1Effect of chemical corrosion on charge transport behaviour in epoxy/Al_(2)O_(3)nanocomposite irradiated by gamma ray显示文摘Chemical corrosion and gamma‐ray irradiation appeared with the loss of coolant accident may seriously threaten the safe operation of a nuclear power plant,where epoxy resin(ER)‐based materials are widely used.It is urgent to study the effects of the corrosion and the irradiation on the electrical performance in an ER‐based nanocomposite.In this work,ER/Al_(2)O_(3)nanocomposite samples with 0,1,3,5‐wt%nano Al2O3 filler content were prepared at the thickness of 2 mm,and the total gamma irradiation dose was 0,500,and 1000 kGy.The samples were chemically corroded in a boric acid solution(pH=4.7)and a trisodium phosphate alkaline solution(pH=11)at 60℃and 100℃for 48 h.Charge transport behaviour in the samples was derived from the surface potential decay method.In addition,the sample structures were characterised to analyse the corrosion mechanism in the solutions.The results indicated that the depth and the density of the trap showed a temperature‐dependent manner associated with the corrosion.With the addition of appropriate content of the filler,the trap centre was deepened and the carrier mobility was limited even after the corrosion.It is found that the appearance of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups during corrosion,the interaction between the nanoparticle and the matrix and the crosslinking reaction caused by the irradiation are responsible for the variation in charge transport behaviour.Yu Gao Jing Li Bangbang Xu Binyuan Ye Boxue Du 2022High Voltage2022,7,1:4
2Passivating buried interface with multifunctional novel ionic liquid containing simultaneously fluorinated anion and cation yielding stable perovskite solar cells over 23% efficiency显示文摘Interfacial defects and energy barrier would result in serious interfacial non-radiative recombination losses.In addition,the quality of perovskite films is highly dependent on deposition substrates.Consequently,there is an urgent desire to develop multifunctional interface modulators to manage the interface between electron transport layer and perovskite layer.Here,we report a multifunctional buried interface modulation strategy that 4-fluoro-phenylammonium tetrafluoroborate (FBABF_(4)) consisting of simultaneously fluorinated anion and cation is inserted between SnO_(2)layer and perovskite layer.It is uncovered by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy that the anion and cation in modifier are mainly located at this interface,which is put down to coordination bond of the fluorine atom on BF_(4)^(-) with SnO_(2),and the hydrogen bond of the fluorine atom on FBA^(+) with formamidinium.This suggests that simultaneous fluorination of anion and cation in the ionic liquid molecule is of crucial importance to ameliorate interfacial contact through chemical linker.The interface modification approach enables the realization of interfacial defect passivation,interfacial energy band alignment modulation,and perovskite crystallization manipulation,which are translated into enhanced efficiency and stability as well as significantly suppressed hysteresis.The multiple functions of FBABF_(4) endow the modified solar cells excellent photovoltaic performance with an efficiency exceeding 23%along with appealing long-term stability.This work highlights the critical role of fluorination strategy in engineering multifunctional organic salt modulators for improving interfacial contact.Deyu Gao Liqun Yang Xiaohui Ma Xueni Shang Chen Wang Mengjia Li Xinmeng Zhuang Boxue Zhang Hongwei Song Jiangzhao Chen Cong Chen 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:2
3FTIR Spectroscopy in Cultural Heritage Studies: Non-destructive Analysis of Chinese Handmade Papers显示文摘Chinese handmade papers have been the carriers of paper-based documents, paintings and calligraphies, which are of great importance for historical and cultural heritage studies. This research developed the attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopic technique for the analysis of Chinese handmade papers. The test was applied to Chinese handmade papers taken from bark, hemp and bamboo groups, followed by papers from ancient books and arts collected in library and museum. Our study indicated tliat FTIR was an efficient analytical method to identify fiber types of library/museum papers of unknown origin. Moreover, information about degree of crystallinity and state of deterioration of cellulosic fibers was learned from FTIR spectra. 4Evaluation of temperature distribution for bone drilling considering aging factor显示文摘Bone drilling is a routine operation in surgeries,such as neurosurgery and orthopedics.However,the excessive drilling temperature may cause severe thermal damage to the bone tissue.Therefore,the drilling temperature determination of bone tissue can reduce the harm caused by thermal damage.A time-varying temperature field simulation model of bone drilling was set up by ABAQUS software in this paper,based on the Johnson-Cook model.Then it was validated with experiments by drilling cortical bone of fresh bovine shaft of the femur.The relative error between the experimental values and the theoretical values within 7.67%showed a good consistency.Furthermore,the aging factor is also considered to evaluate the temperature field of bone drilling.The results showed that the drilling temperature near the bone-drill area increased significantly.The drilling temperature of cortical bone decreases sharply with the radial distance and exhibits a hysteresis lag in the axial distribution.The aging factor mainly affects the peak of drilling temperature.The peak of drilling temperature tends to increase with age.The peak drilling temperature in the elderly(70y)was up to 6.8%higher than that in the young(20y),indicating that the elderly is more prone to excessive drilling temperature.Therefore,special attention should be paid to the temperature control of elderly bone tissue.Huanxin Wang Xiangsheng Gao Boxu Wang Min Wang Yunan Liu Tao Zan Peng Gao Chaozong Liu 2022Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4:0
5Charge transport behavior in gamma‐ray irradiated poly(ethylene terephthalate)estimated by surface potential decay显示文摘This study reports on the variation in charge transport behaviour of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)caused by gamma‐ray irradiation estimated by means of surface potential decay(SPD)measurement.The 100μm‐thick PET specimens were exposed to 60Co gamma rays to a maximum total dose of 1000 kGy.The SPD test was carried out to obtain charge transport related parameters via various models,and the effect of gamma‐ray on the transport behaviour was examined.Furthermore,Fourier trans-form infrared spectrum,gel content,ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy,X‐ray photo-electron spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and polarized optical microscope were employed to characterize the change in material structure induced by the irradiation.The test results indicated that with the growth in the total dose,the deep trap centre was basically unchanged,whereas the shallow trap centre became shallower.In addition,the trap density tended to decrease.The carrier mobility in PET increased with the total dose,and the charge transport manner conformed well to the hopping model.It is suggested that the formation of oxygen‐based groups from the irradiation induced oxidation reaction tends to encourage the charge transport,while the decrease of amorphous region gives rise to the reduction in trap density.Yu Gao Nan Li Jing Li Boxue Du Ziyang Liu 2021High Voltage2021,6,3:0
6Effects of nanofiller and voltage stabilizer on partial discharge resistance of polypropylene/elastomer blends:A comparison study显示文摘This paper reports on the individual and synergistic influence mechanisms of nano-silica(SiO_(2))and voltage stabilizers on partial discharge(PD)resistance of polypropylene blended with ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer.The SiO_(2)nanoparticles and three types of voltage stabilizers,that is,benzoin,4,40-dimethoxybenzil,and 3-aminobenzoic acid are selected as fillers to prepare samples.PD is initiated in a rod-to-plane electrode system with an alternating current voltage of 5 kVrms.PD characteristics are captured with multi-sensors,and the erosion profile of the test sample is measured using a three-dimensional(3D)optical profilometer.Carrier trap distribution is extracted with isothermal surface potential decay measurement to assist the analysis of PD eroding material.Fourier transform infrared spectrum,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction spectrum,and differential scanning calorimetry analysis are performed to reveal the change in material structures caused by the fillers.Test results indicate that the PD resistance of the blend can be improved by the addition of nano-SiO_(2)and voltage stabilizers individually and synergistically.The PD resistance of PO is increased by 71.2%at most in the sample with 3 wt%nano-SiO_(2)addition.The sample filled with SiO_(2)exhibits better PD resistance than that with the voltage stabilizer or co-added,which should be ascribed to the introduction of deep traps,the formation of the packaged layer,the suppression of oxygen diffusion of the nanofillers,and the good compatibility between additives and the polymer matrix.Yu Gao Jing Li Xuri Xu Jinjing Peng Tao Han Boxue Du 2023High Voltage2023,8,2:0
