2多重聚合酶链反应检测环境中产气荚膜杆菌显示文摘产气荚膜杆菌根据产生 4种主要毒素 (α、β、ε、ι 毒素 )可分为 5种类型A E型。在该研究中依据产气荚膜杆菌的 5种毒素基因的序列 ,设计了 5对PCR引物 ,建立了多重PCR方法 ,该方法可以快速区分 5种类型的产气荚膜杆菌。并对 68份环境样品 (生活污水、生物肥料 )进行检测和基因分型 ,共检出 55株产气荚膜杆菌 ,其中A型产气荚膜杆菌 50株 ,占总数的 90 %以上 ,B型、C型、D型只占 5 % ,未检出E型产气荚膜杆菌 ,所有的分离株没有发现带有肠毒素。结果表明 ,目前环境中主要存在的菌型为A型菌 ,其他菌型的产气荚膜杆菌很少 。文其乙 刘秀梵 Werner Phillip Reinhard Boehm 2002畜牧兽医学报2002,33,6:14

5企业付费法案与仿制药产业发展显示文摘目的:研究美国FDA如何借助企业付费的方法来应对药品生产、供应全球化和不断增长的工作量的挑战,以便提高药品可及性和缓解药品短缺。方法:根据美国FDA、国会和政府问责办公室的资料及业界报告等,分析企业付费对保证药品安全性、可及性和监管机构透明度方面的作用。结果:采取公开、整体性的企业付费方式,有助于加速仿制药审评、实现海内外生产设施检查频率一致、保障药品的可及性和安全性及增加监管透明度。结论:仿制药企业付费法案对推动政企合作,合理利用企业资源,解决监管机构、产业界和利益攸关方共同面对的棘手问题,推动全球化时代药品监管方式的转变,提供了一条可行的途径。Garth Boehm 姚立新 郑强 2013中国新药杂志2013,22,2:6
6气缸盖罩垫的非线性有限元分析显示文摘利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC.MARC,分析了橡胶件由于大变形引起的几何非线性和接触非线性,建立了气缸盖罩垫的轴对称非线性有限元分析模型。提出了评价气缸盖罩垫密封性能的四个性能指标,即变形量、接触应力、接触反力及接触应力分布;对比分析了I形和T形两款气缸盖罩垫的四个密封性能指标。T形气缸盖罩垫在断面面积更小的情况下,借助线密封可达到更好的密封效果。由于断面形状复杂,T形气缸盖罩垫的加工成本较高。万欣 倪计民 Michael Boehm Roland Karl 2009内燃机工程2009,30,5:6

8Mixed Phase Anatase/rutile Titanium Dioxide Nanotubes for Enhanced Photocatalytic Degradation of Methylene-blue显示文摘Titanium dioxide Nanotubes(TNTs) prepared by electroless deposition have been annealed at air ambient and low temperature. As a result, the anatase/rutile phase composition of the TNTs can be tailored to the needs of later applications. Nanotubes with anatase/rutile mixed phase ratio of 4:1 have been produced in this report and further examined for their photocatalytical behavior. The photocatalytical properties of the TNTs have been observed by degradation of methylene-blue in aqueous solution under low power UV-light irradiation. 14Widely tunable 2.3μm III-V-on-silicon Vernier lasers for broadband spectroscopic sensing显示文摘Heterogeneously integrating III-V materials on silicon photonic integrated circuits has emerged as a promising approach to make advanced laser sources for optical communication and sensing applications. Tunable semiconductor lasers operating in the 2–2.5 μm range are of great interest for industrial and medical applications since many gases(e.g., CO_2, CO, CH_4) and biomolecules(such as blood glucose) have strong absorption features in this wavelength region. The development of integrated tunable laser sources in this wavelength range enables low-cost and miniature spectroscopic sensors. Here we report heterogeneously integrated widely tunable III-V-on-silicon Vernier lasers using two silicon microring resonators as the wavelength tuning components. The laser has a wavelength tuning range of more than 40 nm near 2.35 μm. By combining two lasers with different distributed Bragg reflectors, a tuning range of more than 70 nm is achieved. Over the whole tuning range, the side-mode suppression ratio is higher than 35 dB. As a proof-of-principle, this III-V-on-silicon Vernier laser is used to measure the absorption lines of CO.
