| 1 | 浅埋隧道开挖引起的土体水平位移分析显示文摘对于浅埋隧道开挖引起的土体位移规律很多学者进行了研究,但对于其水平位移规律的研究却不多。在总结比较现有3种地层沉降公式的基础上,结合其中一种地层沉降理论以及土体不可压缩的假设推导出了浅埋隧道上方土体的水平位移公式,使用该公式对相关文献中的实测数据以及有限元模拟结果进行了拟合对比,证明提出的公式能够较好地预测和描述浅埋隧道开挖引起的土体水平位移规律;另外,基于所推导的地层水平位移公式以及地层沉降理论公式,得出了该方法下的土体位移矢量角公式,并与O’Reilly和New提出的方法进行了比较,所得结果与相关学者的研究结论一致,证明了该土体位移矢量公式的适用性。此研究成果可为相关实际工程中土体水平位移的计算和控制提供理论参考。 | 夏元友 陈春舒 BAKRI Mudthir 王智德 周雄 | 2015 | 岩土力学2015，36，2： | 18 |
| 2 | Medicinal plant products targeting quorum sensing for combating bacterial infections显示文摘Traditional treatment of infectious diseases is based on compounds that aim to kill or inhibit bacterial growth. The bacterial resistance against antibiotics is a serious issue for public health. Today, new therapeutic targets other than the bacterial wall were deciphered. Quorum sensing or bacterial pheromones are molecules called auto-inducer secreted by bacteria to regulate some functions such as antibiotic resistance and biofilms formation. This therapeutic target is well-studied worldwide, nevertheless the scientific data are not updated and only recent researches started to look into its potential as a target to fight against infectious diseases. A major concern with this approach is the frequently observed development of resistance to antimicrobial compounds. | 3 | Alkaloids of Nitraria sibirica Pall. decrease hypertension and albuminuria in angiotensin II-salt hypertension显示文摘In traditional Chinese medicine, Nitraria sibirica Pall.(Nitrariaceae) is used to treat hypertension. This study determined the effects of the total alkaloids of the leaves of Nitraria sibirica(NSTA) on blood pressure and albuminuria in mice treated with angiotensin II and a high-salt diet(ANG/HS). Adult mice were divided into three groups: control; infused with angiotensin II and fed a diet containing 4% NaCl(ANG/HS; and ANG/HS plus injection of NSTA(1 mg·kg-1·d-1, i.p.). After treatment of these regimens, daily water and food intake, kidney weight, blood pressure, urinary albumin excretion, renal concentrations of inflammatory markers, including soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), and the expression of renal fibrosis markers were determined. Compared to the control group, the ANG/HS group had higher blood pressure and urinary albumin excretion. Treatment with NSTA in ANG/HS mice for three weeks significantly reduced blood pressure and urinary albumin excretion. ANG/HS treatment caused elevated levels of sICAM-1 and MCP-1, as well as increased fibrosis markers. Concurrent treatment with ANG/HS and NSTA attenuated the levels and expression of renal inflammatory and fibrosis markers. | 6 | Essential oils of Origanum compactum increase membrane permeability,disturb cell membrane integrity,and suppress quorum-sensing phenotype in bacteria显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate antibacterial activity of Origanum compactum essential oils collected at three phenological stages on Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The antibacterial activity was evaluated using the agar-well diffusion assay. The MIC and MBC values were determined using the micro-dilution assay. The investigation of the antibacterial action was carried out by the evaluation of the effect of O. compactum essential oils on the antibacterial kinetic growth, the integrity of cell membrane and permeability of the cell membrane. The anti-quorum sensing activity was tested by the inhibition of the biofilm formation. The findings of this study showed that O. compactum essential oil has potent antibacterial activities against E. coli and B. subtilis. The lowest inhibition value against B. subtilis was obtained with O. compactum essential oil at the post-flowering stage (MIC=MBC=0.0312%(v/v)). The antibacterial mechanisms of O. compactum essential oils are related to the disturbing of the cell membrane integrity and the increasing of the membrane permeability, which leads to the leakage of genetic materials (DNA and RNA). | 7 | Kaolin-based geopolymers with various NaOH concentrations显示文摘Kaolin geopolymers were produced by the alkali-activation of kaolin with an activator solution (a mixture of NaOH and sodium silicate solutions). The NaOH solution was prepared at a concentration of 6-14 mol/L and was mixed with the sodium silicate solution at a Na2SiO3 /NaOH mass ratio of 0.24 to prepare an activator solution. The kaolin-to-activator solution mass ratio used was 0.80. This paper aimed to analyze the effect of NaOH concentration on the compressive strength of kaolin geopolymers at 80℃for 1, 2, and 3 d. Kaolin geopolymers were stable in water, and strength results showed that the kaolin binder had adequate compressive strength with 12 mol/L of NaOH concentration. When the NaOH concentration increased, the SiO2/Na2O decreased. The increased Na2O content enhanced the dissolution of kaolin as shown in X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analyses. However, excess in this content was not beneficial for the strength development of kaolin geopolymers. In addition, there was the formation of more geopolymeric gel in 12 mol/L samples. Since the Ordered-Statistics (OS) based algorithm has some advantages over the Cell-Averaging (CA) technique, we are concerned here with this type of CFAR detectors. The Linearly Com- bined Ordered-Statistic (LCOS) processor, which sets threshold by processing a weighted ordered range sam- ples within finite moving window, may actually perform somewhat better than the conventional OS detector.
