evaluate its selective removal ability of mercury ions at ultra-low levels in aqueous solution. The selective binding of OTA with mercury ions is confirmed by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). | 4 | Characterization of transgene integration pattern in F4 hGH-transgenic common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.)显示文摘The integration pattern and adjacent host sequences of the inserted pMThGH-transgene in the F4 hGH-transgeniccommon carp were extensively studied. Here we show that each F4 transgenic fish contained about 200 copies of thepMThGH-transgene and the transgenes were integrated into the host genome generally with concatemers in a head-to-tail arrangement at 4-5 insertion sites. By using a method of plasmid rescue, four hundred copies of transgenes fromtwo individuals of F4 transgenic fish, A and B, were recovered and clarified into 6 classes. All classes of recoveredtransgenes contained either complete or partial pMThGH sequences. The class I, which comprised 83% and 84.5%respectively of the recovered transgene copies from fish A and B, had maintained the original configuration, indicatingthat most transgenes were faithfully inherited during the four generations of reproduction. The other five classes weredifferent from the original configuration in both molecular weight and restriction map, indicating that a few transgeneshad undergone mutation, rearrangement or deletion during integration and germline transmission. In the five types ofaberrant transgenes, three flanking sequences of the host genome were analyzed. | 12 | Significance of effector protease receptor-1 expression and its relationship with proliferation and apoptotic index in patients with primary advanced gastric adenocarcinoma显示文摘AIM:To investigate the expression of effector protease receptor-1 (EPR-1),proliferative index Ki-67 and apoptosis index in patients with primary advanced gastric adenocarcinoma and to clarify the significance of EPR-1 expression and its correlationship with the proliferation and apoptosis indexes.METHODS:Using immmunohistochemical staining and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated nick end labelling (TUNEL) technique,we determined the expression of EPR-1,proliferative index (Ki-67) and apoptotic index (AI) in 120 paraffin-embedded specimens of primary advanced gastric adenocarcinoma as well as lymph node metastasis and agjacent normal tissues.RESULTS:EPR-1 expression was distributed in the cytoplasm of normal gastric mycoderma,carcinoma cells and smooth muscl cells.The plsitive rate of EPR-1 expression in the primary gastric adenocarcinomas,invasion tumor node and lymph node metastasis was 65.83%,55.29% and 68%,respectively.While the positive rate in normal gastric mycoderma and smooth muscle cells was 46.7% and 53.3%,respectively.The average positive rate of Ki-67 in EPR-1-positive tumors was 7.00% which was significantly lower than that of 8.53% in EPR-1-negative tumors,but the average AI in EPR-1-positive tumors was 1.25%,which was significantly higher than that of 1.00% observed in EPR-1-negative tumors.On the other hand,the average positive labeling index for Ki-67(ki-67) in EPR-1-positive lymph node metastasis was 7.65%,which was significantly lower than that of 9.44% observed in EPR-1-negative lymph node metastasis.However,the average AI in EPR-1-positive lymph node metastasis tumors was 0.99%,which was significantly higher than that of .67% observed in EPR-1-negative lymph node metastasis.CONCLUSION:The frequency of EPR-1 exrpession was significantly higher in primary gastric adenocarcinoma and in its lymph node metastasis than that in normal gastric mucosa.Expression of EPR-1 Score is positively correlated with apoptosis index,but is negatively realted with proliferative index.Thus,Weighted EPR-1 Score and EPR-1 expression in gastric adenocarcinoma cells maybe a potential marker in clinical setting. | Xue-QuanYao Fu-KunLin Jie-ShouLi Xiao-PingQi BoWu Hong-LinYin Heng-HuiMa Qun-LiShi Xiao-JunZhou | 2004 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2004,10,9: | 1 |
