1Overexpression of cyclin E in Mongolian gerbil with Helicobacter pylori-induced gastric precancerosis显示文摘AIM: To explore dysregulation of cyclin E in malignancies,and to further investigate the role of cyclin E in Helicobacterpylori ( H. pylori)-induced gastric precancerosis.METHODS: Four-week-old specific pathogen-free maleMongolian gerbils were employed in the study. 0.5 mL 1 ×108 cfu@ L- 1 suspension of H. pylori NTCC11637 in Brucellabroth was inoculated orally into each of 20 Mongolian gerbils, and a further 20 gerbils were inoculated with Brucella brothas controls. 10 of the infected gerbils and 10 of the non-infected control gerbils were sacrificed at 25, 45 wk afterinfection. The expression of cyclin E was analyzed by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical studies with monoclonalantibody to cyclin E in Mongolian gerbil of H. pylori-induced gastric precancerosis.RESULTS: H. pylori was constantly detected in all infectedanimals throughout the study. At 25 wk after infection of H.pylori, ulcers were observed in the antral and body ofstomach ( n = 6). Histological examination showed that allanimals developed severe inflammation and multifocallymphoid follicles appeared in the lamina propria andsubmucosa of gastric antrum. At 45 wk after infection of H.pylori, severe atrophic gastritis (n = 10), intestinalmetaplasia (n = 8) and dysplasia (n = 6) could beobserved. Cyclin E mRNA levels were significantly more at25 wk after infection of H. pylori (1.27±0.26), and at45 wkafter infection of H. pylori (1.82 ± 0.39 ) than control-animals (0.59 ± 0.20, P< 0.01) ; cyclin E mRNA levels wereevaluated by 2.2-fold at 25 wk ( P < 0.01 ) and 3. 1-fold at 45wk ( P < 0.01 ) precancarosis induced by H. pylori, whencompared with control gastric epithelium of Mongoliangerbil. Immunohistochemical staining revealed exclusivenuclear staining of cyclin E. 3Overexpression of c-fos in Helicobacter pylori-induced gastric precancerosis of Mongolian gerbil显示文摘AIM: To explore dysregulation of c-fos in several human malignancies, and to further investigate the role of c-fos in Helicobacter pylori ( H. pylori)-induced gastric precancerosis.METHODS: Four-week-old male Mongolian gerbils were H. pyloriNCTC 11 637 in Brucella broth were inoculated orally into 20 Mongolian gerbils. Another 20 gerbils were inoculated with Brucella broth as controls. 10 of the infected gerbils and 10 of the non- infected control gerbils were sacrificed at 25 and 45 weeks after infection. The stomach of each gerbil was removed and opened for macroscopic observation. The expression of c-fos was analyzed by RTPCR and immunohistochemical studies in H. pylori-induced gastric precancerosis of Mongolian gerbil. Half of each gastric antrum mucosa was dissected for RNA isolation and RTPCR. β-actin was used as the housekeeping gene and amplified with c-fos as contrast. PCR products of c-fos were analyzed by gel image system and the level of c-fos was reflected with the ratio of c-fos/β-actin. The immunostaining for c-foswas conducted using monoclonal antibody of c-fosand the StreptAvidin-Biotin-enzyme Complex kit.RESULTS: H. pyloriwas constantly found in all infected animals in this study. After infection of H. Pylorifor 25 weeks,ulcers were observed in the antral and the body of stomach of 60 % infected animals (6/10). Histological examination showed that all animals developed severe inflammation, especially in the area close to ulcers, and multifocal lymphoid follicles appeared in the lamina propria and submucosa. After infection of H. Pylorifor 45 weeks, severe atrophic gastritis in all infected animals, intestinal metaplasia in 80 % infected animals (8/10) and dysplasia in 60 % infected animals (6/10) could be observed. C-fos mRNA levels were significantlyhigher after infection of H. pylorifor 25 weeks (1.84±0.79),and for 45 weeks (1.59±0.37) than those in control-animals (0.74±0.22, P<0.01). C-fos mRNA levels were increased 2.5-fold by 25th week (P<0.01) and 2.1-fold by 45th week (P<0.01) in precancerosis induced by H. pylori, when compared with normal gastric epithelium of Mongolian gerbil. Immunohistochemical staining revealed exclusive nuclear staining of c-fos. 4Mechanical stress distribution and risk assessment of 110 kV GIS insulator considering Al_(2)O_(3)settlement显示文摘The growing application of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)in electric power system asks for higher reliability of epoxy(EP)insulators,thus it is important to seek effective methods to improve the operating reliability of GIS insulators.On the basis of the 110 kV GIS insulator,this study studied the aluminium oxide(Al_(2)O_(3))settlement in the curing process and the stress distribution of the horizontally laid GIS.Besides,the risk coefficient was defined to evaluate the operating reliability of insulators laid by different methods(I-V).Some conclusions are shown below:the Al_(2)O_(3)settlement in the curing process causes the insulator density to have a large variation from 2.13 to 2.32 g/cm^(3).The Al_(2)O_(3)content has a great influence on the mechanical performances of EP/Al_(2)O_(3)system.The first principle stress is localised on the upper interface between the insulator and the conductor,which is the main threat to the mechanical damage of insulator.The laying method V appears to be optimal with a pretty low risk coefficient of 31.5.In actual application,for the horizontally laid GIS,the insulator should be laid with the mould gate downward to improve its mechanical reliability.Hucheng Liang Boxue Du Jin Li Zehua Wang 2019High Voltage2019,4,1:5
5Promising functional graded materials for compact gaseous insulated switchgears/pipelines显示文摘The electric field distributions along gas-solid interfaces determine the reliability,lifetimes and sizes of gaseous insulated switchgears/pipelines(GIS/GIL),which also affect the reliability of power systems.In this study,the characteristics of steady and transient electric field distributions were first introduced,followed by the concept of functionally graded materials(FGMs).The development histories of FGM applied in electrical engineering and the related optimisation methods were described in detail.The field regulation effect and fabrication technology of different FGM insulators were also compared.To overcome the limitations of traditional FGM insulators,the design of surface FGM(SFGM)was proposed,together with their preparation methods and electrical performance.Furthermore,the future development prospects of FGM and SFGM insulators for compact GIS/GIL were summarised.Jin Li Hucheng Liang Yun Chen Boxue Du 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:5
6High power and stable P-doped yolk-shell structured Si@C anode simultaneously enhancing conductivity and Li^(+)diffusion kinetics显示文摘Silicon is a low price and high capacity ancxje material for lithium-ion batteries.The yolk-shell structure can effectively accommodate Si expansion to improve stability.However,the limited rate performance of Si anodes can't meet people's growing demand for high power density.Herein,the phosphorus-doped yolk-shell Si@C materials(P-doped Si@C)were prepared through carbon coating on P-doped Si/SiO_(x)matrix to obtain high power and stable devices.Therefore,the as-prepared P-doped Si@C electrodes delivered a rapid increase in Coulombic efficiency from 74.4%to 99.6%after only 6 cycles,high capacity retention of-95%over 800 cycles at 4 A·g^(-1),and great rate capability(510 mAh·g^(-1)at 35 A·g^(-1)).As a result,P-doped Si@C anodes paired with commercial activated carbon and LiFePO_(4)cathode to assemble lithium-ion capacitor(high power density of〜61,080 W·kg^(-1)at 20 A·g^(-1))and lithium-ion full cell(good rate performance with 68.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 5 C),respectively.This work can provide an effective way tofurther improve power density and stability for energy storage devices.Ming Chen Qinnan Zhou Jiantao Zai Asma Iqbal TsegayeTadesse Tsega Boxu Dong Xuejiao Liu Yuchi Zhang Changyu Yan Liang Zhao Ali Nazakat SharelPeisan E CheeTongJohn Low Xuefeng Qian 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:5
7Effect of chemical corrosion on charge transport behaviour in epoxy/Al_(2)O_(3)nanocomposite irradiated by gamma ray显示文摘Chemical corrosion and gamma‐ray irradiation appeared with the loss of coolant accident may seriously threaten the safe operation of a nuclear power plant,where epoxy resin(ER)‐based materials are widely used.It is urgent to study the effects of the corrosion and the irradiation on the electrical performance in an ER‐based nanocomposite.In this work,ER/Al_(2)O_(3)nanocomposite samples with 0,1,3,5‐wt%nano Al2O3 filler content were prepared at the thickness of 2 mm,and the total gamma irradiation dose was 0,500,and 1000 kGy.The samples were chemically corroded in a boric acid solution(pH=4.7)and a trisodium phosphate alkaline solution(pH=11)at 60℃and 100℃for 48 h.Charge transport behaviour in the samples was derived from the surface potential decay method.In addition,the sample structures were characterised to analyse the corrosion mechanism in the solutions.The results indicated that the depth and the density of the trap showed a temperature‐dependent manner associated with the corrosion.With the addition of appropriate content of the filler,the trap centre was deepened and the carrier mobility was limited even after the corrosion.It is found that the appearance of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups during corrosion,the interaction between the nanoparticle and the matrix and the crosslinking reaction caused by the irradiation are responsible for the variation in charge transport behaviour.Yu Gao Jing Li Bangbang Xu Binyuan Ye Boxue Du 2022High Voltage2022,7,1:4
8Mechanisms of Apigenin-7-glucoside As a Hepatoprotective Agent显示文摘Ixeris chinesis (Thunb.) Ankai has been used as a Chinese folk medicine, but only scanty information is available on the physiological and biochemical functions of the compounds extracted from I. chinesis. In the present study the effects of apigenin -7-glucoside (APIG) isolated from I. chinesis against liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) were investigated. Methods The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT), and reduced glutathione (GSH) were evaluated by spectrophotography. The content of 8-Hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) was measured with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipped with electrochemical and UV detection methods. The antioxidant activity of APIG was evaluated using chemiluminescence single photon counting technology. Results CCl4 significantly increased the enzyme activities of GPT and GOT in blood serum, as well as the level of MDA and 8-OHdG in liver tissue, and decreased the levels of GSH. Pretreatment with APIG was able not only to suppress the elevation of GPT, GOT, MDA and 8-OHdG, and inhibit the reduction of GSH in a dose-dependent manner in vivo, but also to reduce the damage of hepatocytes in vitro. On the other hand, we also found that APIG had strong antioxidant activity against reactive oxygen species (ROS) in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion The hepatoprotective activity of APIG is possibly due to its antioxidant properties, acting as scavengers of ROS. These results obtained in vivo and in vitro suggest that APIG has protective effects against hepatic oxidative injury induced by chemicals. 9Nonlinear Response Analysis for Insulation Diagnosis of Water-tree Aged 10 kV XLPE Cable Using Pulse Voltage显示文摘The diagnosis of water trees of cable insulation is of great importance as the water-treeing is a primary cause of aging breakdown for the middle voltage cables. In this paper, it is described how the water-tree-aged 10 kV XLPE cables were diagnosed. The cables were subjected to electrical stress of 5.9 kV/mm and a thermal load cycle in a curved water-filled tube for 3, 6 and 12 months of aging in accor- dance with the accelerated water-tree test method. The aged cables were used as the samples for water-tree diagnosis. First, the water-tree degraded cable, was charged by a DC voltage, and then the cable was grounded while a pulse voltage was applied to it for releasing the space charge trapped in the water trees. The amount of the space charge, which corresponds to the deterioration degree of the water trees, was calculated. The effects of DC voltage amplitude, pulse voltage repetition rate and aging conditions on the amount of the space charge were studied. Obtained results show that the amount of the space charge has a positive correlation with the applied DC voltage and the ag- ing time of the cables, and that a peak value of space charge appears with the increase of the pulse voltage repetition rate. An optimum pulse voltage repetition rate under which the space charge can be released rapidly is obtained. Furthermore, the releasing mechanism of space charge by the pulse voltage is discussed. 10Electrical tree degradation in high-voltage cable insulation:progress and challenges显示文摘High-voltage direct current(HVDC)and high-voltage alternating current(HVAC)cables are the most important equipment for high-voltage,large-capacity and long-distance power transmission.Electrical tree is a pre-breakdown phenomenon leading to failure of insulation materials,and it is the major issue that threatens the safe and stable operation of HVDC and HVAC cable systems.This study summarises and analyses the achievements in the research of electrical tree for HVDC and HVAC cables.The initiation mechanisms of the electrical tree,including Maxwell electro-mechanical stress,charge injection-extraction,charge trapping and electroluminescence theories,are elaborated for fully understanding the electrical degradation process in insulation materials.Then,the influences of the high electric field,high temperature and mechanical stress on electrical tree behaviours are discussed,and the relationship between charge transport and the electrical tree is analysed and illustrated.The suppression methods of the electrical tree are put forward by introducing inorganic and organic additives into insulation materials,and the suppression mechanisms are presented from the viewpoints of the structure-property and microscale-macroscale relationships.Recently,the electrical tree research studies are focused on the high-precision of initiation models,high-dependence of multi-physical fields and high-efficiency of suppression methods.The achievements provide theoretical support for improving the electrical performance of insulation materials,while it is a practical problem to explore their application feasibility in HVDC and HVAC cable.Jingang Su Boxue Du Jin Li Zhonglei Li 2020High Voltage2020,5,4:3
11Inhibitory effect of agmatine on proliferation of tumor cells by modulation of polyamine metabolism显示文摘Aim: To assess the inhibitory effect of agmatine on tumor growth in vivo and tumor cell proliferation in vitro. Methods: The transplanted animal model,[^3H]thymidine incorporation assay, 3-[4,5-dimethythiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium assay, and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release assay were performed.Results: Agmatine, at doses of 5-40mg/kg, suppressed the S180 sarcoma tumor growth dose-dependently in mice in vivo and the highest inhibitory ratio reached 31.3% in Kunming mice and 50.0% in Balb/c mice, respectively. Similar results were obtained in the transplanted B16 melanoma tumor model. Agmatine (1-1000μmol/L) was able to attenuate the proliferation of cultured MCF-7 human breast cancer cells in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner and the highest inhibitory ratio reached 50.3% in the [^3H]thymidine incorporation assay.Additionally, in the LDH release assay, spermine (20μmol/L) and spermidine (20μmol/L) increased the LDH release significantly, but agmatine (1-1000μmol/L) did not, indicating that the inhibitory effect of agmatine on the proliferation of MCF was not related to cellular toxicity. In the [^3H]thymidine incorporation assay,putrescine (12.5-100.0μmol/L) could reverse the inhibitory effect of agmatine on the proliferation of MCF concentration-dependently, suggesting that the inhibitory effect of agmatine on the proliferation of MCF might be associated with a decreased level of the intracellular polyamines pool. 12Evaluation of high-voltage AC cable grounding systems based on the real-time monitoring and theoretical calculation of grounding currents显示文摘For high-voltage(HV)AC cable transmission systems,the metal sheaths of three separate single-core cables are cross-bonded at each end of the cable section,to suppress the induced voltages in sheaths.The status of HV cable grounding systems is,therefore,an important consideration for power utilities.This study presents the status evaluations of 93 cable grounding systems in Beijing,obtained using the standards established by State Grid Corporation of China.As a result,13 of these systems were classified as abnormal or defective.Additionally,a theoretical calculation of grounding currents was proposed and these 13 systems are re-evaluated by comparing the calculated and measured values of certain parameters.Based on this work,the authors propose a modified evaluation standards.It is indicated that the absolute value of grounding current(|I|)during a given 24-hr period has no relationship with the status of grounding system,and the ratio of grounding current to load current(K)at the time of maximum load current could be used as a status indicator instead of K at some other time,in order to avoid possible incorrect evaluations due to light load conditions.Zhonglei Li Boxue Du Wang Li 2018High Voltage2018,3,1:3
13Passivating buried interface with multifunctional novel ionic liquid containing simultaneously fluorinated anion and cation yielding stable perovskite solar cells over 23% efficiency显示文摘Interfacial defects and energy barrier would result in serious interfacial non-radiative recombination losses.In addition,the quality of perovskite films is highly dependent on deposition substrates.Consequently,there is an urgent desire to develop multifunctional interface modulators to manage the interface between electron transport layer and perovskite layer.Here,we report a multifunctional buried interface modulation strategy that 4-fluoro-phenylammonium tetrafluoroborate (FBABF_(4)) consisting of simultaneously fluorinated anion and cation is inserted between SnO_(2)layer and perovskite layer.It is uncovered by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy that the anion and cation in modifier are mainly located at this interface,which is put down to coordination bond of the fluorine atom on BF_(4)^(-) with SnO_(2),and the hydrogen bond of the fluorine atom on FBA^(+) with formamidinium.This suggests that simultaneous fluorination of anion and cation in the ionic liquid molecule is of crucial importance to ameliorate interfacial contact through chemical linker.The interface modification approach enables the realization of interfacial defect passivation,interfacial energy band alignment modulation,and perovskite crystallization manipulation,which are translated into enhanced efficiency and stability as well as significantly suppressed hysteresis.The multiple functions of FBABF_(4) endow the modified solar cells excellent photovoltaic performance with an efficiency exceeding 23%along with appealing long-term stability.This work highlights the critical role of fluorination strategy in engineering multifunctional organic salt modulators for improving interfacial contact.Deyu Gao Liqun Yang Xiaohui Ma Xueni Shang Chen Wang Mengjia Li Xinmeng Zhuang Boxue Zhang Hongwei Song Jiangzhao Chen Cong Chen 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:2
14FTIR Spectroscopy in Cultural Heritage Studies: Non-destructive Analysis of Chinese Handmade Papers显示文摘Chinese handmade papers have been the carriers of paper-based documents, paintings and calligraphies, which are of great importance for historical and cultural heritage studies. This research developed the attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopic technique for the analysis of Chinese handmade papers. The test was applied to Chinese handmade papers taken from bark, hemp and bamboo groups, followed by papers from ancient books and arts collected in library and museum. Our study indicated tliat FTIR was an efficient analytical method to identify fiber types of library/museum papers of unknown origin. Moreover, information about degree of crystallinity and state of deterioration of cellulosic fibers was learned from FTIR spectra. 15Outlier deletion based improvement on the StOMP algorithm for sparse solution of large-scale underdetermined problems显示文摘StOMP algorithm is well suited to large-scale underdetermined applications in sparse vector estimations.It can reduce computation complexity and has some attractive asymptotical statistical properties.However,the estimation speed is at the cost of accuracy violation.This paper suggests an improvement on the StOMP algorithm that is more efficient in finding a sparse solution to the large-scale underdetermined problems.Also,compared with StOMP,this modified algorithm can not only more accurately estimate parameters for the distribution of matched filter coefficients,but also improve estimation accuracy for the sparse vector itself.Theoretical success boundary is provided based on a large-system limit for approximate recovery of sparse vector by modified algorithm,which validates that the modified algorithm is more efficient than StOMP.Actual computations with simulated data show that without significant increment in computation time,the proposed algorithm can greatly improve the estimation accuracy.ZHANG WanHong ZHOU Tong HUANG BoXue 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,9:2
