1Experimental Study on Anti-adjuvant Arthritis in Rats of Kadsura coccinea显示文摘[Objectives] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kadsura coccinea on adjuvant arthritis( AA) rats and its mechanism from cytokine levels. [Methods] The complete Freund's adjuvant( CFA)-induced AA model of rats was used. The therapeutic effect of K. coccinea on AA rats was evaluated by the articular swelling,arthritis score,immune organ index and hematoxylin-eosin( HE) staining. The content of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1β in the serum of AA rats was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) respectively. [Results]Compared with the model group,the total extract of K. coccinea( KCTE) could significantly inhibit the primary and secondary articular swelling of AA rats,lower the arthritis score and immune organ index,and improve the pathological state of ankles of AA rats. In the groups with a high and middle dosage of KCTE( KCTE-H and KCTE-M),KCTE could significantly reduce the content of TNF-α and IL-6 in the serum of rats,exhibiting a certain dose-effect relationship. 3Two birds with one stone:Construction of bifunctional-POSS hybridized boron-silicon ceramicized phenolic composites and its ablation behavior显示文摘To further enhance the ablation resistance properties of thermosetting phenolic resin matrix composites,in this work,bifunctional alkalic heptaphenyltrisilanol sodium salt polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane was utilized to catalyze the synthesis of boron phenolic resin and provide silicon source to obtain boron-silicon hybrid phenolic resin(BPOSSPR)with excellent ablative resistance.BPOSSPR possesses a low cur-ing activation energy(101.4 kJ/mol)and excellent thermal properties(initial decomposition temperature was 453.0℃and char yield at 1000℃was 72.7%).The mechanical and thermal insulation properties of carbon fiber reinforced BPOSSPR composites(CF/BPOSSPR)and high silica fiber reinforced BPOSSPR composites(HSF/BPOSSPR)are significantly enhanced.The linear ablation rate and mass ablation rate of CF/BPOSSPR are as low as 0.003 mm/s and 0.0354 g/s;those of HSF/BPOSSPR are 0.119 mm/s and 0.0264 g/s.The ablation-resistance mechanism of BPOSSPR composites is mainly due to the formation of ceramic thermal barrier layers under high temperature conditions,such as B_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),borosilicate glass,SiC,which might play an effective role in protecting against heat flow erosion.As a result of these ex-cellent properties,the innovative heat shielding BPOSSPR composites could offer the ability to tolerate harsher environment in future aerospace applications.Zhaoqi Niu Yi Xin Luyao Wang Shuai Shen Xiaoyan Ma Beixi Chen Chengzhi Wang Fang Chen Chengshuang Zhang Xiao Hou 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,10:0
4A Self-Attention-Based Stock Prediction Method Using Long Short-Term Memory Network Architecture显示文摘The ability to analyze the trend of the stock market has always been paid high attention to.A large number of machine learning technologies have been used for stock analysis and prediction.The traditional time series prediction models,including RNN,LSTM and their deformed bodies,show the problems of gradient disappearance and low efficiency in long-span prediction.This paper proposes a long-term and short-term memory network architecture,which based on Encoder and Decoder Stacks and self-attention mechanism,replacing the feature extraction part of traditionalLSTMthrough self-attentionmechanism and provides interpretable insights into the dynamics of time.Through the results of simulation experiments,this paper shows the comparison of stock prediction effects through using RNN,Bi-LSTM and Encoder and Decoder-Attention-LSTM models.The experimental task shows that the prediction accuracy of this model is improved by an order of magnitude compared with the traditional LSTM-like model,and can achieve high accuracy when the epoch is small.Xiaojun Ye Beixi Ning Pengyuan Bian Xiaoning Feng 2023国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2023,,1:0
5Highly efficient photocatalytic reduction of nitrogen into ammonia by single Ru atom catalyst supported by BeO monolayer显示文摘Ammonia(NH_(3))is one of the most important building blocks of the chemical industry and a promising sustainable energy carrier.Conventional production of NH_(3)via the Haber-Bosch process requires high temperature and high pressure,which is energy demanding and suffers safety issues.Photocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)is a green and sustainable route for NH_(3) production,and has been expected to be an alternative for NH_(3)production under mild conditions.However,solar-driven N_(2)activated has appeared as the bottleneck for photocatalytic NRR.In this work,we propose that single Ru atom supported by BeO monolayer is a promising photocatalytic single atom catalyst(SAC)for efficient N_(2)activation with visible illumination.The high efficiency originates from the enhanced absorption in the visible range,as well as the back-donation mechanism when N_(2)were adsorbed on the SAC.Our results show that N_(2)can be efficiently activated by the Ru/BeO SAC and be reduced to NH_(3) with extremely low limiting potential of-0.41 V.The NRR process also exhibits dominate selectivity respect to hydrogen evolution.Saifei Yuan Beixi Xu Shujuan Li Wenbiao Zhu Shulai Lei Wenyue Guo Hao Ren 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1:0
6Arctic security: evolution of Arctic security dynamics and prospect for a security regime in the Arctic显示文摘The security dynamics in the Arctic since the Cold War has transitioned from militarization,to de-militarization,and to re-militarization.Under the circumstances of ongoing globalization and climate change,the Arctic states have accorded priority to the enhancement of military capacities in the region,with a view to safeguarding sovereign rights,ensuring navigation security of Arctic waterways,responding to contingencies and guaranteeing civil security.Such military capacity-building measures are otherwise interpreted as initiatives to resume arms race in the Arctic,which would be contributive to the security dilemma.Subject to the structural competition of the U.S.–Russia rivalry,there has long been an absence of a security regime in the Arctic.Nevertheless,the build-up of security regimes in the Arctic constitutes a major concern for the Arctic states,as well as for some extra-regional stakeholders.In the Arctic regional context,the ever-intensifying institutional cooperation in the domains of nontraditional and civil security lays the cornerstone for establishing confidence-building measures,and gives rise to the consensus that maintaining cooperation in the Arctic will be mutually rewarding for all.DENG Beixi 2016Advances in Polar Science2016,27,3:0
7Analysis on the Expression of TaMOR Gene in Two Different Spring Wheat Varieties at Different Years显示文摘[Objectives]The TaMOR gene is a gene that affects the initiation and growth of the secondary roots of wheat,but the expression patterns in different parts of the wheat root system and the differences in expression in different varieties are not clear.This study aimed to investigate the expression of the TaMOR gene in the seminal roots,secondary roots and root base.[Methods]Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology was used to analyze the relative expression levels of the TaMOR gene in seminal roots,secondary roots and root base of seedlings of ancient variety Monkhead and modern variety Longchun 35.[Results]There was no significant difference in the number of seminal roots between Longchun 35 and Monkhead,and the numbers of seminal roots of the two varieties did not change significantly during the three sampling periods.The number of secondary roots and shoot dry weight of Longchun 35 were significantly higher than those of Monkhead,and the number of secondary roots and shoot dry weight of both varieties increased with the sampling time point.The root dry weight of Monkhead increased with the sampling time,while Longchun 35 showed the largest value at the second time.The fluorescence quantitative PCR results showed that for 13-day seedlings,the relative expression of the TaMOR gene in root base was significantly higher than that in the seminal roots and secondary roots.There was no significant difference in the relative expression of gene TaMOR in the root system of Monkhead and Longchun 35.[Conclusions]The root allocation of gramineous crops decreases with the breeding years,and the difference in gene TaMOR expression level needs further study.Xia LI Qianglin WANG Chaoran LI Huafang ZHU Beixi ZHU Xin LIU Meifeng FU Lijun ZHU Li ZHU 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4:0
