3Photoinduced large polaron transport and dynamics in organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskite with terahertz probes显示文摘Organic-inorganic hybrid metal halide perovskites(MHPs)have attracted tremendous attention for optoelectronic applications.The long photocarrier lifetime and moderate carrier mobility have been proposed as results of the large polaron formation in MHPs.However,it is challenging to measure the effective mass and carrier scattering parameters of the photogenerated large polarons in the ultrafast carrier recombination dynamics.Here,we show,in a one-step spectroscopic method,that the optical-pump and terahertz-electromagnetic probe(OPTP)technique allows us to access the nature of interplay of photoexcited unbound charge carriers and optical phonons in polycrystalline CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)(MAPbI_(3))of about 10μm grain size.Firstly,we demonstrate a direct spectral evidence of the large polarons in polycrystalline MAPbI_(3).Using the Drude-Smith-Lorentz model along with the Frӧhlich-type electron-phonon(e-ph)coupling,we determine the effective mass and scattering parameters of photogenerated polaronic carriers.We discover that the resulting moderate polaronic carrier mobility is mainly influenced by the enhanced carrier scattering,rather than the polaron mass enhancement.While,the formation of large polarons in MAPbI_(3)polycrystalline grains results in a long charge carrier lifetime at room temperature.Our results provide crucial information about the photo-physics of MAPbI3 and are indispensable for optoelectronic device development with better performance.Zuanming Jin Yan Peng Yuqing Fang Zhijiang Ye Zhiyuan Fan Zhilin Liu Xichang Bao Heng Gao Wei Ren Jing Wu Guohong Ma Qianli Chen Chao Zhang Alexey VBalakin Alexander PShkurinov Yiming Zhu Songlin Zhuang 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,8:4

6Finite Element Simplified Fatigue Analysis Method for a Non-tubular Joint of an Offshore Jacket Platform显示文摘This paper proposes the finite element simplified fatigue analysis method for fatigue evaluation of the composite non-tubular joint structure of an offshore jacket subjected to wave loads. The skirt pile sleeve of the offshore jacket, which had been in service, was taken as an example of the non-tubular joint structure. SACS software was used for global analysis of multi-directional wave loads for the jacket platform, and ALGOR software was used to build a finite element model, perform finite element analysis, post-process stress results for acquiring the stress range, and perform fatigue evaluation. The analysis results indicate that the extreme stress range is within the allowable stress range and meets the requirements of DNV code. 7Role of MXene surface terminations in electrochemical energy storage:A review显示文摘MXenes are a group of recently discovered 2D materials and have attracted extensive attention since their first report in 2011;they have shown excellent prospects for energy storage applications owing to their unique layered microstructure and tunable electrical properties.One major feature of MXenes is their tailorable surface terminations(e.g.,-F,-O,-OH).Numerous studies have indicated that the composition of the surface terminations can significantly impact the electrochemical properties of MXenes.Nonetheless,the underlying mechanisms are still poorly understood,mainly because of the difficulties in quantitative analysis and characterization.This review summarizes the latest research progress on MXene terminations.First,a systematic introduction to the approaches for preparing MXenes is presented,which generally dominates the surface terminations.Then,theoretical and experimental efforts regarding the surface terminations are discussed,and the influence of surface terminations on the electronic and electrochemical properties of MXenes are generalized.Finally,we present the significance and research prospects of MXene terminations.We expect this review to encourage research on MXenes and provide guidance for usingthese materials for batteries and supercapacitors.Zhuoheng Bao Chengjie Lu Xin Cao Peigen Zhang Li Yang Heng Zhang Dawei Sha Wei He Wei Zhang Long Pan Zhengming Sun 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:2
8Preliminary Analysis of Population Genetic Diversity of Cultivated Laminaria japonica Sporophyte via AFLP Technique显示文摘The amplified fragment length polymorphic DNA (AFLP) technique was adopted to estimate the population genetic polymorphism among 30 sporophytes of Laminaria japonica collected from a cultivating farm in Rongcheng,China.Three methods were used for genomic DNA extraction from Laminaria japonica sporophyte and only the products obtained using the improved genomic DNA extraction kit method proved qualified for AFLP analysis.The parameters of the method were optimized.Samples of forty milligrams and the cell lysis time of 120 min were suggested to replace the parameters recommended by the manufacturer.Thirty individuals of Laminaria japonica from the same cultivating site were investigated using one pair of selective primers.A total of 21 loci were obtained and 17 of them were polymorphic.The mean percent age of polymorphic loci of this population was 80.95%.The Nei's gene diversity (H) within this population was 0.3028 and the average Shannon's Information index (I) was 0.4498.A genetic distance matrix among different individuals was constructed as well.Through this study,an applicable AFLP genetic analysis working system for Laminaria japonica sporophyte was established.The results of this research also revealed a high level of genetic diversity within the studied population.YI Heng SUI Zhenghong BAO Zhenmin 2010Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,1:2
9A clinicopathological study of 39 cases of atypical polypoid adenomyoma of the uterus显示文摘Objective:To clarify the clinical and pathological characteristics of atypical polypoid adenomyoma(APA)in order to improve the criteria used to diagnose and treat this disease.Study design:In 39 cases of APA,retrospective analysis was performed of theclinical data,pathological characteristics,and the follow-up findings in patients admitted to the Peking University People's Hospital from 2007 to 2019.Results:The median age was 39.6 years(range 24–60 years).Thirty seven patients were premenopausal(i.e.94.9%)and eighteen patients were nullipara(i.e.46.2%).Abnormal uterine bleeding was the most common presenting symptom.Hysteroscopic transcervical resection(i.e.TCR)identified lesions in 35 cases whereas:(a)hysterectomy identified them in 3 cases;(b)dilatation and curettage(D&C)identified them in 1 case.Immunohistochemical analysis was performed on 24 samples.In the glandular component,hormone receptors were positively expressed.In all cases,Ki67 expression was detectable in approximately 50%of the cases.In those samples,its presence was definitive in eighteen of the nineteen cases(94.7%,18/19),p53 positive expression was present in most cases(68.8%,11/16),and PTEN positive expression was detected in 40%(4/10).Stroma immunophenotype expression was exhibited as follows:(a)CD10-(12/12),Desminþ(6/7);(b)Vimentinþ(4/4);(c)α-SMAþ(3/3)and;d p16 positve staining in of 80%(4/5).The concurrent amount of atypical endometrial hyperplasia with atypical polypoid adenomyoma was 23.1%(9/39),while its concurrent level of endometrial carcinoma with atypical polypoid adenomyoma was 7.7%(3/39).Fertility preserving treatments were performed in 20 patients with strong childbearing desires.Their pregnancy success was 15%(3/20)and the live birth frequency was 10%(2/10).Follow-up findings were available in 36 cases(92.3%)with a medial follow-up of 48.1 months(range 4–122 months).Its pathological recurrence and frequency of progression into endometrial carcinoma were both 5%(1/20).One case died of another type of malignancy,while the other patients were alive.Conclusions:APA occurs mostly during the years of a women's reproductive period.Its diagnosis is based on the analysis of pathological and immunohistochemical findings.Individuals diagnosed with APA are at risk to coexist with endometrial carcinoma and atypical endometrial hyperplasia.For those individuals who desire retaining fertility,the treatment strategy involves performing TCR completely remove the lesions and close follow-up for surveillance of possible progressive APA recurrence.For those individuals who have no fertility desire,hysterectomy may be a preferred option.Honglan Zhu Taji Bai Zhao Tian Shanshan Lu Dongmei Bao Heng Cui 2021Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2021,1,3:1

13A comparison of food habits and prey preferences of Amur tiger(Panthera tigris altaica)at the southwest Primorskii Krai in Russia and Hunchun in China显示文摘A small,isolated Amur tiger population ranges across the southwest Primorskii Krai region in Russia and Hunchun region in China.Many individuals,with“dual nationality,”cross the border frequently.Formulating effective conservation strategies requires a clear understanding of tiger food requirements in both countries.While the diets of tigers ranging in Russia is clearly understood,little is known of the tigers’feeding habits in China..We used scat analysis combined with data on the abundance of 4 prey species to examine Amur tiger diet and prey preferences in Hunchun.We examined 53 tiger scat samples from 2011 to 2016 and found that tigers preyed on 12 species(11 species in winter),4 of which were domestic animals with 33.58%biomass contribution;this was the first record of Amur tigers eating lynx in this area.Tigers showed a strong preference for wild boar(Jacobs index:+0.849),which were also the most frequently consumed prey,and a strong avoidance of roe deer(Jacobs index:–0.693).On the Russian side,domestic animals(just dog)were rarely found in tiger scat,and tigers did not show strong avoidance of roe deer,but of sika deer.We also found red deer footprints during winter surveys and that tigers ate red deer on the Chinese side,while there was no record of red deer feeding on the Russian side.Reducing or eliminating human disturbance,such as grazing,is essential to recovering tiger prey and habitat in this area and the Sino–Russian joint ungulate annual survey is indispensable for prey estimates of this small,isolated Amur tiger population.Jiayin GU Lan YU Yan HUA Yao NING Bao HENG Jinzhe QI Zexv LONG Mingyuan YAO Chong HUANG Zhilin LI Jianming LANG Guangshun JIANG Jianzhang MA 2018Integrative Zoology2018,13,5:1

20In situ High-pressure NMR Observations on the Formation and Dissociation of Methane Hydrate显示文摘A home-made static NMR cell with pressure up to 10 MPa was employed to observe the formation and dissociation processes of methane hydrate by in situ 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies. Methane hydrate can be formed or decomposed in the temperature range of -5 to -13°C at pressures between 4.0 and 7.0 MPa. The higher methane pressure, the formation or dissociation temperature of methane hydrate was higher.
